My QVC account
My QVC account was suspended. My account just disappeared with no letter, no explanation. I have been a customer for many years. Always current on my easy pays. I am beside myself because I did all of my Christmas shopping on the Q. I owe on my easy pays and no way to pay them. Would like to send cashiers check directly to Q and pay them off. They may no longer want me as a customer but I need to pay them what I owe. I am devastated as it probably ruined my credit.
Customer service and responsiveness
My Account was closed due to non-payment they have said... yet they are still charging my credit card for payments. I was alerted on Monday that my account was closed due to non-payment, I instructed the customer service person to change the charge card to a different card and the charges were charged to that credit card on 1/16. She said that my account would be reopened in 2 hours. I called back about 3 hours later and the customer service person told me she elevated it to a Supervisor and that they would get back to me in 4 days. Still no phone call. Called and spoke with them today 1/19 and they indicated that my account was permanently closed due to non-payment. I am not a happy person right now! They said they sent me to collections but yet are still charging my cards. There is no way I can get into my account if they closed my account to rectify the situation. Still no phone call and it is 4:16 CT. I can't tell you how disappointed I am.
Desired outcome: Please reopen my account. Let me return the items that I need to that I can until January 31, 2023. Make my account a full pay account for future and not easy pay installments.
Easy pay financing
In the fall qvc closed my account...they state its a balance owed from 2017...I had a qcard thru synchrony bank..all my purchases were put on this card..easy pays as well. The account went into collections. During this period qvc made several attempts to process easy pay payments...qvc states that the easy pays have not been paid and that it's a separate...

I have been a QVC customer since 1992. Dec 23, 2022 I tried to log in to my account and got the message that password incorrect. I tried again. So wondering if there was a technical issue, I tried to reset the password. This time the message said that there was no account with that email.
I contacted customer service via chat and got a message that "my account had been closed because Q hasn't received payment or has experienced business loss..."
A phone call to CS resulted in some additional information. I was told that in 2018, a nest thermostat was purchased in the approx amount of $150.00 and was shipped to Michigan (?). In the meantime, Q had received a charge back from a cc company for this item. I explained to the CS rep (who was very kind), that I had no knowledge of such transaction. I did not order such item nor do I know anyone in MI. I did not authorize the use of my account. I have no explanation how this happened.
A supervision was sympathetic but said any decision to reverse this was a corporate decision. I ASKED HER WHY IT TOOK 4 YEARS TO CALL THIS TO MY ATTENTION. She had to phone number of the purchaser and it was not me or anyone of my knowledge.
Now, I cannot access order history. This means I cannot track returns and credits. I cannot make any returns of holiday gifts. My credit card number is still in their system because the supervisor told my that the cc used for the disputed item was not one of my cards.
I have no idea how this happened. It was not a transaction that was made by me or any person to my knowledge. I would like to speak to someone that could use logic to resolve this issue. I have a 30 year shopping history. I did not swindle QVC out of a $150.00 item.
Desired outcome: Reinstate this account.
Every one I talked to was polite but was unable to help. After waiting 3 weeks for a call from corporate CS, I called them directly. Customer Service at the Corp level was unable to help. They suggested that I go back into to menu to select another department. I reached out to the Fraud department. Apparently another person unknown to me had been linked to why account. It was resolved in about 3 days. It was approx 4 weeks from the time I was notified that my account was closed to getting it reopened.
Use of bank credit cards
A few years ago I had to close my QVC card because I ran into financial strains due to illnesses. The last three or four times I've tried to order something on line I logged in, put my bank credit card information in and the order went through. When I went to check on the status of the orders, the bank information was gone and orders didn't show up. I had to find out why during a chat I had recently. I never knew this. I never knew that I would not be able to use any credit card. I understand the close of the QVC account, but I should be able to use my bank cards. I've never had problems with any other creditor.
Desired outcome: I would like to be able to order from QVC. Please let me know if that will be possible.
