Ruby Tuesday commercial

As a long-time customer the commercial that you are promoting with the white family and the Mother breaking out into the pathetic rap about her salad is a disgrace. Promoting Rap culture is promoting everything that goes along with it. Glorification of drugs, low education, degradation of women, alcoholism and violence. To name a few. It's not funny. It's not funny at all. I've seen what it does to people. Real people in the real world and it's not anything to promote or glorify. If you want a wake up call look at the latest Snoop Dogg video of him shooting the current president in the Head dressed up as a clown. It goes back years and it's time that people in this country look at what this is for what it is and stop making these ### loser pathetic worthless pieces of crap Filthy Rich by buying their albums. I will never step foot in your restaurant again because of this commercial along with thousands of others who feel the same way so you, whoever who decided that this commercial was great hope they realize they lost a lot of customers for a long time.

Ruby Tuesday spoiled fish

I had a piece of bad fish at Greenville SC on Woodruff Rd. Was sick all night. I am surprised that two managers and a rep. from your TN office didnt so much as offer me even a free ice tea on my next visit. Perhaps this explains the current status of your business. Very disappointing experience after 20 years of enjoying your salad bars and food. Not a good way to treat a business owner who has entertained and dined with associates at your restaurants for two decades.

Ruby Tuesday loud music!!!

My husband and I (both senior citizens) have enjoyed our "date nights" at Ruby Tuesdays 2-3 nights a month for the last several years. Today we went in for lunch after a very stressful morning of shopping. We had great service, the food was delicious BUT we could not even hear ourselves talk; the music was SO LOUD. When I asked to please have the volume turned down, I was told that the volume was "set by Corporate and we have no control over it". When I asked why the volume was so high, I was told "so you can't hear what is being said at the other tables"
I am sorry to say that we will never return, just because of the LOUD music!
It was so bad that we were both shaking when we left.

Ruby Tuesday service/food

I was with my husband and brother. We went in sat and ordered our food. They were out of the salmon that we wanted. So my brother ordered a chicken broccoli pasta dish. Our food came out and his did not. We inquired about the food and was told it would be just a few minutes. After asking twice and over 30 minutes later still no pasta dish. My brother was so upset that he just cancelled the order. It took forever to get refills on our drinks. By the time the drinks got refilled our food was getting cold. Have eaten here several times. Worst experience ever! Was embarrassed that I took my brother who is a Marine to dinner here from his return from overseas, to have him not be able to eat. He had flew into Tampa and came all the way up, and was hungry and tired. To then not be able to eat or enjoy his experience. Very disappointed!

Ruby Tuesday customer service

My name is Jackie from Tarboro, NC and this was my favorite restaurant. I eat here twice a week but today 3-5-17 was a very negative eexperience. The hostess sat my daughter and I on a crowded side and asked why we couldn't sit on the opposite side where no one was and she stated because there was no server over there so I said well you can't get one to serve us and in a rude tone she replied, well you can sit over there then. Bad enough we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated and there was plenty of available seats. Once seated we got no biscuits, silverware nor napkins. When asked for the manager, no one came. I will not go back

I completely understand your anger. I hate getting bad service. It's unacceptable! BUT...There is a method to seating people in any restaurant. Some much more "lax" than others. Meaning that SURE! no big deal to sit in a closed section! This server is on a double, already cleaned up, reset tables and socked and ready for the next shift anyways, ( or if the place is a smaller establishment, which makes it easy to get to another section )- BUT SOME PLACES- work very much on a rotation between the servers that are "on" and in OPEN, CLEAN, PREPARED SECTIONS.
When you are in a specific section, you get a certain amount of tables, they are usually all together and it's your little area. it's sometimes difficult to get to that table that is not there in your "area" -
ever heard the saying ? Its nothing personal, as guests, we don't want to get bad service-but honestly anyone that works in a restaurant DOESN'T WANT TO GIVE IT EITHER- (that is why they seat you by all of the other people and probably why you had no silverware. Not that it makes it ok.) That section was most likely getting all cleaned up and restocked for the next shift. I'M NOT MAKING EXCUSES - I'M DEFINITELY NOT SAYING YOUR EXPERIENCE WAS OK - all customer service workers need to do what us right or wanted by the paying CUSTOMERS, just trying to bring a bit of insight.
THERE IS A METHOD TO THE MADNESS!:)

