ran out of burgers and served slightly steamed previously-frozen beans
I took my son to Ruby Tuesdays last night on the buy 1 get 1 coupon. We were both craving a burger and knew we would find a great one at Ruby Tuesday. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, ordered, then about 7 minutes later were told they were out of burgers. Why would you not be prepared to serve several more than expected on a busy, coupon night? I did not want to cause a scene so we picked something else but of course everything else is twice the price. I am a single mom who works two jobs to make ends meet so that is a pretty big deal for me. Our dinner that should have been around $25-30 was $41 with the tip of 15%. I also chose the salad bar as one of my sides not wanting fries and green beans with my entree after rechoosing. The beans were hard and barely steamed; I could have made better at home and gotten fresh ones right across the street at ALDI. My son and I ordered a filet but they put mine on his plate and his on mine obviously judging by how done they were. I ordered medium and he ordered medium rare with mashed potatoes. The couple beside us were very displeased with their service and food as well. We love the Ruby Tuesday salad bar so may venture back just for that but it looks like this is another restaurant that may end up on our list of don't go there in Trussville, Alabama, not worth the $.

I went to Ruby Tuesday in Lumberton NC on 5/11/2017 and the food quality was poor. The appetizer biscuits were extremely hard and burnt to the point they could not be eaten. I asked for an additional tray of biscuits due to the quality and was brought a second tray in the same condition. I could not break the biscuits in half literally with the silverware. A co-worker joined me for lunch who has never eaten their stated to me she would never return and I explained to her service is generally better at this location. I just wanted to give you guys some feedback because I enjoy my local ruby tuesday and know the staff can and will improve.

So we decided to go to Deland Ruby Tuesday to celebrate my birthday. Soooo not a good idea, It started with taking almost 30mins to just get the drink order right and this would be because of our server and the bar tender. First they ever wrong, then the beer or water never got served, so it was fix the drinks and bring the water and beer, drink got fixed water came to the table and still no beer, then one drink was made wrong and then the beer came, and we where then told no more of that kind of beer is left, went to bar to fix drink and bar tender is rude, and we are told that this is the way the drink is made so I can make you another drink but it will come out the same way, and she the yells at our server in front of us and we our left with a drink that is made wrong and it won't be fixed by her. Now comes dinner and that is worse, we go to the salad bar and it is not fully stocked, the main reason to come to your restaurant is the salad bar, Now time for the meal, that goes wrong as well, food is wrong, the wrong food comes out and food is left off a meal and mine the birthday girl's is the worst of them all, cold, over cooked shrimp and over cooked steak and no seasoning on my steak, they insist on making another so I give in and when that comes out the steak is still mowing at me, I don't even think they cooked it, so I'll just take this home and not eat and then I see your apple skillet desert and ask for that cause at this point I have only had salad, my desert comes out and it is nothing like the picture, it is a tart in a skillet with a sprinkle of smashed apple and a scoop of ice cream, the tart is so hard that I can't eat it, the only thing I can eat is the ice cream and sprinkle of apple, so it is time for the check at this point and we already have your coupon for B1G1 for tonight, and on my check my meal was taken off and that's all which is what was coming off in the first place so no discount for the worst birthday meal ever, so had to come out of pocket over 50 bucks and my sisters over 30 and my mom/dad over 40. I will say that something needs to be fixed at this restaurant weather it be retraining the staff or get new staff because if it continues like this, alot of people won't come back. I should never had to pay what I paid for bad service, rude staff, wrong drinks, unstocked salad bar, wrong food, cold food, over cooked food and bad desert.

On Sunday, May 7th, 2017, at 8:30 p.m. my whole family and I (10 people including two young kids) decided we were going to eat at ruby tuesday, your Cape Girardeau location, because everybody can find something they like to eat there. I even looked online to make sure they hadn't closed. So we arrive at the restaurant around 8:50 and all get out of the two vehicles and walk up to the door to find that it's locked. I looked at the hours on the door and sure enough it says they close at 10 p.m. also. The employees stood in there and stared at us until we all piled back in the vehicles and went to a different restaurant. I eat here all the time and love the place but not sure I'll be eating here anymore if they can just choose what hours they want to be open. I am very disappointed.

First off id like to say I worked here for a whole 3 months and the experience i had was completely unacceptable. 1. The staff is full of college students who are so cady its ridiculous 2. The bathrooms never get cleaned 3. The managers instead of disciplining the workers who do not do their job or who literally will stand in front of the managers and cuss out the cooks or other staff. I had one incident where Wanda the main boss let another employee scream at another staff member cuss him out tell him he was a piece of ### and even made comments about his race then continued cussing them out and telling them if they have something to say they could take it outside. He continued to yell and threaten this staff member all while Wanda was 10 feet away. I had staff who would cuss me out ### well and when they walked behind me they would call me names under their breath so only i heard them. Not only that but the managers play favorites so much so that when i was working and none of the other staff was I would be made to do their side work and they were never bothered. They hired a new manager and all she ever did literally was sit at the bar on her phone unless she absolutely had to get up. I left this job because it was so awful that my depression got to the point all i wanted to do was die. I will never go back to a Ruby Tuesday again and if anyone asks why I will gladly let them know how you run your buisness. Oh and one of my fellow employees stole my tips once...great stuff.

