salad bar
My wife and I visited Ruby Tuesday on 12/21/16, 1/6/17 & 1/10/17.
On all three visits the salad bar was not stocked with green salad or was almost completely gone we had to mention it to the waiter to get it taken attended to, also on our visit on 1/10 /17 we ordered a baked potato with our meal and the waitress came back and said that they were out of potatoes.
WE VISITED RUBY TUESDAY IN THE PAST AND HAD TO WAIT TO BE SEATED BUT ON THESE VISITS WE WERE SEATED AS SOON AS WE ENTERED. THE RESTURANT WAS NOT AT ALL BUSY. I THINK THERE IS A PROBLEM AND THE WORD MUST BE TRAVELING.
online order wrong
Date of incident: 1/10/2017
Placed online order from mobile website. Clicked 'rib eye' under steaks, but it sent me to 'new york strip'. Problem is I did not know this happened. I just went through continuing to place my order because I was under the impression that I was placing an order for a rib eye, not a new york strip. So of course I was surprised when I went to restaurant and the order was for a ny strip. I double checked the email confirmation I had received, and lo and behold, it was for a damn ny strip. I know this isn't a big deal, and maybe I am at fault for not triple checking, but shouldn't I be getting the item I know I distinctly clicked on?
When I got home (After reluctantly taking and paying for the ny strip because I have a limited time to get lunch) I went back to the mobile site. I clicked on rib eye and guess what? It took me to new york strip! So I went back to see what happened if I clicked on ny strip... It takes you to rib eye!
I know it's not a big deal, but it's really annoying af when you're expecting one thing and get something else.
Fix the damn site.
Fyi - same thing happens on the main full website via computer.

I had the misfortune to arrive at your restaurant in cambridge, ohio with my parents, having travelled from france and the u. K. We ordered a bottle of malbec which arrived at our table at 20+ degrees. This is far too warm for a bottle of red wine! We then ordered steak, mine arrived cold in the middle, I advised rachel our server that I was not happy and returned this meal in full. My mother ordered a steak with french fries and that arrived with mashed potatoes. Overall the experience was far below the standard that your south hill restaurant provides and was very upsetting! Your staff were lovely but very embarrassed by what they served us. I hope that you take this feedback positively and do something about it as your cambridge restaurant does not live up to your company expectations. It
Is going to take something expceptional for me to be your advocate. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

employee issue
I was terminated at the beginning of my shift Monday for an incident that happened Sunday night. There was 2 servers on the floor (Deb and myself), and the entire restaurant was full. I had a large table of 14 that had split checks, 3 of them paid in cash and 2 by card. I had several other tables and was trying to deal with their needs. I had a table acting weird that kept walking around and in and out of the store.. When I went to clean dishes off table I seen an empty book under the table. The lady took the server book from my table, took the money and threw the book under the table. I was terminated the next morning dispite my efforts to try and pay the bill myself. Several times during my employment tables have walked out on their check and the server was never terminated or wrote up. Two team members were given the opportunity to repay funds to the store, however I was told this was not an option. I have not received my pay for the last 3 weeks either. I've asked the GM to find out what's going on because ADP confirmed the card was not eligible for activation.
manager
I was a customer at ruby tuesday last thursday (12/29/16) and being a frequent customer I was frustrated with the actions of management, later finding out he was the general manager. As a local business owner I was not pleased with him trash talking his employees in front of about 10 customers as they were waiting to get sat, also discussing an employees pay with an another employee (Which is not legal). This has not been the first instance in the last couple of months. I've also watched the same guy, who I now know is the manager talking sexually about women and discrimiminating them. Ruby tuesday is one of my favorite places to eat at and i'm very saddened that this man has lead me to take my business elsewhere.
