Pos Malaysia claimed fake attempt of delivery

My parcel did not reach me. On Thursday 3/1/2019 they claimed that they made an attempt but the premise was closed.. I saw the online status which was around 7pm whereby I was still at office waiting.

I immediately made a call to the toll free number (1300) and they arranged a second time delivery for the next working day Friday 4/1/219. I had clearly mentioned to put a remark to call when the person arrives and also double checked the address.

It's a office building, common sense, a guard will not know the name of thousands of employees working there. Which is why there is a column to give your phone number. So you expect a call and you go down and pick it up.

Obviously I did not receive any call. I it was about 3pm, I made a call to the toll free number again, and the person asked me to wait further till 6:30 pm as since its Friday, the parcels may be delivered a little later. I said ok and I patiently waited until around 6:30pm when I checked the status once more..the same status is updated around 6pm that the premise is closed. I mean are they saying we who are working inside are ghost?

I called the toll free again and explained what happened. Unbelievable he is asking me to pick it up myself. This is not the first time it's happened. The other day I had to go all the way to pick it up and it's not on my way home.. It's on a total opposite direction. By the way why are we paying postage fee then?

After much arguement, he said that he can't promise or guarantee that they will attempt delivery once more on Monday 7/1/2019. The best part is that from his side, in his view of the report, the postmen claims that he has tried CAlling me but no one answered and there is no such person exist. How lame.. No one called. I am more than willing to provide any proof for that.

I'm so disappointed with the service of the staffs. Because of some, the entire entity gets the bad name. We trust pos laju and this is the service we get?

What kind of work ethic is this? If no action is taken and no investigation is conducted In this matter, I will further write to the ministry to get justice of what happened. I am baffled of this behaviour.

This is not acceptable.

Claimed fake attempt of delivery / Irresponsible postman

I bought stuff from shopee, this has happen to me few times, but i keep silent. And now, i dont think i can be silent again. I stayed Penang before, and i never have any issue postlaju, i always received my items. Since i move in Johor, i encounter a lot of problem with poslaju.

1, I bought item from shopee, at first they said premises closed where i know and i was at home 24hrs on that particular day, postman claimed that he call my phone but didnt get thru, i stayed in city and my phone was ON on that day, i can received others call why cant from the postman? At the end, i found that my item been deliver to someone else which is not me. How can they give the parcel to someone that is not the receiver name? IRRESPONSIBLE

2, I am very angry when i know that postman never come to my place for delivery at all and ask me to come collect at their office with the same excuse that attempt delivery failed and etc. Think that i am a free person to go here and there? If so, what is the point im paying poslaju if i still need to collect myself? Let me do their work?

3, No call / No notice, he just send me a notification unsuccessful delivery due to premise closed and ask me call their Hotline or come to their office to collect myself. I try to call to the hotline, invalid number / cant get thru / waited too long. I spend almost 2 hrs just trying to talk to POSLAJU people. End up, finished my phone credit and problem didnt solve.

For the passed few weeks, I have not received any letters for my home in Bukit Maluri Kepong.

This is NOT possible as I have dealings with Maybank Securities everyday and I used to received letters everyday.

Could all the letters had gone missing or lost in transit?

jam 12 pm 9hb aug 2023 di pos laju jln bakti larkin telah ambil no.didapati hanya 2 kaunter shj bukak dan tidak bergerak langsung.harap petugas kaunter prihatin kerana untuk membeli sampul sahaja bkn urusan yang panjang. dah byk kali saya perhatikan sistem kaunter lambat mcm ni di sini.terima kasih

Pos barang dari Bintulu sarawak 13/7/2023 ke kota kinabalu sabah. hari ni 21/7/2023 masih tidak sampai. sangat sangat slow servis poslaju sekarang. rate makin mahal, makin lambat servis dia. sudah buat complaint on 19/7/2023 tetapi tiada tindakan untuk percepatkan proses delivery. sangat teruk!

I always find letters on my car wiper even though my house has a mailbox. Once I received an important letter from insurance regarding my money claim but the letter I received could not be read because the letter was left on the car wiper when it rained and the letter was destroyed. I went through a tough time sorting out my insurance issue.

Pos Malaysia Product broken while shipping

To whom are concern,
Dear sir, ms

Refer to above method, I would like make a complaint above your shipping services which our product was using your shipping service but the product was broken while customer receive it. The tracking number is ER688658808MY. PLEASE MAKE THIS AS SERIOUS ISSUE AND PLEASE MAKE A SOLUTION TO COMPESATE MY LOSES. Pos Malaysia layanan biadab pekerja.

Pekerja di kaunter 3 memaki kawan saya yang hanye bertanya butang mane yang patut ditekan untuk membayar bil kerana tiada sebarang catatan di atas mesin nombor tersebut. Tindakan pekerja tersebut sangatla tidak profesional dan amat menghina kawan saya. Mohon buat kursus cara beradab sebelum diterima kerja. Kawan saya berasa tidak puas hati dan terus keluar dari pejabat bos itu.

