dining experience @ #7768 tbl 43/1 chk 4200 feb 18/17 @ 8:12 pm server 1409 rhiann w
On the above mentioned date my husband and I visited your establishment and were quickly seated by a staff member. Our server Rhiann was very friendly and took our order. As we waited I ran my hand over the table and it had not been cleaned from the previous customer. We had been seated at a dirty table. I brought this to our server's attention and she promptly moved us to another table. When I received my Caesar Salad it looked like it had been sitting around for hours, limp and hardly any dressing. When our main dishes came, my husband's onion rings were way overdone and the rice looked like it had been scraped from the bottom of the pot. The steaks were done right, but overall, presentation of the dishes was very poor. I have never been so disappointed in a meal in my life, especially when we paid $50.00, plus tip. I expected more from a well known restaurant like Ruby Tuesdays. Please note, this in no way reflects on Rhiann. She did not seat us and she did not prepare the food. I will be waiting for a reply as soon as possible. Sincerely, Maureen Turner
poor customer service from store manager
my wife and I went to ruby tuesdays on valentines day and had a good meal, double decker chicken. when the check came and I paid the bill while my wife was in the rest room. when she returned we left the restaurant and got into our car to leave when we realized the coupon my wife was not deducted. It was for 1/2 off the second entree, My wife went back into the place and spoke to the manager on duty that night. He told her that since the ticket for dinner was closed out, there was nothing he could do! Needless to say, we were very upset and I feel his answer was b/s and that as manager he could have done something to resolve this! We're talking about $8.25.
gm akeem fielder
GM Akeem Fielder and employee Christa Busbee has been having sexual relations and I think it's unproffesional and unacceptable. Corporate has came to the store about these two before and they lied but here is proof. Several employees know about their relationship but keeps it a secret. It is very unproffesional and I refuse to spend anymore money with this company until this gets resolved!
no restaurant near me
I'm in miami Floririda and my zips code is 33182. And there is no Ruby Tuesday near me, I think there should be one in the Doral area. It's not fair that I have to drive so far away to eat at your restaurant. In the Doral area you will get a lot of clients. Please I just love your salad bar. And I don't get to go often to your restaurant because of how far it is. Thank you Meilen Segura
bad manager
Beware the Ruby Tuesday in Miami at 152nd street by Metrozoo!j
Last week I began noticing double charges on my bills and, last night when I again saw a discrepancy, I decided to go back and talk to the Manager again (Assistant Manager? I not sure, they have a bunch of them working the position on different nights).
I had already spoken to her (Judy) a couple of days back when I noticed the first duplicate charge but, since the charges made on my PayPal are so easily disputed and rejected, I really did not spend too much time on it. I just called PayPal and the restored the charges to my account after a quick look at the data.
I frequent Ruby Tuesday on 152st since before it went back to corporate management and, have gotten to know most of the folk working there over a period of several years. Along all that time, I have had he opportunity to also get to know the operation and by default, the company they represent.
I was there when roaches still made an occasional appearance at the bar, when a manager was fired under suspicion of complicity with a theft and, when bartenders and servers were caught stealing and promptly let go.
I also there through hurricane Andrew when ( a real Managing Partner) Julio was wise and community minded enough to leave the doors open so no one would have to break windows or door for quick shelter (Julio was an enlightened Manager).
In other words, I have seen my neighborhood Ruby Tuesday (and Miami Flagship store) go up and down as it grew up. As it denied it’s sports bar image (though that is still the largest draw for bars in Miami) and, continues to try to carve itself into a “fine dinning” niche.
As part of the steady and sturdy regulars that cement the store to its community, we accepted and embraced these unasked for changes because we love the work that our favorite bartenders (Bobby, Clotee, TY, Kateland and, so many other servers, bar backs and cooks do for us. Mostly, because they have all shown us a welcoming warmth that has helped us rally around the place making its a real community.
Lawyers, politicians, actors and even journalists make up the crowd at the bar and, we have all come to feel more like a Ruby Tuesday family that just customers.
However, when the current Managers make you feel no worth as a customer and refuses to pay attention to continuous billing errors, it pushes you into a corner where you have to wonder if coming back to see your friends is worth being double billed, over-billed and then ignored by a manager when you try to point it out to her.
I love to hang out a Ruby’s, order a rib eye and a few Jacks on the rocks while I catch up with my friends as the bartenders get the crowd involved in the general conversation (it’s that kind of friendly neighborhood bar).
But, I’ll be darned if when extra charges show up on my bill, the manager has me waiting 45 minutes to even talk to me (I left then feeling it was a lost cause).