server
I have worked at ruby tuesdays for 6 months now and have had very little problems with the staff. The problems I have had(and many other employees, managers, and customers) are in relation to one employee name Nina Mausteller. She has a very aggressive attitude with no filter in front of customers. She has started many arguements and fights with employees and managers right in front of all the customers. She has no respect toward anyone at her job and still she has not been written up or fired after countless complaints and issues. It is not just me that has issues with this woman, it's many others. We have recently seen other employees let go for their aggressive and intolerable attitudes but I must say that hers is the worst out of all of them and I don't understand why ruby tuesday would keep such a mean person on to attend to the customers in which we are trying to give the best experiences. Thank you for your time
how badly they treat employees
Well I got hired on at ruby's in cape girardeau, mo well they were going through a management change. So it was a very rough time, but we pulled through thanks to our foh shift lead and boh shift lead... We have a gm who isn't there we now have a foh manager and boh manager who like to play favorites! I got fired yesterday because I brought to light the fact that one of our service assistant was doing meth in the bathroom! I got fired because I am not there to make friends with my managers. I am there to work my butt off and make as much money as I can. I still haven't gotten compensated for working as dish and server on thanksgiving because our new boh manager thought we would be okay without one! So for about 3 hours I was making $3.83 an hour missing out on really good money just to wash dishes! There have been many times after new management came in that I would be preclose and I still wouldn't be done by the time dish was leaving because they never checked anyone out! And closer didn't check anyone out and i'm one of those people that will do it instead of leaving it to make a point. I will clean it all! And there have been many times where they would clock me out way before I was done and say they will fix it tomorrow and they never do! I have been screwed by this company time after time after time! But I love being a server... I really liked working at this location until they brought in the new managers... They are horrible and they only treat their friends and favorites good. Everyone else comes second and we are treated like crap! I really need to get in contact with corporate, but I can't find their number. Will someone help?
extremely bad and rude service
We went to the ruby tuesday in aurora, ohio on wednesday dec, 28, 2016. We had attended a church service for a deceased family member and thought that ruby tuesday was a good choice for dinner. We were very wrong! We came from shaker heights and had a drive to go but that was fine!. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:40. We were seated fairly quick as there was hardly any customers. We ordered drinks and then dinner. Drinks came and some went to the salad bar. We proceeded to wait for our dinner, which was nothing but a burger, 2 chicken sandwiches, tenders and a tilapia fish? This dinner proceeded to takeover one hour to come? Our waitress said nothing to us? Explained nothing why it was taking so long? Only when I asked the manager what the delay was? I was told that another waitress had taken our food to another table and so our food had to be remade! Then our waitress proceeded to lie saying something else? I was upset, as I should have been? It was getting late! At the end of the meal and the food was brought did the manager finally come over and say that she would send a gift card for $50 to my email. Our waitress never did apologize for anything! Very rude! And I still have not received any giftcard? The manager clearly said what she did just to shut us up and hope that we would give a good tip! Which we did! I am extremely upset by the way were treated! I really used to love going to ruby tuesday? I guess no more!
how employees are treated
I was hired by Ruby Tuesday as a server April 9, 2005. Promoted to chef, and then management by July 2006. I was all about the Brand and friends and family called me Ms Ruby because I was totally dedicated to my job, career and Ruby Tuesday. At no time could I not be reached to answer questions or report to work, no matter what the circumstances. Ruby Tuesday was my priority. I transferred to different stores and was even driving 1.5 hours one way to fill in because a manager was needed in the Americus store, at one time. I filled in at Douglas and Albany locations also. I was promoted to GM of the tifton ga store in January 2016.
On November 21 2016 I reported to work for my 3 o'clock shift, early as usual at 1:45 p.m. The new district manager (4 months) was at my store and ask if I had time to sit down a minute. 3 days before Thanksgiving, no warnings, no write ups, no complaints about my performance whatsoever, I was terminated. The reason she stated to unemployment was I failed to train for new menu. This was totally bogus. I held a training class with managers, shiftleaders, and trainers on oct. 27th. My all store mandatory meeting was oct 29th at 8 a.m. The menu rolled out on nov 15th. I was told I had to use a vacation the week before menu rolled because I would be changing to a new culinary manager and down the old culinary manager. I returned from vacation nov. 16. One day after menu rolled. While on vacation I spoke to manager daily to make sure we were preparing new menu items every shift. Every HOH team member had his own spec book and new spec books were on both sides of cook line between microwaves. Copies of recipes were laminated and posted on cook line for easy assess and when chefs were struggling, training videos were even played on line for chefs to view during shift.
