Hi sir/Madam i complaint about ur staff branch tesco extra cheras taman midah kl 56000...post laju so many time i go ur branch submit bills but there every time ur staff busy mobile phones n other activities n during working go inside tesco n shopping i have 5 counter but almost jst one 1 counter other 4 is close..i go but dnt hve customer inside but ur staff busy aft 20 mnt i wait aft they call my number so many complaines i attch some pic u also see..during duty she go shopping aft shopping come back n open counter..time:aft 3pm i see she inside tesco n other busy withs moble pls sir change staff as soon as...Thanks

Sy ada beberapa aduan utk dikemukakan.
1. Kurier Poslaju Shah Alam selalu tak datang pickup barang sedangkan setiap hari sy call untuk pickup. Pihak kami mempunyai kontrak dgn poslaju, kami bayar, bukan tak bayar. Kenapa tak pickup? Barang customer selalu pending disebabkan sikap pemalas dan tidak amanah pekerja poslaju dalam melakukan tugas.
2. Poslaju Shah Alam tak pernah jawab call utk sy buat aduan terus ke pihak mereka.

Here is my tracking number MY184862263111M for my parcel that already arrived at pos laju puchong on 28 feb 2018 from China based on my notification at shoppe. When i check tracking system, there is no update for my parcel.
I suppose cancel the product if i didnot received upon time.since i checked it was stuck at puchong pos laju, i wish i can get it as soon as possible.

Saya rasa ini dah kali ke 4 barang lambat smpai.. ke tangkak johor.. benda ni bukan punca dari pos office tangkak, tapi brg yg dihantar xsampai ke tangkak.. paling geram tu. Brg akan sampai ke muar baru tangkak. Selalu menjadi punca di muar. Xtahu la apa mslah. N saya penah nk pergi ambil sendri brg di muar. Tp pekerja ckp brg ye xtahu ade dimana. Knp ye xde pape tindakan. Kalo ade peti cadangan di muar. Sy rasa ramai complain.. brang dihantar dr kL ke pulau tioman pn ambil masa 2 hari je. sekarang khidmat pos laju malaysia. Adalah no 1. Yg ramai org guna. Pttnya tingkaktkan la service. Tambah pekerja ke. Ramai je yg masih mengangur. Perlukan kerja. Tolongla ambil tindakan sewajarnya. Sy tgok pos office muar pun xdpt menampung brg2 custmer. Smpai kat luar2 barang2 diletakan. Kalo hilang tu xtahula nk ckp.. service pn lambat. important document not received
My Tenancy agreement has been collected by Pos Laju delivery man on 29 Jan, only to be received by Cheras Pos Laju office on 7 Feb, arrived at Kuching Pos Laju on 10 Feb and yet the Pos laju delivery man didnt manage on both occasion on 12 & 21 Feb due to incorrect address.
Yet no call to the sender contact number nor receiver contact number to ask for the correct address? What's the point requesting us to write down the contact number when you don't even bother to call? On the document part, its TENANCY AGREEMENT that has been signed by my director and its is in urgent matter to deliver to the receiver. Any delay will causes our company a massive loses. For that I'll definitely lodge a complaint to your HQ to ask for explanation and person to be responsible over this matter.
Now not only the document haven't send back to us and now it's missing to nowhere. Been calling both Cheras and Kuching Pos laju for over 20 times if not more, yet no one answer the phone. Why bother to have a phone number when you don't even pick up the call?
Because the company is insisting on using Pos Laju, if not I will definitely won't bother to use your services!

Assalamualaikum,
Pada hari ini 1 Mac, 2018 jam lebih kurang 9:10 pagi, posman daripada Pos Laju telah hadir ke kediaman saya untuk menghantar surat. Pada ketika itu saya sedang membasuh kereta di hadapan rumah. Saya perhatikan posman tersebut telah masukkan surat kedalam peti surat rumah saya. Saya terus ambil surat tersebut dan dapati ianya adalah notis pemberitahuan bahawa saya perlu hadir ke pejabat post untuk mengambil bungkusan pesanan saya kerana saya tiada di rumah. MENGARUT! Mana mungkin saya tiada di rumah.
Pada jam 9:13 saya terus telefon khidmat pelanggan tuan di talian [protected] mengadu kejadian tersebut. Oleh kerana tiada maklumbalas daripada pihak tuan, saya telah membuat satu lagi panggilan pada jam 11:10. Mohon rujuk rakaman percakapan.
Sukacita sekiranya tuan dapat mengambil maklum bahawa saya tidak nampak posman tersebut menulis notis ketika itu dan saya beranggapan bahawa notis tersebut sudah disediakan lebih awal. Kemungkinan inilah cara postman tersebut bekerja ia itu menyediakan notis supaya pelanggan dikehendaki mengambil bungkusan pesanan tanpa menekan loceng rumah atau memanggil pelanggan.
Sebelum ini kerap kali saya terpaksa pergi ke Pejabat Pos untuk mengambil bungkusan pesanan saya setelah menerima notis sedemikian. Pada hari ini, ternyata inilah modus operandi posman yang tidak bertanggungjawab. Saya amat dukacita dan kejadian ini telah mencemar nama baik Pos Laju.
Mohon tindakan sewarnya diambil.

