I am complain about service of the postman
I want complain a postman from pos laju bangi .He was delivery my item to me today but when he called me,the way he say was very rude with no respect,Is this the way how your customer service operate?How can you do this bad service to your customer,we pay for it.Are we wasting our money for this kind of service? Hope you can do something to him.I was very disappointed for this hope you can improve it.

Saya ingin membuat aduan mengenai posmen yg tak bertanggungjawab dalam kem sungai besi, k.l ni. Parcel saya tidak dihantar tetapi terus mendapat sms daripda pihak pos mengatakan parcel gagal dihantar. Sekiranya gagal dihantar kenapa tidal call atau tinggalkan notis. Ini membuang masa merugikan kos bil telefon saya untuk call custemer servis. Dah lah berkali-kali call custemer servis langsung tak diangkat. Bill saya siapa nak bayar? Kos mintak pergi collect parcel di pejabat pos sungai besi siapa nak bayar? Ini bukti parcel saya gagal dihantar dan terus dpt sms.

mails wrongly delivered frequently
I would like to highlight to your kind attention that frequently my area mails were delivered wrongly i.e. I always received letters from other office units and it not happen once but many times. I believed that your postman also delivered my mails to other offices here. We return the wrongly delivered mails to your postman many times and highlighted to him. But seem like nothing have change.

Servis sangat teruk dan lambat
Ppl kota tinggi selalu simpan parcel lama-lama, lebih dari seminggu tak deliver. Setiap parcel saya mesti lambat bila dah tiba di ppl kota. Apa pun alasan nya, tolong notify customer/penerima parcel. Jangan suka pending lama-lama. Kadang-kadang customer boleh je tunggu tapi beritahu sebab kenapa sentiasa pending.
Jika customer sudah di inform barang akan delayed, kami boleh tunggu tapi tolong jangan biarkan customer tunggu tanpa sebab. Ini yang kami sangat marah.

Dear Sirs,
Can you check and deliver my parcel which already deliver on 25/Mar but until today (28/Mar) I never receive it yet. The tracking no. is EH731154669MY. Yesterday (27/Mar) I called the Pos Line; 1-300-300-300 (Domestic) asking why my parcel delay and the answer from your staff that this caused from runner maybe motorcycle broke down since my son saw the runner only just put the slip to collect my parcel at pos laju center located in Bandar Baru Bangi without any horn for delivery. I already inform you staff (Pos Line) to arrange again delivery by today after 2:00pm but until this complaint writing my parcel still not yet deliver.
I hope your side will arrange immediately or I will no more use pos laju in the future.

This is to draw your attention to this unsatisfactory service by your company. I've waited for my items from overseas and in your web stated that the item out for delivery on 19/03/2018 at 11.22 am. However, the item has not been delivered until 20/3/2018 and i have re-checked your website and it stated that your postman has attempted deliver the item yesterday at 6.00pm. He also left a Delivery Arrangement Notice but, there is no any Notice received.
Therefore, i made a call your hotline at 1300-300-300 and the staff told that i can collect the item in Pejabat Pos Larkin, Johor Bahru. Unfortunately, when i went at Pejabat Pos Larkin at 11 am, the staff informed that the item is still in postman and will deliver by today.
I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that item is delivered by today. If you would like to contact me, call me at [protected] or email me. I shall look ahead to your reply

I want to know why there is no updates from pos laju official tracking website as they always to be updated about customer item there but now it is already complete 3 days without any updates from pos laju about my parcel which is EH771089915MY.
Im seriously frustrated and mad with poslaju with this kind of system of delivery you guys should close up your service business seriously you guys now are violating the rights of each customer to make any complaints and report for damaged or missing items which is supposed to be taken care of by your staff and your service.
Seriously, you guys need to be confront with the law to be judge in the courts if this is matters keep on happening.

Hi, not sure if anyone reads this or if anything will be done to resolve it. I have been waiting for an item with the tracking number RH941266047CN to be delivered for almost two months, but nothing happened. E-mails went unanswered, except for an automated reply, and eventually even the automated reply was no more. Whenever I call, I will be told by the pre-recorded message that all customer service personnel are busy. According to the "Track & Trace", there were two "Unsuccessful delivery" events. Our building is never empty, and I can be 100% sure that there are people here to receive the items, if the attempts were actually made. There was no note, nothing at all to indicate that the delivery was actually attempted. And now based on the latest event in "Track & Trace", it appears they are going to send the item back to KL. Unanswered e-mails, busy customer service personnel, I probably will never receive my package unless a miracle happens. Thank you Pos Laju.

Saya ada beberapa kali membeli barang melalui internet yang melibatkan servis pos laju. Tapi ini kali kedua saya terkena servis yang sangat teruk dan memalukan dari pihak pos laju. Pertama info yang di update melalui informasi di no tracking lambat dan tidak betul. Kedua tiada dapat langsung sebarang notis yang barang sampai walhal dalam pemberitahun di no tracking barang sudah sampai di rumah. Saya sepanjang minggu duduk di rumah tapi barang tidak sampai. Saya boleh lihat van pos laju lali di rumah tanpa nemberhenti kan van mereka. Ketiga bila saya menghubungi pos laju centre, mereka menipu syaa kata barang sudah sampai hakikatnya tidak langsung. I was post a parcel yeesterday (EH584948152MY), and when my customer received by today found out that one of the item inside of this parcel been damaged by somebody across the deliver.
Although the item didn't missing but it is a serious issue due to this person purposely open the parcel and damaged it. I hope your company will look after in this case and prevent the same issue will happen again. Thanks

First at all, I need to know where my parcel. Without any memo /call, pos laju just mention there delivery not successful because unacceptable reason then place my parcel into unknown place. Try to call [protected] and no one to answers. Then I been to pos laju ayer keroh saw one of yr staff and ask about that and I ask him nicely but he shout at me and so many people saw it and if someone take a video and upload its to media social. What do u think? Its that show that your staff no manner n simply shout to someone which just want to know where that parcel been. So many complaint in your wall but no feedback. Maybe sir/madam should taking action before someone viral it to media social. Got two staff. One was azrudin (old), another unknw name (old).

lost track document
I have sent a document to my client in Djibouti via Poslaju International on 14th February 2018. According to track and trace poslaju, the document has been delivered on 25th February 2018, but unfortunately my client haven't receive his document yet until now. I also make a call to Pos Malaysia customer care but couldn't get through and waiting for so long.in the meantime my client also went to the main Post Office in Djibouti to check for his document but the officer claimed that the document was not there. I do appreciate your kind assistance to check the status for my clients documents as it is really urgent.
