Truck hit base of lamp post in parking lot
The Rooms to Go truck hit base of lamp post in parking lot as they were leaving. The delivery was on Tuesday August 30 to Siesta Gulf View Condos, 420 Beach Road, Unit 706, Sarasota, FL 34242. Delivery to Andy & Louise Eades.
We have a witness as they hit the base with photo and photo of damage attached.

I bought a bedroom set. A Beverly damaged chest of drawers was delivered. So bad that the movers took it back. I called the office to arrange for a expeditious replacement. Called and talked to the salesperson that sold us the set and he indicated that he would have the manager address it as soon as possible so there would be a long wait for the item. Did not hear from anyone so far. called 5-6 hours ago. We want to return the whole set, not so much for the damaged item, but for the lack of attention to our concerns. Been calling for last couple of hours and no one calls-left an auto return message. Very upset with the customer service. I understand there is a 48 hour return window-the 48 hours will surely expire if they don't call soon. I am writing this complain in case they don't return call with the next 48 hours I have some evidence that every effort was made to get in touch with them.

Wish I could give no stars!
Beautiful furniture, however delivery is terrible! Ordered online and paid $2200 for dining table with chairs and a matching buffet. Didn't have all my furniture on original delivery. Missing dining chair had to be reordered and then delivered two weeks later. Delivery procedure is horrible. Second delivery never showed up. I had to call customer service to find out the chair was not on the truck a second time! No notice, no phone call to me! It has to be delivered again! Horrible service! I will not purchase from Rooms To Go again. Ashley Furniture is much better!

Angelino Heights Blue 3-PC Sleeper Sectional
We ordered the 1719303P on June 2 and it was delivered on August 12. Unfortunately, the chaise we ordered was supposed to be on the left and it was delivered on the right side. Customer Care indicated they can't do anything to help and transferred us back to Online Sale who wouldn't pick up the phone or call us back when I left our phone number. Apparently, the unit we received will have to be returned and an entirely new order written for what we wanted originally.
Desired outcome: We want the 3-PC sectional with the chaise on the left side and the unit delivered on 8/12 picked up.
Damaged Living room and Bedroom furniture
I've purchased all my furniture for my new home from Rooms To Go. I thought that by paying a little more and purchasing from a company like Rooms To Go, I wouldn't have any issue. Well, I was wrong! Nearly EVERY item delivered was damaged. I cannot get anyone to resolve the issue. When I call, they say they'll order the part. Over a month later I haven't received anything. They tell me a supervisor will call me, no one ever did. I ask to open a complaint, they say can't do it over the phone. This is the worse experience that I've ever had. This has been a stressful and discouraging process. They have the worse customer service ever.

my order delivered on July 15th, and one of the armless recliner's headrest is not working. I request for a service coming today Aug 6, one of the representative told me they will call me one hour ahead before they come. I've been waiting for their call from 10am to 1:30pm, no one call me. Then I just received a call not from that service man but the service support representative, told me that man left because nobody home. Is he really ring the bell? Why can't he gives a call but left in just few minutes? My brother was home for me all day. So irritating, i have to wait for another long wait due to the rescheduling on Sep 23! make my day so bad.

My loveseat was delivered on July 22, 2021. The delivery team was very rough with my purchase. Once unwrapping the product, I noticed the side of the loveseat was damaged. I called to get a replacement, which was not a problem. On delivery day (August 4th), my delivery was late. I was not notified that it would be late. A courtesy call would have been not only caring by professional. I had to call to find out where my product was: this is not professional service. When speaking to the manager, her tone was very dismissive and unprofessional. She wasn't apologetic that my time had been wasted. Not only that, the second love seat that was delivered was damaged! I want to return this product, but now I've been told that I can't return for a refund and will have to wait a month before I get another one. Throughout this process, I have felt like a number and not a customer that is cared for. This was my first purchase from Rooms to Go. It will be my last.

I purchased a mattress, box spring, and bed frame at Rooms To Go on or around June 5, 2021. At that time, they told us that delivery would be around July 6. On July 6, RTG called me to say that the bed items would be delivered instead on July 11. The bed items were never delivered. I called RTG at least on 4 different occasions, and was told some variation of "we have to email this distributor to find your items, and we'll get back to you". No one at RTG ever followed up. I called again, and they said they would initiate a reorder, but I will have to wait until mid August for the bed items.
This situation is unacceptable. I never received a call when my items never showed up, RTG was incapable of even contacting the people delivering the bed items, and (as icing on the cake) I paid up front and for the shipping cost. So, at this point, RTG has taken my money, not delivered the items, and is basically saying "trust me it'll be different this time" when they haven't ever followed up. I couldn't even get a call back regarding my items.

I ordered a recliner chair and when I received the chair, I was not satisfied with the item. I called online sales and I explained to gentlemen that I didn't like the chair. He said, if I go to the store and select another chair before Tuesday, I wouldn't get charged a delivery fee for returning the chair. I went into the store on that Monday and select any chair for delivery and I called online sale and gave them my order number. Now, I received my RTG card statement and I'm being charged a delivery fee of $69 delivery fee. Please have a supervisor or manager to contact me at [protected].

Terrible construction. They sent two reps out told me puckering of a very large seam would go away with wear! Padding bunched up on arms and a side seam open. Techs took pics. I have contacted and emailed customer service, including a manager at rooms2go, and yet I still haven't heard back from anyone. When I last spoke to a rep, she stated she will file a report and someone will contact me. It's been 2 weeks. No one has. BEWARE people. I purchased my bedroom set in March received it in late June but the dresser was damaged, refused it. Called them, let them know I needed a replacement ASAP. They said 2 weeks - fine. When the 2nd dresser arrived, while taking up stairs they chipped my ceiling. Immediately my husband asked me to take pictures and the driver started getting loud saying it was a mistake. Not to mention the dresses was chipped now. I emailed the manager regarding the matter, she hasn't replied and after many emails. I called R2G and the rep informed me and my husband that the driver stated the ceiling was already damaged, even though I have 2 eye witnesses. She states she will file a report and called it a day. I purchased the Disney Princess Silver Jr, Tent Loft Bed with Slide and Tower. Item no 3611236P The slide weld snapped which created a serious safety issue as sharp edges are now on the bed. I contacted Rooms to Go who sent someone to view. Rooms to Go have agreed to give a credit note for the cost of the bed, but we wanted a replacement, but as the item is now discontinued then i would like a refund in order that i can purchase a bed from another store.
The refund has been declined and i am now left with a dangerous bed which is a safety risk. Even if i had have selected another bed, delivery would not be until August. Therefore a refund is needed along with Rooms to Go collecting the defective and unsafe product.
Rooms to Go do not care and have been very poor with customer service.
Desired outcome: Refund $845.28
