My Proton Saga breakdown on 9th Mei 2021 and sent to repair, workshop call and said the ECU need to be replaced, and request to HQ was proceed the same day.
However, HQ only replied on 20th Mei 2021, and said parts will be delivered on 31st Mei 2021. But still not yet received today at 27th-June-2021 (47days).
My complaint is the why would it take so long to handle the case, and during the waiting period, i had contacted customer care 2 times and also service centre several times, said will forward the message, but no reply from anyone about the progress.
I sincerely hope that you can follow up on this matter.

1. What service? I spent a long time in my car... Requiring a small amount of time from the bank; requesting a different bank...; sending the documents a few times...
2. I provide the license plate number that I want, and she asks the customer to solve it by herself, and has never taught how to mark the company's license plate. The result was wrong, she said that the same situation can be replaced in jpj.. I have to queue for more than 3 hours.. Why don't you start by asking runners to prepare for customers, and want to get commissions but not work?
3. Complain to the branch manager for poor sa service and promise to refund my car plate and buy me a new one..
I sent me the car license registration form on march 5th... It was only found out that the company registration number was wrong on april 8th.. I didn't check it a month ago. Did the car get checked until it arrived?
I went to jpj cheras officer for inquiries, and he told me that I could go to wangsa maju to cancel the wrong document and buy back the same license plate, which can be resolved quickly
If the other party does not handle it anymore, do you need to report to the police center
Pls provides quality sa services to pronton's customers. It is not only necessary to understand the detailed information of the car model, but also to understand the basic service knowledge. Isn't that why the customer is asked to do it himself, and the customer can't get the service for the commission?

Unclear procedure and felt threatened
I booked 30 nov 2020 for x 50 from jutania otomobile seapark. I always keep update my information about my loan. But the sales person tan, never update me regard of the car progress. Until begining march I need to get house loan done. Everything done and resume on end of march and get look by them. They quiet again few days. So I engage used car dealer finish sell in 24 hours. 6 april told tan and he with boss told I must trade in with them to get the new car fast? I felt treathen and isn't I can settle my own old car to get new car?

Waiting for spare parts after an accident takes very long.
Everytime I call up the workshop I receive the same reply - no spare parts.
This is my 2nd experience..

Proton X50 - forced to take extra package
I just get informed from proton salesman that proton compulsory consumer to take the accessories package which is extra cost RM 3300 to RM 3500. This is not fair to customer, when we booked under this price but after we get the car need to pay extra money to take the package! I have been waiting the car allocation when during laughing time until today. We want the selective package not a compulsory package! Be fair to all the consumer!

X50 booking no answer from proton
To whom this may concern from Proton's customer care,
I'm writing to inquire on the delivery date of my order and to seek for reasonable explanations in respect to my serious concerns.
The attachment herein is a copy of the Vehicle Sales Order (VSO). To summarize, the material specifications of my order is as follows: -
(1) X50 1.5 TGDI FLAGSHIP (JET GREY)
(2) Important to highlight that although the VSO stipulates the colour being Citric Orange, it has been amended to Jet Grey in the system itself.
(3) Location: Proton (Sing Siang Hin (M) Sdn Bhd), Taman Melawati.
To begin with, the government has introduced a stimulus package (PENJAJA) which includes the exemption of sales tax for passenger cars between 15th June 2020 to 31st December 2020, of which the sales tax is fully waived for locally assembled cars like the X50.
Moreover, a Proton salesman represented that the car will most likely arrive within 2 months from the date stipulated under the VSO and definitely by the end of 2020 together with the sales tax exemption (STE) to my advantage. Consequently, I relied on his statement alongside the STE acting as an incentive to instantly place an order on the X50. There are no disruptions on my end as my bank loan has been approved and the car's number plate is registered.
As we are approaching the end of 2020, serious concerns have emerged as the STE expires on the 31st December 2020. Thus, I have undertaken continuous efforts to unfold a conclusive answer of when my order will arrive.
Firstly, Proton Taman Melawati provided vague replies and claimed that they only received the X50 TDGI Flagship in every colour EXCEPT for Jet Grey. As my order is 3rd in line of the said variation, the first two customers have not received their orders and are yet to discover the date they will be in supply. Why are other colours available but Jey Grey? Is there a manufacturing deficiency of X50 TDGI Flagship in Jet Grey? This impacts me in absolute uncertainty at the expense of forfeiting the STE, resulting in a financial burden.
Secondly, I have contacted other Proton Authorised Dealers such as the one in Bandar Baru Bangi and Bandar Sungai Long, wherein they have been allocated the variation of my order. The supply of cars should be allocated according to the confirmed orders, why is it available in other outlets but Taman Melawati?
Unfortunately, as of today, there is still no conclusive answer from Proton Taman Melawati of when the X50 TDGI Flagship in Jet Grey will be in supply despite my reasonably practical efforts.
If my car were to arrive in 2021, the net selling price will increase as the STE expires. Time is in the essence of a contract and if I have performed my obligations as a purchaser through obtaining an approved bank loan and a readily available registered number plate, Proton should execute its obligations by delivering on time as represented.
To resolve the mentioned issues, I would appreciate a prompt response of the determinate delivery date and demand for damages payable by Proton if the delivery of my order is executed after the STE expires on the 31st December 2020.
I look forward to your reply, co-operation and resolution of my significant concerns.