I to this day do not know why I was terminated but it has taken me over a month to be able to write this. I was totally a company man and have just realized I don't want to stand for or represent a company that would treat employees the way I have been treated.
I hope that someone who reads this, can make sure this doesn't happen to another employee who really loves the company and works to represent the company in all aspects of their life and career.
I would've never thought the company I loved, worked for, and represented could be so different that what I was taught and believed in. I have seen managers come and go but I always felt Rubys had a good reason. I assure you, I was terminated and treated totally unfairly.
service
We visited Ruby Tuesday in Southdale Mall in Edina, MN. This location closes at 11pm. We arrived at 10:30. Once we arrived we were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Brian. Well Brian was very rude. When greeted he said "were you getting food to go?" We were confused. After we said no, he stated "there are other restaurants open later". The bottom line is Brian did not want to serve us. Another guy came over shortly after and stated "the fryer is down for the night". It was horrible, rushed service and I was scared to eat my food in fear that they did something to it. I figured Corporate should know how their paying customers are being treated

very bad service
Good Day!
We are a military family stationed in Fort Stewart GA we had family came in from out of town and took them to the
Ruby Tuesday location in Hinesville GA.
Very disappointing experience! Starting with the waitress not sure about what was available on the menu, waiting a long time for refills even the restaurant was almost empty. Followed by my 6 year old getting his food served last. We came to the restaurant an hour before their closing time and when I tried to get some more salad of the salad bar around 9.45 she told me no because she was already putting stuff away! When it was time for the check we didn't even receive the military discount!
We have eaten there before but this was absolutely a horrible expirence!
Very disappointed!
Not sure if we will go back to this restaurant!
Have a good day!

food was terrible
Hello,
My family and I decided to eat at Ruby Tuesday's in South Huntsville, Alabama on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2016. It was not of Ruby Tuesday standards. First, I was HIGHLY disappointed with the salad bar. Everything on the bar was out or you had to scrap the bottom of the containers. The broccoli salad was basically like broccoli only with just a few bacon pieces and maybe a smear of mayo. Secondly, they were out of biscuits and we finally got some 10 minutes after we ordered. Third, my son ordered the petite steak medium done with a baked potato. When they brought his steak out, his plate had about a half inch of watery liquid floating in it. His steak looked like a gristle texture and he said it was very hard to chew. Last but not least, my daughter had a kids plate which she ordered apples as her side. She would take a bite and tell me her apples tastes funny. She told me to try one. I did and they tasted old. I didn't even think to check their food score until I left and I saw it was an 89. I have visited many Ruby Tuesday's and very pleased with each visit until last night. I will not be back to that one again!
Thank you,
Unhappy Customer

order
I order the veggie trio I order an loaded baked potato, broccoli, and Mac and cheese. The online went through but when I got my order I was given Brussel sprouts. I totally don't eat brussel sprouts. I called about the order and was told that what they saw on that end but my order was different. I could not enjoy my food I was offer to bring it back. I lived on the other end of town... I'm very upset
gift cards
On Christmas Day a note was placed on the front door of our local Ruby Tuesdays stating they were permanently closed and a new business would open soon in that location. I live in Pocatello, ID.
Okay I get it restaurants fail, or get sold. The employees had no notice...not really nice but I am sure there were reasons.
Here is what's really crappy, this restaurant sold Gift Cards right through the Holidays. I did not purchase one however I have friends that did. Folks that don't have money to throw away. Yes, yes they could travel to another location...not a great answer.
The whole town is talking about this today...what are you as a corporation going to do to address this?