Pos Malaysia complain having bad experience with poslaju driver

Hi, I want to complain the poslaju driver due to his rude and irresponsible attitude.

I don't know who he is, I just know he is the driver on 4/1/2019 Friday at kepong area. Phone number using [protected]. Please help me check up this driver.

He came to my house at 10:34am, he didn't hon first but just call my handset. (Normally I wil heard courier van hon.) At that time I am helping my baby bath at second floor. When I realize poslaju come( I look through from 2nd floor balcony window), I straight open the gate with my remote control, I scared when I run down he dun realise he wil went off. I already make sure the poslaju van saw I open the gate. Then I straight ran down leaving my baby cry like hell. (Baby cannot leave me, but if carry baby I can't run fast )

However! The driver straight went off. I quickly call him back hope to hold him. Because there is a distance drive to my guard house and he need to give back the visitor pass.

However! He refused to pick up my phone. I send a message to him, he straight decline my call. That is just less than few seconds time from I open gate n run down. I don't understand why the driver straight went off and pretend he din see I open gate.

I got very urgent stuff in my parcel so I use poslaju service to get my stuff today. But now I don't know when the van go back office poslaju kepong so I can go collect myself. I may not able to get my stuff today. And I cannot get the stuff and post out by today. I am really very very angry for his kind of attitude! If I din realize the poslaju van come, ok, it's fine. But I already let him know I am coming down. Is it poslaju giving customer this kind of service and attitude?

I hope poslaju can give me reasonable respond. I don't hope that I need to make this incident to open social media. So please reply me as soon as possible.

Pos Malaysia kelewatan menerima barangan

Barang saya telah dipos sejak 31/12/2018 dan sehingga kini 04/01/2019 barangan saya itu masih lagi belum sampai. Bila semak dalam sistem, barang itu stuck di poslaju Transit Office. Mohon kerjasama pihak anda terhadap kelewatan penghantaran barangan saya. Saya berharap agar barang saya itu dihantar secepat mungkin kerana barangan itu sangat penying bagi saya. Hi I am shopee seller and I am selling my product online I have minor issue with poslaju staff they are very rude and uncooperative and when ever I visit the poslaju office I noticed one thing they dont do work and like to sit their seats and mosly customers are compalain they dont scan our goods my humble request to you sir please educate them so that we can be happy with their services thanks.

Item dispatched out from Pos Laju Kuala Selangor yesterday's evening(2/1/2019)..but haven't arrived anywhere until today 3/1/2019.. It's practically nearing 24hours...Kuala Selangor and Kuantan aren't that far. If my parcel get stuck somewhere why does the system didn't show any track info. about it?. Where's my parcel?.. IT Usually take only 2 days for it to arrived at pos laju Kuantan.. please solve this problem.

Pos Malaysia pos lambat

Good day!
I beli barang dari Shopee pada 26 Dec 2018, penjual tu dari Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang dan alamat dituju ialah Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.
Dari 27 Dec 2018 sampai 3 Jan 2019, dah setahunlah i menunggu, tapi masih tak nampak pon si abang posmen datang umah i.
I tau dalam seminggu ni banyak cuti, tapi takkanlah parsel tu sampai Bukit Mertajam pada 28 Dec 2018 dan masih di Bukit Mertajam pada 3 Jan 2019 dalam tracking system Poslaju.
Jarak penghantaran tak jauh, bukan dari negara China ke Malaysia, ia cuma dari Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang ke Simpang Ampat, Seberang Perai Selatan, tak sampai 50km pon. Panjang leherlah buat i menunggu!

Kepada pos malaysia disini saya ingin membuat aduan dan pemberitahuan kepada pekerja pos malaysia tentang penghantaran kepada pemilik barang, setiap bangunan yang ada pengawal keselamatan mestilah setiap individu tinggalkan butiran sebelum masuk ke sesuatu tempat, kami dapati pihak pekerja pos laju mempertikaikan dengan alasan menyulitkan penghantaran, disini sekali lagi pihak kami mohon agar pihak pos laju dapat menerangkan kepada pekerja agar mematuhi setiap undang-undang yang mesti dipatuhi jika menghantar barangan di bangunan yang mempunyai pengawal keselamatan... Pos Malaysia delivery

This is the worst service i have ever seen. Dah sepuluh kali saya pesan bahawa barang yang saya hantar itu adalah barang yg mudah pecah. Siap suruh tampal sticker fragile lagi. Bila sampai dekat penerima, barang tu dah pun pecah dengan adanya kesan koyak dan kotak berlobang. Penerima siap ambil video lagi di depan rider yg menghantarnya. Bila ditanya pada rider poslaju, dia menjawab dengan kasar.