Tonight I have learned that 3 family members have been cheated by QVC. 1) QVC purposely shipped a wrong sized item to my aunt…then forced her to pay for shipping and return shipping; my mother didn’t get a proper refund on a returned item; and QVC is refusing to refund a payment to my sister, after having promised a refund check would be issued over one month ago!
Every state needs to get their attorney general involved in these unfair and deceptive business practices.
My understanding is that QVC may be withholding “tax” too (refusing to return the money) which should should need brought to the attention of the IRS.

I would like to find out how come my exchange turned into a nightmare.
I had purchased cuddl duds fleeseware stretch leggings on 11/22/22. I had ordered a large and received a Medium. I sent them back the next day for exchange. When I noticed they had been received back in I called to see where my order was. I was told at that time that I had been credited since there was no more inventory. I asked if I had been charged for the shipping and of course I was and I immediately complained that it was QVC fault and I was given a $3.50 credit which was what I was charged. I have made several calls to find out when I would receive the refund on the leggings. I was told it was put on hold and would be released in a few days. That never happened and there was no explanation for the hold. Then I get a $6.95 charge for return shipping. Why since it wasn't my doing that your people messed up. I was told that would be reversed. I was connected to the finance department and left a message and no one has contacted me. I have completely lost all confidence that I will ever see by refund of $26.82. I did receive an email stating I had a refund of $0. How do you think I felt about that? Not Happy. When I received my latest order there was a paper enclosed that said "If you are not happy, we are not happy" I had to laugh. Someone needs to take care of this situation. order # [protected]
Desired outcome: I want my refund and an apology for all the times I have called and have not been given any satisfaction. My time is just as valuable as yours.
Order never received, account closed w/o informing me, kept my money
On 11/29/22, I ordered a laptop, which I never received, I double checked my address, which was correct. Called customer service on Friday, 12/9/22, just to be notified that my account was closed, no one had the courtesy to let me know; as of today (12/12/22) QVC still has my money, I called their finance department, to be informed that it will take 5 to 7 business days for my accountvto be credited, although they closed my account on 12/3/22 . What a ripoff.
Desired outcome: My money back.
Just happened to me. They allege they will all back and explain but have never called back to explain. Beyond disgusted.
Banned from shopping at their website for not a reasonable reason
I was banned from shopping at QVC in early Nov. of 2022. At that time I was told by Customer Service it was a problem with my QVC Synchrony Bank Card. As I told them, I recently paid my entire bill with them and have always been a good and loyal customer and cannot understand why I am being banned from shopping. Finally, after getting the runaround from local Customer Service at QVC, I asked to speak to corporate. Corporate called me and explained that I owe Synchrony Bank. I stated that I did not owe them any money. Then I was given more information about my accounts. I had no knowledge of having several accounts with them. All I can see on their website is one account.
My backstory with QVC I believe is relevant here. Briefly, I first opened an account with them in 2007 and shopped for fifteen years without ever being accused of being a bad customer or consumer. I found that there were three accounts under my name and I was only aware of one of them. The two most recent accounts were opened in August of 2018 and in Feb. of 2022. The corporate explanation for opening a new account in August of 2018 had to do with me consolidating all of my debts including my Synchrony QVC card. That second account stayed open until Nov. of 2022 without any contact from them in a letter, email, or telephone call. They claimed that they tried to contact me but I know for a fact that is an outright lie. No one contacted me from QVC. Here is the issue that QVC has with me. They banned me from shopping permanently because they allegedly stated that I owe money to QVC Synchrony Bank and I told them as Synchrony Bank told me that they have no issues with me and I can shop using my Q card with QVC. I was told by corporate that they would reinstate me as a customer if I could prove that I had paid my debt off to QVC Synchrony Bank. I told them I was not willing to send them such a letter and that I did not believe that they had any rights to information since that was with Synchrony bank which issued credit and that was resolved in 2018. I don't care to do business with QVC business but I do desire that others know they have very bad business practices and this is a good way to lose customers and keep customers. Through this process. QVC has treated me very badly especially locally.