Not because I a such a long time patron of the place but, because I am a paying customer with a legitimate issue and the place is not even half full.
So, until someone up the chain figures out what is going on and, bothers to let me know it is corrected, I will not only find me somewhere else to go finish my daily local newspaper issues of the Southender Daily (southender.news). I will also do my best to share my opinion and, war all my friends, neighbors and followers (about 185, 000 combined follower’s between twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram) not to waste their time trying to straighten out their bad bills with a manager.
salad bar
I am a regular at Ruby Tuesday's and I went there tonight and the salad bar is completely different. The salad dressing is really thick and darker now, the tomatoes are not real cut up tomatoes anymore there round tomatoes. The bacon bits are not good, the cheese is thicker and the iceberg lettuce now has purple cabbage in it. I'm really disappointed in the changes to the salad bar and has changed my mind on eating there again. I get adding new ingredients but you should not have changed the regular ingredients. Just thought I should voice my opinion.
food/service
My husband and I saw the delicious salad bar advertised on tv and decided to give it a try for our early Valentine's. When we walked up to the salad bar it looked like a pack of wild animals had been eating there. Food everywhere (what little that was left there) so needless to say we were very disappointed in our visit tonite. The service wasn't what you would expect at a nice restaurant. Bottom line that restaurant needs some improvements. Thanks for your time.

Party of 2
My husband and I went after church and there were a number of empty tables but a line of people waiting. Our server had several tables and he forgot our salads and we got them half way thru our meal. He was very busy and I do not fault him.
While sitting there, another server called the host over and was complaining rightfully so that she had only one table during the last half hour and questioned why she was not given tables to serve when it was obvious people were waiting and tables were empty and other servers were swamped with tables.
It was unfortunate that customers had to hear this conversation, but we agree with the woman. Maybe we would have got our salads at the beginning of our meal if the tables had been fairly allocated to the servers.
I hope you correct this problem as we would like to continue eating there.
I expect that management is unaware of the problems between this server and the hostess.
Thank you for reading this and for your time.
Sincerely,
Monna and Larry Whitesell
horrible service and food
To begin the waitress, who was also the bartender could barely take the time to listen to our drink order which resulted in her providing the alcohlic drink, Ruby Relaxer as opposed to the Ruby Tea (pomegranate/ice tea) we asked for. When we bought this to her attention, she claimed our request was not available. She took our dinner order in very much the same manner by barely listening - when I asked if she had tried the new double chicken dish, she just wrote it on her pad as my order before realizing it was a question. I also inquired if the califlower au gratin was a new name for the mashed califlower I had ordered in the past and she said "yes"... when it arrived it wasn't even close to the mashed version - it actually smelled like cheesy feet. The entire dish looked as if it had been quickly thrown together and placed under a broiler for a few minutes. When she returned to ask how everything was, and it was clear that I was not eating my meal, she didn't wait 2 seconds to hear our response before she walked quickly away. When she FINALLY returned to clear our table, I told her how unsatisfied I was with the meal. She did not apologize, but instead said she would get the check. When she returned, she said the manager offered free dessert to compensate for the meal. Really? How about no tip and I will never again frequent this or any other Ruby Tuesday and share my experienced with others. I guess this explains why I never see many cars in the parking lot any more.
terrible service and unacceptable food
My husband and I stopped in the No. Haven, CT Ruby Tuesdays for a bite to eat. It was on Sunday, January 29, 2017, between 4 and 6:00 p.m. We ordered cheeseburger and grilled chicken platters. We were waiting over 30 minutes for the food to arrive. When it did, the chicken was ice cold. Couldn't find my waitress so I walked the plate myself to the kitchen. Another waitress stopped me and said that she would personally take care of it. We waited another 15 minutes or so. The original waitress returned with my plate. It came back the exact same way; ice cold. I could tell that it was not even tended to. It was literally sent back to me the same way I brought it to the kitchen. When I told her it was still cold, she stated that the manager was having some type of on-going problem with one of the cooks sending out cold food. This is not my problem and she shouldn't have even told me that. This made me uneasy about eating there. I told her that I didn't want it anymore and to bring the check. We again waited too long, so, when my husband and I reached a breaking point, he walked the check to the back, toward the kitchen, and cashed out. What also troubled me was that the manager never once came out to apologize to us. I guess we weren't important enough to him as patrons to receive some type of recognition. We paid $13.38 for the bill because we just wanted to leave. When I cooled down a bit and thought about it, especially feeling like we meant nothing to this place, I decided that I would like to have my money refunded. No one should ever have to experience that kind of behavior from any restaurant staff. I am never going back there again and I will be waiting for my reimbursement.
all the visit
Dear ruby Tuesday customer care.