We ate at ruby tuesdays in Shakopee on Saturday for supper and it was horrible I ordered salad bar and only got to go up once and had to pay for the price to go up more then once and then I ordered the chicken to go with it and it was dry and cold and Groase and then my daughter ordered the kids meal noodles with sauce and it was so dry she couldn't eat it and the biscuits were dry and burnt and I use to love eating there so I am very disappointed so I would appreciate a refund or gift certificate or something

I have never nor will I ever eat at ruby tuesday's. If your food is as bad as the tone deaf screeching sounds of death which come from the girl who has clearly set the bar for the worst singing commercial in television history, then we are all doomed a painful death! In advertising, some say that even negative attention is good as it provides exposure which leads to increased sales. Not in this case folks. Whatever your intended mark was, you failed and failed miserably. Unless of course your goal was to alienate the entire world from patronizing your restaurant?

Located in Caroline Forest. My husband used the men's facility. Notice they keep their silverware in the closet in the bathroom. I will never eat at Ruby Tuesdays again and we often visit the Myrtle Beach one located off of 544. How can you store silverware where you S...t . Oh I can't even begin to say how discussing, No Words appropriate for how I feel.
horrible behavior of your restaurant manager
My family visited your restaurant in Deerfield Beach, FL last night. Your GM sent me a coupon for bad service I had received at this restaurant the week before. When I presented this coupon the server came back saying this coupon had been previously used. I said NO it hadn't & she said both she & the manager had tried to use it. Then the very nasty manager who I had a problem with the week before came over & said the coupon was already used. I told him it was NOT & he said perhaps I had used it at a different location & forgot! That was when I got angry. How could I have forgotten in a few days & there are NO OTHER Ruby Tuesdays in any close proximity to me, so in essence this man was calling me a liar. I told him I was NOT paying the check. I had a coupon and that should suffice. He told me have a nice day MAAM! This manager should not be managing ANYTHING, especially not anything involving customer service because his customer service skills are sufficiently lacking or should I say non-existent. The only wonderful person in all of this was our server Amber, she was great! Needless to say, we will NEVER eat at this establishment again. It is sad because both my daughter, granddaughter & I LOVE your salad bar!

Terrible service.. Can't even state it all... But server came out after 15 min and asked"what was the appetizer you ordered".. I'm done with this restaurant.. No one in there yet you had 5 hotshots with heels and clipboards walking around.. And way to many servers.. Never a crowd ever.. You can be seated quick.. But you wait forever... Kids that work there think it's a party! Why not.. No work to do!

Me and my wife went to go eat for our 15 year anniversary at your restraunt... Little for us to know about the horrible service and stoned servers. We also would like to note employees smoking while on the clock trying to discreetly go out the side door. Our server shawn bloodsworth forgot to get me my alcoholic beverage and was still charged. Was told I could not talk to a manager. Besides this being the tip of my wife's and I horrible anniversary dinner. When the food was delivered it was served not cooked enough to top things off. Also we could not stand our servers rudeness. We just wish this restraunt had managers, servers, cooks that cared. We're never going back I paid for raw food and beverage I never got. Also we noticed the cooks weren't properly sanitary with no gloves. So disappointed my wife and I recommend all our friends to never come here.

I brought my family to the Johnson City, TN location solely for the advertised 55+ ingredient salad bar. The lettuce was rotten, there were not 55 items on the salad bar, and absolutely no cottage cheese. That's almost unheard of on a salad bar! I was very disappointed that I paid 19.98 plus tax and drinks for this salad bar. Never again and never will I be back. No wonder this place is never busy. Yuck!
Salad Bar in Austintown, Ohio is just as bad. And they place so little of each item that if more than 6 people are in front of you the items they do have are empty until refilled. I understand their desire to keep the fixings fresh but they have taken this to the limit of being stingy. The wife and I have sworn off Ruby Tuesdays for life.

I have not dined at a Ruby Tuesday in years because the last couple of time I did, I was not at all happy. In fact, the one that was closest to me in Kingston, NY is now closed because you couldn't get people to go there. But your newest commercial with the tone deaf girl screeching a terrible song...well if you wanted to try and lure me back with that crap, that will never work. In fact the first time I heard it I shut the tv off. And now whenever it comes on the affect is irritating and annoying...so annoying that I don't even want to know what she's selling.

I cannot hit MUTE fast enough when those Rachel Dratch Ruby Tuesday commercials come on. First "Triplets" for months...OMG on A&E and the Food Network like every commercial break. And now the horrible singing/piano one. I will NEVER set foot in Ruby Tuesday again, because of these horrendous commercials. They need a new advertising agency...if the chain doesn't go out of business due to this crappy marketing decision first.