Desired outcome: Other customers are informed of their bad business practices and that QVC is being told they cannot treat customers in this way. Customers such as myself have rights and violating those rights is not good business practice.
PS5 Console Bundle
I placed an order for a PS5 Bundle on 11/10/2022 and was advised it would be delivered on 11/21/2022. I was later informed there was a delay from the warehouse and the delivery was confirmed for 11/23/2022.
On 11/22/2022, my credit card was charged twice for the order and charged again on 11/23/2022 for the FULL amount of the order. Yet the company sent me an email on 11/22/2022 after charging my card that the order was denied, and I would have to pay the full amount. WHICH THEY ALREADY CHARGED.
When I called their Q-Service department I was informed it would take 3-7 days for my charges to be refunded, it took 24 hours for them to charge my account. When I looked for the item from other retail outlets, the items is OUT OF STOCK.
These are unfair and deceptive practices being held during Black Friday and the loss of the merchandise for these fraudulent practices is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Send the item order, REFUND my money!
General ordering/sales
Qvc is not a desired place to do business with. They are extremely expensive (although the "v" in qvc stands for "value!")... They will let you register to shop online with them, order items (even using a debit card to pay item in full)... Then mysteriously, cancel the order without a letter or any explanation! Horrible place to do business with.
QVC keeps canceling my orders with no explanation or letter or how to get any issues resolved.

Oster 11 in One Air Fryer/Roaster Oven
I purchased this Oster 11-in One Air Fryer/Roaster oven on November 5th, because they said it was big enough to fit the new red Roasting pans, NOT! My 9/13 Casserole doesn't fit loosely it's too tight of a fit! My Roasting pan wouldn't fit either! I fell i was misled. My old Oven is bigger than this one still works great but i wanted to upgrade, to me this is a downgrade! Also, it did not come with sample cooking guide. I checked the whole box nothing. I'm concerned about ordering anything in the future, will i be misled again?

I have said it all in the above. It is all on your computer notes. Never been delinquent. Read notes above. Called 9-2-2022 requesting info what to do if my credit card was possibly compromised. Rep placed extension. Called 9-3 and said if I paid September then hold would be removed October 6. October 7 hold still on. Numerous calls with 3 reps in Cooperate Office and 4 supervisor calls to no avail. Last call yesterday with supervisor and told hold would be off in two hours. Hold still on. Who has authority to remove this QVC error?
Desired outcome: Remove hold which I did not ask for I have NEVER been delinquent. Someone in booking isn’t reading or ignoring the reasoning behind request. It’s all on your computer notes. Thank you.
Bait and Switch with the color laptop
I order a rose gold laptop with the marble gold cover on 10/30. My confirmation showed that a different cover was added to the order. Immediately call and spoke to a live person. I thought he order was fixed to correctly reflect my choice of laptop color and cover. I finally received my order today, and the sent the correct cover, but changed the color of the laptop. When I called to inquire, I was told that the rose gold is wait-listed for 45 days. I can send back the device and wait until after Christmas to get the laptop due to deception on the part of QVC's employee. I was told I could by Claudia, who did not to make the situation better, that I could only complaint I had the employee's name , and the name of her supervisor.
Desired outcome: I want the opportunity to use the laptop that they sent me knowing it was the not the one that I ordered, and in 45 days get my rose gold laptop in exchange for the space gray which I did not order.