Ruby Tuesday service at bar

Was sitting at bar waiting for service bartender just kept wiping counter and ignored us than another couple sat down and she is johnny on the spot and waits on the customers very politely but still ignores me and my daughter we were well dressed and not loud so the only thing I can is that the couple was white and my daughter and I were black bar was not crowded to be exact there were 6 people there I let her know she ignores us and we're there first she informed me she would wait on us when she served them. I do not have to tell you I was not a happy consumer . I asked
Her did she have a problem with the color of my skin need I say I will not be going back to your restaurant. This worker need to leave her personal feeling at the door when she comes to work

Ruby Tuesday Salad bar

I was informed today that ruby Tuesday no longer provides thousand island at their salad bar. I had to settle for French dressing which was a big disappointment. There wasn't even any thousand island in the back. How can a restaurant that is known for its salad bar not even provide one of the top used dressings in the country? They also have removed their blondie from the dessert menu. These are the only 2 reasons why I come to ruby Tuesday so I won't be eating there any more. My waitress could see my disappointment and said she was sorry. This waitress needs to find a new restaurant to work for because ruby Tuesday will be out of business soon.

Ruby Tuesday service/food

March 1, 2017 My boyfriend and I went to a Ruby Tuesday restaurant in Montgomery, Al where our waitress did a poor job. And my burger I ordered was burnt. Towards the end my Veteran boyfriend was disrespected! My boyfriend asked the waitress if she put the military discount on the ticket. And as proceeded and opened the checkbook and puts it up in his face without saying a word! Which was borderline DISRESPECTFUL and UNCALLED FOR! Is this how your employees treat our Veterans and Soliders?

Ruby Tuesday garden salad bar & management

We visited your Gastonia NC location on February 26, 2017 and I must say the garden salad bar was beyond words! First of all, there were dirty salad plates that had specks of dried food on them. We asked for clean plates and after 10 minutes the waitress brought them to the bar. We had to look thru them to find 2 plates without dried food on them. The salad bar was deplorable, there was food all over the bar including the floor. There were only 2 grapes on a serving platter, no apples, a few spoonfuls of egg, a few crumbles of croutons, and few little of anything else! We got back to our table and we're informed that "they had run out of Burgers"! Another customer and I complained to the manager and all we got was"sorry". The bartender reduced our bill but still ended up paying $20.89 for the worst food ever. We just started back to RT after 5 years because of the food. Never again will we visit any RT. I will gladly go the grocery store and make our own salad. Instead of updating your restaurants, perhaps you need to focus on food quality and management skills. Right now, RT has neither!

Ruby Tuesday too busy to take my to go order over the phone

I called Ruby Tuesday in Orangeburg, SC, trying to place a to go order. I was on hold for 3 minutes before I hung up to call back. I was told, rather rudely, that they were too busy to take my to go order and that I had to come in if I wanted to order something, then told me to have a good evening and hung up the phone before I could respond.
Too busy? Seems to me that taking my to go order would've alleviated having another party to wait on. It was a Tuesday night, 2/28/17, hardly a traditionally busy weeknight. Too busy to take my money? Not wise...
I didn't have time to wait on an order there, so I kindly called Fatz, who more than happily took my money...and didn't hang up on me.
Ruby Tuesday in Orangeburg, SC, has to do better...sorely disappointed...and I live in Orangeburg...