I have send my car Ertiga for warranty claim for air cond compressor somewhere in Oct 2020 at GT 1 Taman Merdeka Permai Melaka. Still now there is no proper feedback on the replacement. Even I call few times the Proton customer service they mention the spare parts center will update in 48 hrs. I waited for them no respond. It shows that the management system on handling customer service after sale is totally screw up and to wait for more 2 months. Just imagine how can we wait too long even can't refund the cost if we get repair from third parties. Now the car is laying under roof and unable use due now is raining sessions. I hope this will be last proton car for me.

Regarding booking of proton x50 premium (jet grey). On 2 october 2020 place a booking at edaran saga (pulau pinang). I was told to wait for the official launching of proton x50. But till 4 disember 2020. I have not received any information about the booking and no date of delivery was given. Proton please advice. Thank you

Tapi sehingga kini belum ada khabar berita. Bila di Tanya stock belum smpai.. Belum sampai turn. Pelbagai alasan di berikan. Adakah ianya normal menunggu sehingga berbulan bulan.. Proton X70 malfunctions:
1. Battery Problem: After 3 days didn't drive the car the battery went flat. On and Off message will pop up saying low battery voltage. Complained a few times at 2 Proton Service Centre and mechanics did try finding out the problem. Until today there is no real solution.
2. Two weeks ago, the ACC System FAILED.
3. Last week the BSM System malfunction.
4. What will be the next malfunction?
The above malfunction were not fixed yet.
* Am I the unlucky one to have these problems or others are also facing problems from this 1st batch of X70?
** What is Proton Edar going to do to solve these problems or other future yet to surface malfunctions for me?

My Nov 2021 CKD X70 on the 2nd month have BSM problem, uneven rubber sealed on the door window and other minor issue that will get SC to rectify on my 10K service.
In my opinion if your SC still can't resolve all your issue, its advisable to make complains at FB "Geely Global" or email to "globalservice@geely.com" By doing this proton HQ will be more serious to tackle its very very bad reputation service centres & after sales service.

Hi I would like to formally complaint about the iriz that I have recently bought.
So I got my iriz 2019 1.3 executive variant on the September of 24 2019 ! According to the their instructions I went to service my car on 30 October 2019 in the bayan lead service center,
And less then two months after getting my car I nearly had a accident. On 16 Nov 2019, I planned to have a short trip with my friend to Kuala Kurau. We start our trip from Bayan Lepas heading to Penang second bridge and PLUS highway. While we were crossing the bridge, it pop up with a notification mentioned that the vehicle was in "low oil pressure". I cannot just stop the car on the bridge due to safety purpose so I forced to keep drive and find a nearest stop point to stop my car, which is Ikea Batu Kawan.
The moment when we just entered the car park, my car suddenly stop working and couldn't be start when ever I tried. The car stopped at the middle of the road, and luckily there's no car behind us. How could something like this even happen? I would get it if it's a old model/car but for a car that is not even two months old that is ridiculous! Im very shock to this issue because I just service my car two weeks ago.
If I had not decided to cut short my trip and drive it to a nearest building to try to find a place to stop driving, I am sure that my car would died in a middle of a speeding highway and this may put me and my friend (passenger) into a dangerous situation.
I hope you guys proton will take this kind of complaint seriously as this is no way in norm to have a car broke down after servicing it two weeks beforehand and the car itself is not even two months old
This issue makes me sick! I had to waste my time and spent about RM120 to call for tow truck to move my car to the nearest Proton service centre. Also I still haven't gotten my car back and it's already been more then three days with no updates what so ever what is this kind of service. This kind of things is what makes people not want to buy Malaysia home made product!
front and rear sensor issue
My name is Nabil Dev and my vehicle registration number is VAP5292, I am driving Proton Suprima S Premium which I bought as new car on the year 2017 August.
Since I took the car I have been facing issues with the front and reverse sensor where the sensors are not functioning and when I bring the car to nearest Proton Service Center they wil change the sensor and claim the sensor had some issue, Once they change the sensor less than 3 or 4 month the same problem starting and I`ve been raising the issue more than 8 times to Proton but there were no proper troubleshoot was conduct as well no root cause was provided and currently I am facing the same issue my front and back sensors are not functioning, nearly one week and I found that at times the sensors function and suddenly it's not functioning and I believe that there point of changing the front and back reverse sensors it clearly can see that that the wiring issue or whatever issue.
I always bring the car to Proton Seremban Service Center Jalan Lombong Emas 6, Seremban Light Industrial Park, 70200 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, They were very helpful but this issue they are requesting me to bring the car to Proton Subang Jaya Centre Of Service Excellence (CoSE), They are claiming that they`ve have been requested technician from Centre Of Service Excellence (CoSE) to come Seremban and check my car`s issue but no one is responding and I work in Seremban and it's very hard for to travel all way to Subang Jaya.
Please assist to let me know what I can do to resolve the sensor issue.