I am looking forward to your response.
service at dariean, ga store #4309
On 26 Dec 2016 we stopped at Ruby Tuesday in Darien, GA, being one of our favorite restaurants we expected the quality of food we have known of the Ruby Tuesday brand, but this restaurant's food and sanitation failed the standards we are familiar with from RT. We selected pot stickers for appetizers, they were cold and rubbery, very little sauce just a speck or two. I had to request dishes because none was brought to the table. When the dishes finally arrived they were encrusted with food residues. At our request they took them to replace them and after a long wait and a second request to our waitress, they brought what seemed to be the same plates rubbed of some but not all residue. I ended using a paper napkin rather than dirty dishes. The greens in the Mediterranean salad I ordered were limp and wilted, the salad dressing tasted like it had an excess of vinegar; my husband's triple burger was thin (not even a match for a fast food restaurant burger), overcooked and his fries were cold; my son's cobb salad was not any better. The flavored teas were good not a match to the ones served in MD Ruby Tuesday's but ok. Mine was served on a plastic mug with a crack on the inside of the mug. We were so tired from driving a long day we did not have the energy to leave the restaurant right when the dirty dishes and bad appetizer were served. The waitresses were plenty at our table; however, they claimed to have been understaffed. I see no excuse for this very poor food quality and sanitation standard specially at a total of $54.28, Trans Key III003917553939; check number 3980, Table 901/1, server Brienn W.
food and service
On 12/23/2016 my girlfriend and I were out near lancaster and decided we wanted a nice dinner and she had never had Ruby Tuesday before so I said lets go to this Ruby Tuesday in Lancaster. We walk inside and were not greeted as we walked in the door then someone saw us so wanted to seat us but did not appear to know what she was totally doing. We then sit down and are told pur server will be right with us. Our server takes quite a bit to come over our way (was not busy at all) then our server looks surprised that she has another table. Asks for our drinks we order them and she brings them back. We then order our food and we both chose the salad bar as a side. We had our salad bar from the time of finishing the salad to the next contact with the waitress I was able to finish a 20 oz beer the waitress then takes my plate and does not acknowledge my beer was empty until I had asked for a refill. Our food them comes out my girlfriend ordered the steak and a side of the skewered shrimp and I ordered the smoked chicken. Her steak was ordered well done but it was so charred I would not even serve that to our family at home. Her shrimp had little to no flavor at all. My "chicken breast" was the size of a chicken finger I have never seen a breast that small. The cheese that was on top was all burnt to my plate. Overall this was a terrible experience. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING RUBY TUESDAYS ever again.
food
I went there to have dinner and ordered chicken tenders and the salad bar. I went and got my salad and was eating it and got to the last little bit went to take another bite and found a roach type bug in my food. I'm highly upset and disgusted. Please exscuse my language, but it made me highly upset. The manger on duty payed for the ticket.. but that's not the point, I will not be eating at this restaurant again.
lack of service
At 2:00 PM on Friday December 23, 2016 we got off I77 in Columbia SC to have lunch. We went to the Ruby Tuesday located on Garners Ferry Road.
The woman acting as hostess was completely incompetent. She took our name and for the next 15 minutes made no effort to find us a seat or inform us of our status.
When asked if she was going to find us a place to sit she copped an attitude and still made no effort to.provide us with the kind of service we expected from one of your restaurants.
We left and went to Taco Bell. The family which came in before us also left.
billing services
I recently visited ruby tuesdays for the first time over the weekend(12/17/16). The service and food was pretty good. However when checking my bank account the following day I noticed the waitress charged me for an additional tab that was not mine. It is now going on day four and I have yet to be refunded my funds nor have I been compensated for my troubles. I can't seem to get a refund in a timely manner yet it seems that they can keep charging my card that has not physically been at the restaurant since over the weekend and fee of $28.00. Thanks to this location and the mount of mistakes and charges to my card I am now left with overdraft fees. I will never go to ruby tuesdays again and I suggest you pay in cash when going to this location.