Ruby Tuesday water in a dirty glass

I visited your restaurant after my uncle funeral and the service was awful, I requested water and the water was very rude, she gave me water in an unclean glass and I have pictures. I never felt so bad before and it was a family gathering. Why be so rude, if this job is not got you seek employment elsewhere. I paid for my food cause I ordered it but couldn't stomach it, that's total unfair.

Ruby Tuesday poor management and terrible food

Sunday February 26 at 1400 hours my wife and in-laws are at the Ruby Tuesdays in Fort Payne Alabama. First let me say the waiter was excellent. That is as far as my compliments go. The restaurant was unable to provide any times with paremesan sause because "they had run out". Additionally, it seems chocolate cake is also in great demand in this small town since it too was gone. Since I could not order the newest item on the menu "parmesan shrimp" I went with smoky mountain chicken with zucchini and a naked potato. The chicken was like leather, the sauce was, well, like a covering of drywall paste that was inedible. The zuchinni was overcooked and greasy. The only edible portion was the potato. The presentation too was terrible. They served the food on a large white plate with the chicken pasted on one side, the zuchinni laid out on the other side with ten slices of zuchinni lined up like quarters and the potato just sitting on the other third. Too much white space made me feel immediately as if I had gotten short changed. Finally, the manager did reduce our bill. Great. But that in no way replaces a planned family night out. How does a major chain forget to order stock? You tout the parmesan shrimp as your newest item then not keep parmesan sauce on hand? And how do you run out of chocolate cake? A simple reduction in our bill does not make up for a ruined night. It should also be noted my father in law ordered a hurger, well done, which was charred on the outside but red on the inside. The fries were rubbery and the lettuce was inedible. My wife rarely got a refill on her tea...it was a memorable evening but not in a good way. I would like to see you make an attempt to get me and my family back in the doors before we leave on Wednesday morning 29 February. Respectfully, Dr. Don Williams

Went to the ruby tuesday in Florence. SC. Was the worse food and service i every had. Would not tell any one to eat at that place. Hope all your Ruby Tuesday are like this.

Ruby Tuesday waited to be served

Hello my Kurston Williams and we just left Rubytuesday in Gastonia NC we had a 30 min wait then when they finally sit me and my husband no one came and service us we waited almost another 25 minutes but the waitress kept walking past people who was sitted after us was already been serve we nicely decided to leave and let the host know what happen and she just said sorry and she act like she didn't care we are very well respected. People

Ruby Tuesday service was horrible

Took my family to ruby tuesdays on 5th street in lumberton nc... We ordered our food and our drinks... When time for the food my husband and son got there petite sirloins and my daughter her mini cheese burgers and said my large chicken tender was on the way... 15 minutes later after my family had gotten finished eatting still no chicken tenders... After complaining to the manager 10 minutes later my chicken tenders had arrived and by them I didnt want them... So no I will not be returning to this eestablishmen on west 5th steet in lumberton nc any time soon

Ruby Tuesday key lost inside restaurant

Today Friday February 24th 2017 around 12 o'clock My key was placed on the table with my bank card however when the waitress came to pick up the tickets and clean the tables my key went missing. According to the waitresses they do not see my key they say that they checked where they took the food to the back however this is not resolved my issues is to replace my key cost around $300 and it has not left the Ruby Tuesday off of Bush River Road in Columbia South Carolina so I need to know what kind of assistant that I can get within 24 hours to help replace my key. I'm not accusing anyone however I feel like I waitress was very unprofessional in the service that she gave and also her actions since and she's about to lose her job today so I do want it to be taking in consideration that My key may have went missing by the waitress this needs to be investigated and I do need some assistance as soon as possible. I proceeded to call GM while leaving to make sure he has my information and to see if he could assist in replacing my key an I was put on hold for over 8 min. Until I hung up. After speaking with corporate your company is telling me theres nothing they can do for me because they cant cover a loss. I feel this is the lamest escuse I have ever herd and will never eat at your resturante chain again and will be posting to all my friends about this experience.