I have a complaint from your restaurant branch in Cairo Egypt, district branch
Yesterday i was there with my sister and 4 kids when i enter the res i ask the manger for the toilet he told me its upstairs when i see it i can't believe how it was dirty even the flash wasn't dispense and there wasn't a tissues in it..i told the manger what i found he told me "sorry there is no one cleaning the toilet" i told him thats better to close it than let clients use it
And then after we chose what we want from the menu and we take about 35 min then we told the waiter what we want the he told us a surprise that there isn't beef or sea food dishes he didn't have any imported goods coz of the country rules now days in Egypt (its ok for me) but what not ok that he didn't told us this when he gives us the menu since we enter the res to give us the choice if we want to leave or stay we order the food from available menu..after 45 min the dishes arrive although the res was empty except us..and it was cold the cheese was have fungis and i told him to change it for me he told me "that what we have and i know its need to change but i don't have"! I ask him to brought for me a sour cream instead it..we ordered 5 dishes and soup all of them wasn't tasty at all not as i used to eat on ruby and the food was smily and not offered in a presentable and after we going home all of us have a severe diarrhea even a kid only 4 years and thats mean the food wasn't clean! I have attached the bill as a prove and am waiting from u a reply for more details and following up with me
management
Iam an employee at ruby Tuesdays In Springfield pa. We've recently had a new GM named Chris Weed he's the worst to say the least. We have yet to have a meeting on introduction to the guy the only meetings we've had since he's been there were about the new items coming into the the restaurant and on the menu. He's made changes and hadn't had a meeting on the changes he would like but yet pentialize employee's for not following rules that he may have made the day before. And if he does say anything he'll post it on hotschedules which everyone doesn't have everyone isn't fortunate to have a laptop or phone that can access it so they don't we can't see half of it and we get penalized for not following rules and we some coworkers as a team in the restaurant has asked and or suggested for a house meeting multiple times and he ignores the request. He has no control over the store he has cooks in the kitchen high off i dont know what nodding off while cleaning the fryers he wime him up and asked was he ok but yet he fires a black guy for voicing his opinion when another coworker threw his belongings in the trash knowing it was his he treats the African Americans low and I'm not African American but i do pay attention! The only time he tries to have control is when he knows his boss is dropping by the store..
The other managers are bad too one is having sex with back of the house workers her name is Tara Pavlovski she doesn't do anything to benefit the store. The only real manager we have is Stephani Williams honestly but her attitude turns the whole store blue.
I just ask for better management for the company for the store for out team
waiter was horrible
I went to Ruby Tuesday of Trussville, Al yesterday and had, by far, worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. First, we go in and we have to wait to be seated when half of the tables were empty. This was not a big problem for us because we found out they were short staffed. They were doing what they could with that. The major problem was the waiter and the young lady, who I assume was a manager, came out and questioned us about coupons that your company mailed to us. They mailed 4 coupons to my home and we were able to use all four separately because there were four families present, each paying their own bill. We gave them to the waiter at the time of ordering our food so that the credit could be applied accordingly. The female comes out with the coupons and says, " So you all brought these coupons in with you?" I stated, "yes we did." "So, you all gave a coupon?" I then stated again, "Yes each one of us gave him a coupon." Ok. She makes a bit of small talk and walks away. I was a little taken aback by her questioning the coupons that YOUR company mailed out. The wait for the food was longer than normal but it was expected due to being short staffed. The young man, however, was horrible. The only refill we received was on my daughter's tea and I had to stop him as he walked past our table with the pitcher from someone else. My mom's steak was medium when she specified well done. It was sent back with no issue. The problem came in when she had to ask him to bring it back. He completely forgot about her. He was so unattentive that we even had to ask for our ticket and it took so long for him to come back to our table to pick the payment back up to process the payments that we asked the bar to check us out. She could not and called for him. When he finally came back out he stood and talked with a table that were putting coats on to leave and had paid their bills. We were in disbelief, that he literally stood next to us and ignored that we had requested to pay our bill. Blatant disrespect and disregard was all that he displayed. This establishment was sad, to say the least, from the bar not being stocked, to having the worst server ever on staff. He even brought me three dessert boxes to put my entire ribeye steak and potato in. I was not able to eat due to my motherly duties with my one year old but he could have given one large to go box. That's what my mom's food was FINALLY brought out in. Just very dissatisfied overall. We asked for refills to go which he did not bring to our table he waited for us to walk by and handed them to my father, who owns a restaurant, instead of being a man and bringing them to us. This was supposed to be a celebration for my mom's birthday. Well that was a complete bust.
the person refilling the salad bar.
