servis penghantaran yang kurang memuaskan
: Cawangan Serahan Tanjung Bungah, Pulau Pinang.
Saya agak terkilan dengan sikap posmen yang kurang bertimbang rasa terhadap wanita mengandung/wanita yang baru bersalin. Saya kerap membeli barangan online, posmen pun dah kenal. Bagi saya beli barang online memudahkan, posmen boleh hantar ke rumah. Saya tinggal di apartmen. Masa mengandung, saya rasa saya masih boleh turun ke bawah pick up items. Sampai dah sarat pun. Selalunya kena turun guna tangga sebab lift selalu lama nk tunggu. Sudahla dr tingkat atas, basement dah 5 tgkat. Sy penah tnya tak dapat hantar ke rumah ka. Posmen jawab guard x bagi masuk sebab guna van. Lepas dah bersalin, saya selalu minta my therapist tolong ambilkn barang. Kemudian baru sy tahu posmen malas nak pusing² naik tingkat atas, sebab tu call je orang datang ambk brg kat bawah. Peti surat kat tgkat 5. Posmen yg pakai motor, mmg tggu kat tgkat 5. Kira oklah turun 1 tgkat. Rs terkilan pl dah tau. Posmen bertukar² juga. Ada jg posmen baik hati yg dtg hntar sampai rumah.
Lepas dah bersalin ni, saya expect posmen akan hantar sampai rumah. I have baby to take care of. Therapist pn dah hbs servis. Hari tu sy lebih terkilan, posmen called utk pick up brg. Dah bgth ada baby. Posmen bgth tunggu orang lagi dtg ambk brg. Sudah la mcm memaksa saja. Bukan nak bcakap dengan mesra. Terpaksa la sy tnya brg ringan or tak. Mau x, kena bw baby skali jela. Dia mcm tak tau nk jawab. Then baru dia ckp dia hantar pegi rumah klau dah org ln ambk brg. Dah hntar, tgk brg besar dan berat. Omg! Nak suruh sy dtg ambk brg berat pl..pantang 100 hari pn x habis. Then dia tegur pula, kalau barang ringan ambik kat bawah. I was like shocked pula kena tegur mcm tu. First time sy dengar posmen cakap mcm tu. Bukan tugas posmen sepatutnya menghantar barang kat pelanggan ka. (Depan rumah). Apatah lagi sy sorang ibu yang kna jaga baby. Sudahla time pick up selalunya kol 1 tengahari mcm tu. Tak fikir pula saya kna susukan baby or baby tidur. Housework kena buat. Bukan senang nak jadi ibu pun. What kind of service is this?! Sudahla servis penghantaran barangan memang menggunakan poslaju saja. 😑 Rasa kecewa dengan servis pos laju cawangan ni.

Hi Sir, Tolong check perkhidmatan anda sekarang sangat tidak memuaskan tidak seperti yang di janjikan. Pos by pos laju dari Bangi selangor ke Sabah 9hb April, tapi hingga sekarang 12hb april 2018 pun tidak sampai2 lagi ke pihak kami. CALL CARELINE pun tidak angkat telefon.Sudah cek dalam system pun belum updated lagi. Untuk 3 Parcel EP4853964458MY, EP485396461MY, EP485396435MY...tolong pastikan perkhidmatan anda masih dalam pilihan tapi apabila berlakunya perkara begini, sekarang sudah mahu fikir 2 kali.

No parcel pos laju saya ER222007876MY. saya check tracking parcel dah sampai pada 6hb april di pos bayan lepas. Lepas tu ada msg tidak berjaya dihantar tanpa sebarang alasan. Sy juga x terima sebarang call utk maklumkan penghantaran. Selepas itu sy check tracking, parcel mula dihantar semula pada 11hb april. Kenapa pada hari bekerja seterusnya pada 9 dan 10 april tidak dilakukan penghantaran? Lepas tu senang2 bg msg tidak berjaya dihantar. Alamat penghantaran tidak pernah tidak ada org. Sy juga x dpt slip yg pos laju sampai ke rumah saya. Lepas tu suka2 hati suruh pergi ambik kat pejabat pos laju dlm tempoh 7 hari. Lepas ni pos laju better tukar nama jer la. Perkataan laju tu buang. Sebab memang x pernah laju. Banyak sgt masalah terutamanya di kawasan penang belah pulau ni. Selalu bg alasan takde org kat rumaj sedangkan org tunggu seharian.

Hi im Adilah..my parcel EG659359449MY handover to poslaju Kota Tinggi Johor from ninja van on 4 april 2018 due to ninja van not cover my delivery area and no update from Poslaju system, after 8 days 11 april 2018 the parcel still at the same center Poslaju Kota Tinggi. I need the parcel ungently. I have call the center but nobody answer my call and keep mention line busy. Im so disappointed with the service and this is not the first time they delay my parcel after ninja van handover to them.

And the remark he update is also fault. I don’t know how they working. Doing delivery service or just moving around and seeing the buildings without do their job.

