Today I went to Larkin Poslaju to ask about my parcel status as there is no one pick up my call for one week akready, I have been wait for over one week still yet to receive my parcel EN960494957MY. The process is too long, and the customer service officer telling me the parcel hasnt process yet, then I show them the tracking record hs shown the parcel is arrived at this office for few days already, then the customer service says, is at our office, but havent process it yet, what?! few days already cant even process it yet?!and the lady who is at the post laju, side counter, on duty on 14 April 2018, 10 a.m., has a very very very bad attitude like i owe her money, ask me to fill up information with a very bad attitude and then I found that there is no pen at the writing corner, so I came back to borrow a pen, then she gaves me a [censor] face! starring at me for a few seconds and gave me her pen with no smilling and like hate me a lot! I am very very angry with this, but i still smile at her and say thank you, but she roll her eye and ignore me, just take her pen back while I returned it, this attitude make me very very upset! ok, they say tomorrow will send me the parcel, lets see whether I will receive it or not, hopefully they dont just anyhow answer me, and please take action to that bd attitude lady, such employee should get fired!

Pos laju larkin worst taking so long to deliver parcel...now almost 11 days parcel not yet arrive they already received 4 days ago!when i was in other place 3 days i always get my parcel only here in larkin...next time just use dhl..much better!

I received a letter from Poslaju Larkin yesterday and mentioned that my parcel is on hold by custom due to undeclared. I have been calling Poslaju Larkin this morning from 8:30am till noon, there is no one pick up the phone. I am wondering is any staffs working or there is no officer able to answer call at all. How we can verify and clarify on the parcel other than present at the office?

Pos dokumen 10/6/21 - 13/6 dispatched out..tpi hrini dokumen tk sampai2 lagi dkt tempat yg nak dihantar..padahal dri johor bahru ke tempat dlm daerah johor bahru jugak..