My family and I were at the rock hill location and made a to go salad and over heard him talking to the hostess and he said "look at this #. Se is going to pile it on, why can they come in here and do that. If I did that they would be taking me into the office to talk to me". Please note that was my last time going to any ruby tuesday. I prefer to be talked about behind closed doors and not in the restaurant. I wonder if he saw all the other patrons who fixed to go boxes before me? Not sure what type of training you guys provide for your employees, but seems someone missed that class. I was also celebrating my birthday. Last time I will allow my husband to pay $72+ tip for a meal at ruby tuesday. I did not tell my husband what was said, because he would nor have accepted that type of attitude towards his wife.
My name is Terrie they just hired me a week ago. Please come back and try the Garden bar and the the employee. I take pride in my work and my customers. Please give us another try. Thank you...Terrie
the possible hiring of a convicted sex trafficker.
A woman named Jessica Lidy from Alamo Tn was convicted of sex trafficking of a 15 year old girl. She has been released and has mentioned she has a friend who manages a Ruby Tuesday's in Western Tennessee will offer her a job in your restaurant. I hope that your policies forbids the hiring of a sex offender and that her friend cannot find anyway around such policies. Thank you.

We went to Ruby tuesdays as for a change. Not sure where to begin ...
I went with my husband and daughter 1 st time In many years. Looked at salad bar completely dirty ! Decided against that. Waited for waitress seemed like forever. All we ordered was 4 appetizers took 39 min for food and place was empty ! As waitress was texting I waited for my beer for about 20 min. I feel that the restaurant needs a manager that will see what's going on with there customers not hanging out at a table with the waitresses and waiters total disappointment. I will never go back to this establishment ! Yes http://speedraceway.com/
overall experience
I visited the Holyoke MA location. Our server came to the table with no greeting and no introduction. She simply asked what we wanted. The restaurant was completely out of pasta, so I ordered a sandwich and the salad bar. It was about 9:00 so I can understand that not every option was available at the salad bar, but there were a total of two dressings, some lettuce, broccoli, carrots, and cheese. I was told nothing else was available. Our food came out, and everything was less than expected. My burger was messy and dry, and my sister wouldn't even touch her expensive meal. Overall, the staff was less than friendly, the food was sub-par, and for the price of our meal, the entire visit was dissappointing. I don't think we will be returning.
no hard copy of gluten free menu
I went to rt last night for dinner. I asked for the gluten free menu, as I do at all restaurants I frequent. The young server apologized but said rt is trying to go to a website (Rt's) which provides this information. The staff already knew that this 'ingenious' corporate idea did not work and secretly kept a copy for customers. A few days before I was there, the regional manager had found their copy of the gluten free menu and tossed into the trash.
Well, I went to rubytuesday.com, clicked on allergens and saw nothing that would lead me to gluten free items. The hostess tried and she didn't fare any better. We left and went to chili's... A competitor i'm sure. The hostess apologized profusely. That harrisonburg, va location had experienced situations exactly like mine before which is why they kept a hard copy. We were told that 'a lot of our customers don't even have iphones. ' which I believe as it is a rural community.
Don't outthink yourselves. Keep it simple and let your people on the 'front lines' do what works best. They are the people who truly know.
Respectfully,
Becky benson
product
I ordered online from the Ruby Tuesday's in Mechanicsville Virginia. I ordered children's chicken tenders with a caesar salad and cheese cake. What I got was my chicken tenders and my Caesar salad were in the same container so therefore the chicken tenders were hot and my Caesar salad was a hot mess. The cheesecake advertised it came with strawberries all I got was a cheesecake. I was very disappointed with the product that I received using a gift card I received for Christmas. I will never purchase a gift card for Ruby Tuesday and give it to anyone.
burnt salmon and charred vegetables
We went on lunch break so we didn't have time to do it over, but the salmon was literally black and charred as well as the Veggetables on both of our plates. The steak on the other plate was over cooked as well. I barely ate any of it and we both did not enjoy it. The service was bad and the server purposely avoided our table until the end because she knew it looked bad. She never brought the biscuits after telling us twice she would so we never got them. My side order wasn't what I asked for either. We were too busy on lunch to tell the manager. Horrible experience. Not worth our money at all. We come here very often and we're extremely disappointed. If there's a next time we go, I hope it goes a whole lot better.