Dear Sir
I like to file a written complaint regarding the delivery of registered mails or items by Pos Laju to my house. I am a retiree and stay in my house nearly all the time during your work and office hours but I fine that the postman never ring the door bell and simply leave a card with the excuse that no one is home & to collect at the Penang head office or call for a second delivery. If you check your delivery record for the past 5 or 6 registered parcel, there is only 1 parcel that has been successfully delivered whereas all the rest have to be collected at the Penang postal head office. This is in stark contrast to delivery by G-dek, Lazada and other delivery companies which I never had any problems with delivery at all. I have file several verbal complaint to the officer in charge at the Penang postal head office but to no avail. As the postal service is the National pride, I find it regretful that this is happening and very little effort is made to improve their services. I hope that this is the last occurrence and sincerely hope the Complaint Board can look into this matter. Thank you.
pos biasa tidak sampai ke alamat yang di hantar.
Saya telah membuat penghantaran surat melalui pos biasa di Pejabat Pos cawangan KLCC pada 26 March 2018 sekitar 1 tengahari menggunakan stem satu ringggit dan sampul surat berwarna coklat size A4.
Surat tersebut ingin saya hantarkan kepada syarikat insuran Tune Protect di Jalan Dungun.
Alamat adalah seperti berikut :

Sehingga kini, Tune Protect masih belum menerima surat tersebut.

very slow service
There is nobody at the counter. I came at 4.00pm and its been 30minutes yet nobody is at the counter. I was asked to wait because there is 4 other people before me. But there need to be somebody doing their work in order for the line to move. Really bad service. Everybody is in a rush. We have else where to be. This is my first time wit such bad experience in a post office. I m disappointed with the service in this particular post office.

My sister and me were attended personally by male teller 1. at counter 2.
Transactions:
- registered for voting (Tay Pui Leng)
- bought stamps for 2 letters to Germany (invoice 458-[protected]-[protected]). Stamps were given by counter 3 teller 2. She passed stamps to teller 1. to give us.
- request for 1pc. post pak international zone 2 (Invoice: 458-[protected]-[protected]) & tracking (invoice 458-[protected]-[protected])
The following are invoices details:
1. 9/4/18, 10.42:40am
Teller: 28829FAIZ
Receipts: 0398325
Total: RM16.00
Invoice: 458-[protected]-[protected]
2. 9/4/18, 10.42:39am
Teller: 38427SHAWANI
Receipts: 0124364, 5, 6, 7, 8
Total: RM9.40
Invoice: 458-[protected]-[protected]
Overall total informed to pay by teller 1. was RM25.40.
My sister handed to him cash 1xRM50 note, 1xRM5 note & 40sen coins.
No receipt was given at that point. She was given only 1xRM10 note change.
She asked for balance RM20 but teller said already give to her.
My sister felt sure not given.
Maybe wrong calculation?
I went to stick stamps on 2 letters & fill up details on 1 post pak.
Went to counter 2 to submit Pos pak but got another customer.
Teller 2. at counter 3 asked me to pass to her.
I asked her how much price of Pos pak. She said rm16. Then teller 1. gave her receipts to pass to me.
Very strange.
Why he didn't give receipt with change money earlier?
Until I ask only give receipt.
Is it normal to have 2 receipts from 2 different counters for 1 customer?
We feel we may have been shortchanged. Kindly check cctv to confirm if this is true.

Staff yg bertugas di Pejabat Pos UTC Sentul, kaunter no 1, pada tarikh 9 April 2018, jam 12 tengahari. Saya ingin mengadu bahawa staff terbabit agak biadap apabila menegur pelanggan dengan agak kasar dan lantang sehingga menarik perhatian pelanggan lain. Cara dan nada juga tak seperti seorang customer service. Saya juga bertugas dalam industri perkhidmatan pelanggan, mesra dan adab terhadap pelanggan perlu ada. Dalam cara yang ditunjukkan, kelihatan staff tersebut perlu diberi pengetahuan tentang cara dan adab beliau yg agak cetek dalam melayan pelanggan. Boleh saya katakan staff yang biadap.

The postman lies and not responsible. I was at home from 12pm until 4pm on 4/4/2018 (Wednesday) I was teaching tuition for my students. The poslaju postman did not ring the house bell and even didnt call me.. At night, when my dad checked the post box, there is a form that is written I was not at home. What irresponsible postman is him? this is the second time I received the same problem. My dad already taken the letter from post office today. But I want to make a complaint on the postman so that others will never get the same irresponsible person like him.. I just hope the authority will take action on him. I am not sure what is the postman name. I need clarification, why he said I was not at home? But I was there. And why didnt he call me first.. Poslaju postman will call first before the give collection forms right. I need clarifications and actions towards him. Tq

Parcel diatas dihantar menggunakan pos domestik pada 19hb Mac 2018 dan hanya diterima pada 3hb April 2018.
Kotak tersebut didapati telah koyak dan menyebabkan kerosakkan terhadap barang2 didalamnya.
Kecuaian pihak pos dalam proses pengendalian kotak ini amat mengecewakan pihak saya. Saya menuntut penjelasan dan ganti rugi drpd pihak pos.

Kepada Pusat Mel Bandar Seri Alam (Masai Johor),
Barang yang dihantar melalui airmail & seamail (parcel) luar negara saya tak sampai ke alamat saya. Ada barang yang hilang terus (mungkin dihantar ke alamat salah) dan ada yang sampai lepas 3 hingga 4 bulan.
Biasanya barang sampai dalam masa 2 minggu saja. Sejak bulan Jun, 2017, tahap perkhidmatan semakin merosot.
Kadang kadang, surat juga tak sampai. Diharapkan pihak pusat mel boleh ambil tindakan sewajarnya untuk membaik pulih tahap perkhidmatan.

I would like to report a missing parcel with tracking number: RG785123069CN which being delivered to LABUAN instead of TAMAN TUN DR ISMAIL, KUALA LUMPUR.
The Tracking status shows "You can collect your item at Pos Outlet as stated in the Call Card" at "MAIL PROCESSING CENTER LABUAN" as at 26 Mar 2018, 11:32:00AM, and stated "Item delivered" one minute later.
I've tried calling your customer care at [protected], no one answering and emailed [protected]@pos.com.my since 30 March 2018 with ticket number #362154 assigned, yet no response till now.
Please respond to me by replying the email.