I demand a compensation and also walaupun barang tu tak murah tapi ia dibeli dengan titik peluh duit kita sendiri. Where is your honesty? Kotak saya telah dibuka dan bila penerima terima kotak tu memang dah berlubang dan ada kesan buka. If i dont get a reply from your authorities, i will definitely bring this to the relevant department. I want an explanation for this. Kalau saya tak beritahu, boleh la dikatakan saya silap tapi saya dah beritahu banyak kali sebelum saya pos. Siap ada sticker fragile lagi. I have the video and i would like to share it to your management. Bukan setakat tu sahaja tetapi rider you pun saksi saya, saya siap tanya dengan dia kenapa kotak ni terbuka..dia kata itu bukan masalah dia sedangkan dia penghantar sahaja. Inila jawapannya. This is totally the worst service! Why are guyz working if you cant even earn our trust.

i was online checking for my parcel and what i found?"Delivery attempted. We found premises closed and left a Delivery Arrangement Notice. Item will be kept for 7 days. Please contact [protected] or the number on the Notice for delivery arrangements."19/12/2018 i was at home, but i didnt heard any honk or calling from pos laju deliverman!24/12/2018 i call pos laju hotline request for second delivery, and he said will resend at 26/12/2018 since 25/12/2018 is holiday..but i keep waiting still didnt receive my parcel yet!online checking "item can be collected"!service vry laoya!at sarawak bintulu, if i didnt at home deliveryman will call me ask me whether me at home or not!and tell me will resend by the next day!but deliveryman poslaju kota kinabalu didnt call!next time please dont honk one time only!please call if honked still no respond!

Pos Malaysia service

Call to them they told me 24-12-2018 they been delivered to my house and no ones home and they leave a msg for me also.
but the thing is my address is a shopping center address everyday open, so how come I've been told No Ones Home?!

So 26-12-2018 I go to the puchong Pos office they tell me have to check by the incarge person need to wait 27th they will call me back. I was like what the hell?!

Wheres my stock? Come on. What kind of service is this. Bad

Pos Malaysia sop not complied

Based on the track n trace, item has arrived at poslaju balakong on 17/12/2018 from penang. Unfortunately after 6 days keep the item, poslaju balakong has updated in the system delivery failed on 22/12 and simply drop the notice sheet in my post box. Actually, i am at home during that time and furthermore no door bell ringing and phone calls made to me. Very frustated.

Please do delivery today as i want to use that item very super urgent and trust your company with "LAJU" service.

Pos Malaysia bad employees attitude

I was received this text from your employees as they supposed to hand in my item today Wednesday (26/12/2018) at Sukun, Sibu area around 12:41pm. They telling me I am not at home so they asked me to pick up the item at your branch in Sg Merah. For the record, I am at home that day while receive their text. they not even horn their vehicle while at outside like they suppose to do everytimes they hand in the items. Now, there must be a lesson for your employees attitude.

Pos Malaysia the items has been delivered to the wrong person

Hi. The items that were supposed to be delivered to ME have been delivered to the WRONG PERSON (SITI AISYAH), which I don't even know who is her. My tracking number is EH901941203MY. It was supposed to be my CHRISTMAS PRESENT for 2018 but, Poslaju just made my christmas present gone. Thanks for ruining my Christmas tho. Now kindly please return the parcel that my boyfriend sent to me BACK TO ME ! Tqvm.

Tracking no.: EU012419015MY. saya order barang pada 18/12/2018 and barang still tak sampai lagi. trace tracking no barang dah delivered tapi takde org ambik n barang akan resend kepada sender. yes, saya letak alamat office but tolong lah call or letak notis so that boleh call balik untuk ambik parcel. Masalahnya sekarang saya taktau barang saya kat mana. sama ada kt post office Brickfields / kt posmen / dah hantar kat sender. call post office Brickfields takde org angkat. call customer service asyik sibuk je manjang. so, macam mana saya nak dapatkan barang saya balik? benda berbayar bukan free wehhh!

Pos Malaysia barang pos belum sampai sudah beberapa minggu

Saya disini ingin melaporkan tentang barang pos saya yang bernombor EP562149062MY masih belum saya terima setelah beberapa minggu penghantaran dibuat. Untuk makluman saya telah mengeposnya pada 10 haribulan December 2018 di pejabat Pos Laju di Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras. Kuala Lumpur. Merujuk kepada tracking process barangan tersebut masih berapa di pejabat Pos Kota Bharu sejak beberapa minggu dan belum sampai ke destinasi. Mohon lakukan tindakan sewajarnya sebelum saya melaporkan kepada bahagian pengguna. Terima Kasih.

Pos Malaysia “attempted delivery...”

I have been waiting the whole day on the 21st Dec 2018 for my parcel to arrive. It stated item out for delivery at 10am that day so I waited. But when I tracked my parcel, it stated "attempted delivery...unsuccessful delivery...premise closed.." I was there at home waiting the whole time. No call or notification from posman ever received. So I called customer service, they told me to pick it up at Ezibox. Luckily the parcel is put in that Ezibox on the same day. However, yesterday (22nd Dec 2018) it happened again, but with a different parcel. I tracked my parcel it stated item out for delivery at 10am, by 12.58pm it stated "unsucessful delivery..." I was waiting at home for my parcel to be delivered, no call or notification whatsoever received. Please do your job properly. I wonder if there is ever an attempt made to deliver the parcel to me 🤔. Please improve your service. This is a let down to customers.