I didn't realize that this awful commercial has been around for at least a year. I've just noticed it in the Washington DC area the past couple of weeks. I'd never heard of Rachel Dratch as I've not watched SNL for more than 30 years--it went to hell after the originals: Belushi, Aykroyd, Radner etc. As an amateur classical musician whose mother was a voice teacher, I just cringe when she sings so badly off key. I've never set foot in a Ruby Tuesday and now I never will!

I am old geezer and have seen commercials from the 60s. The only way I didn't go some place was because of the food not some commercial.

Your latest series of TV commercials are abominable. I don't know whose idea it was to use an actress with such a horrible set of alternative personas, but it was a grave mistake. The next time I encounter a Ruby Tuesday be sure that I will never set foot in that establishment. You abuse your customers and especially any prospective customers with such a talentless, screeching "spokeswoman" .

Last Tuesday we went to Ruby Tuesday around 7pm and had dinner. We sat at the bar and my husband and I order steak dinner, my dinner was good but my husband order a $18 steak. It was the worse steak he had ever had there. We eat there At least once or twice a week . Wasn't going to say anything because usually the food is good but to pay that amount of money and the steak was all fat and tough which he order medium rare

Went to Ruby Tuesday --6751 Tower Rd Denver Co on Sunday April 23rd 2017. Told my beautiful Mom that this would be my treat as I had received a gift card as a Christmas present 2016. ok had a great meal- went to pay the bill gave the gift card to the waitress she came back in just a few minutes and said the manager was having a problem getting the card to swipe. HMMMM first clue that something was wrong. She brought the bill which I in turn had her explain to me as it wasn't correct she said that I only had $7.00 and some change on the card. I said I never used the card.
she said she would have the manager check. After waiting at least 15 minutes here he came-- He said the card had been used in Feb 2015 I said that just couldn't be as it was a gift to me for Christmas 2016.. Okay u ready here comes the most insulting and appalling answer to me - needless to say he was not being quite he was loud -- YOUR FRIENDS HAD TO HAVE USED THE CARD BEFORE THEY GAVE IT TO YOU-- I looked at him and said my friends would not do that to me, he responded sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Now I felt like he not only let me down but his Business as I will never go back to a Ruby Tuesday . I will spread the word as to the way Myself and my Mom were treated. A good manager would have said -- I am so sorry and let us take care of this bill for you-- Not a large amount of money . $37.00 -- wow-- The card was bought in good faith and to be used for a good meal-- not to be told it was used before giving it to someone. Well what a let down by Ruby Tuesdays manager.

I work at 2097 Bay Street in Taunton ma. I have put my heart and soul into this place and the management here is actually offensive in how ### they are they don't care about us. I show up to work and care and no one cares about my expectations. Like driving an hour from home to come in 4 3 tables hello call me out coast me more to go there than to sit home.

My family went back to Ruby Tuesday on 92 Woodstock, GA. last night for a free dinner due to issues had in past with food being cold, out of alot each time we've been etc... We were told by the manager to come in all 4 of us and get whatever we want. My husband and I left a tip but I guess it wasn't good enough for the waiter ( Robert) since when we went outside the establishment to take pics of us all in front of Ruby Tuesdays sign to post on Facebook, which would have given ya'll more publicity in a good way. We were greeted by the waiter which walked out to my husband and slammed the tip into his hand and he said here I don't want this. My husband said no, here and he the waiter said no, you keep it you must need it more than me. Throwing it back into his hand again abruptly. We understand we were comped by the manager for the food and greatly appteciate that. But, this was for a redo of food that wasn't right prior trips. We gave the waiter what we had in our budget for a tip. Plus, he wasn't very professional. He reached over our daughter-in-law to serve our son getting his shirt in her food. He didn't ask if we wanted Creole or lemon parmesan on our fish. We forgot and just ate it anyways. The steak our son got wasn't seared and had no flavor and the cauliflower augratin tasted sour. We said nothing about this. Due to being greatful for the mgr. trying to fix past issues. Never took pic for Facebook, since upset us very much after waiter did this. We will never eat at this location again. In which we've frequented often. Very upset and want an apology from the waiter. I did go in and advised the mgr. and he appologized. But, we feel the waiter should be let go for his rudeness and unprofessional attitude. But, we will take an apology. If he worked for me though, he would be let go.

I complain about gabriel watson shift leader at ruby tuesdays
Me and my husband go to roanoke rapids often and often dine in at ruby tuesdays and we always have an issue with the one shift manager Gabriel watson she's rude and disrespectful I had explained my chicken fresco was cold and her response "so what you want me to do cause I won't comp it " so I kindly said I don't want it comped I want it heated up and I told her she didn't have to talk to me in that manner and that I was going to her higher boss and she in turn informed me she didn't care because her cousin was the gm there and nothing was going to happen except another nagging ### customer complaint so I paid the waitress and headed out the door she was rude and I will never dine in there as long as she's working there !