customer service and missing parcel
The customer service line we are supposed to contact in order to get our problems fixed is not only unprofessional, they also offer no solutions to problems. Pos, your employees need an intensive class on good etiquette. Even after giving the operator my tracking number he implied that there is no record of the parcel because the sender may not have posted it yet- to which i asked, ‘So how did i get this tracking number?' The procedure is to then email them and wait 2 whole working days for a reply. 2 whole days for an express delivery that was meant to arrive in 1-2 days and is obviously important. All express deliveries are time sensitive, and i dont think it takes a genius to figure that out. I asked, ‘There has to be a faster way or someone who can handle an urgent matter like Express posts' to which i was told over and over as if they have been trained to repeat this line when they face a wall / problem: ‘This is our procedure'. This procedure is NOT good enough for urgent deliveries. I will never use this post service again. As it is, i told my secretary to use either FedEx or DHL. Her mistake, but Pos Malaysia did not end up redeeming itself.

mohon pos malaysia tukarkan pekerja bahagian serahan cewangan membakut, 89728 Sabah. saya menunggu hampir 2 jam untuk mendapatkan barang saya dan pengurusan yang sangat tidak baik itu harus diperbaiki. ada juga orang lain yang tidak mendapatkan barangan mereka sedangkan pos tracking telah menunjukkan bahawa parcel itu telah sampai . kata pekerja tersebut barangan tersebut tidak dijumpai tapi selepas beberapa hari dan berjam jam menunggu di luar pejabat barulah dapat barangan. pekerja serahan yang tidak cekap itu telah lama saya nampak sejak tahun tahun yang lalu dan pekerja tersebut agak berumur dan harus ditukar dengan pekerja yang lebih muda dan cekap melalukan tugas. Selain itu juga. pos laju sangat suka delay kan parcel . item saya pada hari yang lalu telah di pos oleh seller pada 14/02/2018
dan sekarang sudah 22/02/2018 barangan tersebut masih lagi berada di post office di semenanjung a.k.a "consignment dispatch out " sejak 15/02/2018. hari demi hari saya akan menindas pos malaysia selagi pekerja di cewangan yang saya sebutkan tadi tidak ditukar . sekian terima kasih

i bought an iphone from kongweng shop. tracking number given ER141139302MY and shipped out on 12/2/18. i have no issue with the seller.
ive been monitor the item status online from the tracking number given and found out the item was dispatched out from pos laju klang to another pos laju klang on 14/2/17. usually i will receive the item on the same after it reached pos laju klang. and i never received that item on that day. and thats ok.
on the next day (15/2/18), i called the pos laju klang ([protected]) and asked to help me to track my parcel. the costumer service told me the items already despatched out to pos laju selatan and the parcel supposed to be there and told me to call pos laju klang selatan.
i called pos laju klang selatan ([protected]), asked regarding my parcel status. she said they never received the parcel and all goods have been delivered on that day from pos laju klang selatan and nothing left behind. she told me to go and check my parcel at delivery address. i went to chech but i confirmed the item never been delivered yet.
so i have to wait from 16-18 because of th CNY and called again the pos laju selatan to ask the status the parcel. the resullt still the same. they never received the item from pos laju klang and asked me to go to pos laju klang to make the complaint. and i went to pos laju klang today (19/2/17) to find out the truth and pos laju klang said the already despatched to pos laju klang selatan and i have to asked them. i walked and went there by myself and sadly i got the same reply. and they asked me to go back to pos laju klang to make a complaint. and again, i have to walk back to pos laju klang.
eventually they said that the item floating from the tracking system and made me to make a complaint and asked me to wait for another 3 days.
im ok with that. but what im really sad is why i have to there by myself and have to check by myself since ive paid for the service. the tracking status was clear (item has been dispatched out to pos laju klang) which mean i never received the item but still made myself to pos laju to look for it myself and action taken after that which i assume this problem should be settled earlier.

I'm buying things from online and I got no choice I force to use pos laju! Almost every times postman no sending my parcel! I force to get my parcel my own at post office! And at jb post office there are damn lot of people and I always take 2 hours to wait for my turn get my parcel! Im so irritating! When I came back home the postman already left and I tried to make him to redeliver the item but all I get is listening to those pos Malaysia craps! I'm so piss of with the service and I call for so many times and cannot manage to get someone to talk with. Then I need to hear those nonse advertisement all over again. All I need is that my parcel to be redelivery for the second time. Please improve your services and I'm tired of complaining.

I sent my parcel by 30 Jan 2018 as pos laju to china and the worker told me that it can be arrived between3-4days, already 15days from my pos delivered so disappointed for that about 100ringgit spent on it just to make sure it arrive before valentines day
So damn terrible this pos laju!spent a lot of money and get nothing after two weeks And more!is it my fault in this kes?i sent it so early by pos laju pls dun do this kind of things like really terrible