Returned items over two months still no refund
I have a qvc account and made a purchase when I notice they sent the parcel to the wrong address I called I was told I get a refund and another same parcel sent out for free I received second item but no longer needed it so I sent it back then since I have only received a email saying they are working on the refund for parcel return yet since I still have no refund and item is still being charged on my account both items . I tried contacting the chat but kept getting hung up on in then they kept asking me about other orders as well long hold times crazy
Desired outcome: Compensation by federal law missing mail is a liability of upbto 15000 dollars as well as my refund
Lost/stolen ring
I purchased a 14k gold diamonique ring in November of 2002. One of the stones fell out. I was watching a recent diamonique program and found out that there is a life time repair or replacement on diamonique product. I called to get the address and shipping instructions. I mailed the ring to May 19, 2022. I called a few days later to find out if they received it and how would it take to repair. They told my that they couldn't tell me if they were in possession of the ring but that it would take 4-6 weeks for repair. That was in May of 2022. I called in June, I called in July, I called in August and in September. The response. I kept getting the same answer, it's in for repair. Then I had to ask for a supervisor because the people who answer the phone were very nice but could give my any answers. I asked to be contacted by a supervisor. That to days for anyone to call be back. When I did get a return call, it was during the times when I was at work. And the person left a message to call back at a number that didn't work. When I finally reached supervisor on a Friday, she told me that they never received my ring. I told her that I would be getting in touch with the post office on Monday. The post office told me when the ring was picked up, the time and by whom. B. Jordan picked up the ring on May 24, 2022 at 10:19 am. If that person is an employee of QVC, then that person either stole my ring or lost it. Because now they are telling me that they don't know where my ring because it is not in the repair warehouse. After months of getting the run around, first saying that it was being repaired, then it was they never received it, QVC changed their story again saying that they don't know where my ring is. The only solution to stealing or loosing my ring was to return the $132.00 that I paid for the ring. That is not an acceptable resolution because gold has appreciated in value. I don't want the purchase price of my ring.

On Sunday,10/9/2022 (n.y.c.) the EV Rider (45lbs) fully assembled was being advertised. Opens and closing at the push of a button It was also advertised that you would be able to SHOP in the grocery store with it. Here comes the elderly model in the orange jacket riding towards the boxed cereal on her EV rider. No place to put any items on or in her transportation. Where do my eggs. milk and chop meat go?.In my lap. Get real, make a medium size removable wire basket for the front handle or somewhere on the side of that vehicle. STOP promoting this grocery tale. Unless you just love riding through.
Desired outcome: Remove the false advertisement if you are not adding a wire basket for the grocery store.
Deliveries
I ordered a beauty product on September 17th and so far have been notified 3 times of delay in shipment. The last notice sId I would receive it on 10/3/22. Well, that date cMe and went. I tried to cancel the product after the first notice and was met with…”in process, cannot cancel.” What a come on for QVC. Sell the product and then don’t allow cancellation when they cannot meet their delivery. I contacted QVC and was told they would “try and cancel” BALONEY! In order to appease me they cancelled the $3.50 shipping charge….BIG DEAL! QVC has pulled this stunt once too often with all kinds of excuses. I am finished with the company for good!
In addition, the email notices say to check the order for delivery information which I did, repeatedly, and there is a never an update. QVC BLOWS!
Desired outcome: Cancel the Doll 10 product …. $66.66 now minus the $3.50 shipping.
Dispute of charge, qvc mistake!
I am livid over QVC closing my account with no letter or questions from them. I disputed a charge on my credit card account because I did not know that QVC placed an order on my account as "stretch pay." I contacted my credit card company as I have never wanted a "stretch pay" as I have always paid in full. So I finally got the order number of the QVC item, tried to look it up to take care of the disputed item and found it was QVC's fault for filing a "stretch pay" when I did not request it. So you can guess...Qvc closed my account. I let my credit card company know that QVC HAD made the MISTAKE, but apparently no communication was made between the two compaines. I even called QVC to let tell them why I had questioned the charge, and I would be happy to resolve this matter ( now that I figured out QVC's Mistake). No communication still from QVC, only when I try to place an order, they inform me that MY account IS CLOSED. QVC is a 24/7 operation, why is all offices, including dispute department not working 24/7 ? Several times I have not been able to place an order because my account is closed, and lost the item because it sold out before I could have it re-opened. I have read the other complaints about QVC closing other accounts ! I am appauled. If QVC operates this way,. they will surely change the customers opinion of them. Its the customer that makes QVC POSSIBLE !