Ruby Tuesday hope corporate cares why nobody wants to come here!

My wife my son and I was planning on getting the great food and service we used to get at RT.We got seated immediately in which the table was set but still dirty from previous guest, The waitress told my wife no we don't have cherry coke and can't make it when we said can't you ask she said ok than when the food came out the fries were cold and our water glasses were empty she didn't even notice we had to mention that also asked for a coke refill 15 minutes later it came after asking the manager explaining how waitress was the manager said she is getting your Fries remade I said only cause I asked through all of this nobody ever asked how our meal was hopefully something comes out of this.

Ruby Tuesday providing meals ordered

02/23/2017 Just returned home from Ruby Tuesday restaurant in Lagrange, GA. Worst dining experience EVER! 7 of us gathered to celebrate my wife's birthday. After placing our order and waiting 15 minutes, the server finally arrived with 6 of the "biscuits" for 7 people. Told us that was the maximum she could deliver to a table at a time that night. After a total of 70 minutes, 5 people had received their entree. No information on the missing 2, one of which was the birthday girl. Waited another 15 minutes and still no meals. Asked to speak to Manager. Waited another 10 minutes and Manager arrived. Agreed that the wait was unacceptable. Agreed that service was unacceptable. Had no idea where the missing entrees were. Said that there was nothing that she could do about it. Waited another 20 minutes. Still no meals. Everyone who had received their order was finished. Other diners seated later than us had been served. Asked again for Manager. Still no idea on where the meals where. Asked for bill. After a discussion, Manager agreed to comp the entire table. By this time several other tables of diners had left with no meals delivered.

Ruby Tuesday service/food

I was on a date with my other half and I ordered a bacon burger and salad bar and he got a shrimp pasta of some sort... either way my service was horrible the girl took forever to come attend to us I had to ask another service for help and my meat was over cooked and I asked for another and the second one had no bacon... my order kept being wrong and just intotoal I spent about $56 bucks on a place with horrible service I should get a free voucher with new service I'm a current customer.

Ruby Tuesday our dining experience

2 days ago, around 6:15pm my husband and I decided to dine at our local Ruby Tuesday's in Fayetteville, GA. When we entered the restaurant the hostess was sitting down on with her phone plugged in charging and earphones in. Took a few moments to even acknowledge us. Her red shirt was soooo wrinkled like she rolled out of bed. Sat down in bar area which smelled like a dirty bathroom. Along with one of the servers decided to change her shirt in the bar area rather then going to the restroom. She had a tank top underneath and her bra all hanging out, not the place to do that.It was not busy yet there were 3 dirty tables in our area that needed to be cleaned. Took our server a bit before she acknowledged us as well and all she said was " are you ready to orde?" No hello, her name...nothing. We almost walked out of there. My husband ordered an I sweet iced tea and it came hot with two pieces of ice and was so watered down. Yuck! Ok, so the food was good but everything else was not what a restaurant's standards should be. The first impression walking in there was the worst. I've grown up in the restaurant business for 40 plus years and this is not what will keep this place in business. I was very glad to leave the establishment, needless to say.

Ruby Tuesday very bad food from the cook

On 02-21-2017 at around 2104 my family ans myself were seated, the waitress took our order. I ordered the rib eye 12oz with salad bar for one side and mashed potatoes for the other, I ordered the steak medium. The steak came out medium well to well done, and the potatoes were runny on my plate as well as my mothers. I told the waitress and she did a great job and got me another, I told her not to bring more the potatoes were runny. When she brought it back it was not medium but rare this time, I tried a bite and then told her not to worry about it because at this time i started to believe the cook did it on purpose. So I got a to go plate and took home and threw it away, as it was a horrible steak. I have been to the Ruby Tuesday in calhoun Ga many times and had problems like this, I just hate paying out about $22.00 for a meal to be that awful. I honestly do not know if i will go there again as this was one of the worst experiences I have had.
