I have previously worked at ruby Tuesday in 2015. Great team. I was just recently. Hired back an very very disappointed in the going ons behind the yes no doors Co workers cussing so loud guest can hear. Management completely out of line with Co workers towel slapping an such. As well as utter lack of responsibility behind the cook line at one point my dessert ticket was at 25 minutes an we were not on a wait. My dissatisfaction in the team an management has caused me to quit a company I truly enjoyed working for.

My friend and I are regular customers of Ruby Tuesday's. We go there every Tuesday and every time we go there we ask for Tiffany (no she is not a personal friend but a waitress we grew fond of): Today, like every Tuesday, we asked to be seated at Tiffany's table. The hostess informed us that Tiffany's seating area was full and we had to have Brittany. Tiffany is a great waitress and we don't have to wait a long time for her. Brittany asked if I wanted a refill of my iced tea. I said yes. She then brought the bill and she totally forgot the iced tea. If when we go we cannot have have Tiffany for our waitress, we will start going elsewhere. We were told if we ask for a specific waitress and willing to wait a few minutes, we would get that waitress. The hostess said no. We had to sit at Brittany's section and could not wait for Tiffany. We find that unacceptable. Please right this wrong
Service is horrible I watch other guest seated five to ten minutes after my wife and I were seated have their order taken before we were even offered a drink or even introduce to a waitperson. This was the first and last time I will ever patronize your establishment

Our GM must go.His name is Tom & has created nothing but havoc.We are located in Mcdonough Ga.He has made Guests leave & Associates quit.Or he fires them for absolutely no reason.He followed a female employee to the bathroom, told her to look at herself & basically told she looked like [censor] & to get herself together.Who does that? He is rude & sef centered & needs to be terminated A.S.A.P.He doesn't know how to talk to people .He told an associate he was gonna put his foot up one of our managers butt.He says it is his way or the Highway.When he is there it is pure Chaos.The atmosphere is horrible.When he is not there the atmoshere is wonderful.Everyone feels on edge whenever he is around.That is not Ok for a work place.I have been there for almost 5 yrs & never once filed a complaint on anyone.Everyday there are new rules.This must come to an end A.S.A.P. I ordered a rib-eye steak which had good flavor but was cold & obviously not cooked to order with a baked potato that was rock hard & obviously microwaved & broccoli that was soggy & also obviously microwaved. More than half my meal went in the trash. Waste of $20.45, i would say i would probably never consider patronizing ruby Tuesday again and also I'll be sure to stear people i know away from this establishment.

I visit Ruby Tuesdays, Feb 21, 2018 at the Goldsboro, N.C. location (#3373) at about 5:45 p.m. for an evening meal. Upon arrival, my wife and I were seated in the Bar Area, which was ok with us. We sat there for over 20 minutes without anyone making contact. There was a waitress, bar tender and the hostess all in site of our table. Shortly thereafter 4 persons entered and were seated next to us. Immediately, the bartender made contact with them, and told them that he was their bartender this evening and make I take your drink order. Also the waitress made the same contact. I then looked at my wife and said what do you think of that. She replied "lets leave, dons't think they want to serve us this evening. I think we were treated very bad by your employees.
I also learned that you no longer serve the Cheese Biscuits and the Berry fusion Drink. (I hope that you will bring them back soon). I will take my and my wife some time to visit again. I have always like the Salad Bar and the Ribs. Both are excellent. I am a member of So Connected and will continue to watch for those special. We visit Ruby Tuesday at least three times a month.
enough said about that past visit. I want update you on my most recent visit which was Mar. 19, 2018, at 6:45 p.m. I went there to enjoy the new special two for $24.99. I was treated completely the opposite from the previous visit. I want to say that I enjoyed the evening and it has restored my faith in Ruby Tuesdays. My husband and I ate at the Ruby Tuesday's in Kokomo, IN today Sunday March 18th 2018. The service was horrible and my husband didn't get any fries with his mini hamburger sliders. Our waitress never came back for refills and the salad bar was very messy. Plus we got overcharged on our bill! We are not returning again. Worst service we have had in a long time! Spent 30.00 for something far from being worthy!
Very poor service! Would not recommend to friends or family! Very disappointed! Total waste of our money!
free appetizer when you join "so connected"
Ruby Tuesday's has a new membership for their company called so connected, they even have coasters in the bar area regarding how to join via text and or email and doing so you get a free appetizer with your meal. As my wife and I eat there often we thought this was intriguing and beneficial. Upon signing up via email my wife received no confirmation during our visit and so I signed up via text message. In which I promptly received a text message and a code to give to the waiter / waitress for our free appetizer. As I show the waitress the information on my smartphone with the code in which she wrote down to enter on their computer register. Upon returning she said the code was invalid I showed and explain to her where it came from as it had the date and a time mark on the message, she said she would talk to the manager. The manager returned and stated he would not be able except the code in which we received because it was invalid. At this point I started receiving text message advertising from them on my smart phone via text. I felt if they're going to advertise via posters and coasters for your drinks they should support the offer. We will no longer be a Ruby Tuesday customer it's not so much the value of it but the meaning behind it.

Had dinner last night at the Ruby Tuesday's in New Iberia, LA HORRIBLE ! not only were drunk orders being taking off my table to be remade or have something else brought but my app was COLD - like no one bothered to warm the spanish dip, ICE ! The new drink was watered & let's not start on our entree's! Nothing was done - just a poor attempt to fix or "warm the food " we paid and left - A tanker behind me complained about the same thing and was told he would have extra sauce on his dry food ! just a basic waste of $100 dollars ! we won't be returning - not even for a drink at the bar!

I was just at Ruby Tuesday on Virginia Avenue and I ordered 2 salad bars and to vegetable trios when I was in the middle of eating my salad my vegetable trios came out but they were not correct my servers name was Kirsten but another server brought out my food when I stated to her that the veggies were wrong she automatically became very rude. I immediately asked to speak to the manager which name is James and he was not trying to accommodate us in any kind of way we ended up paying for the whole meal and we had been there for about 10 minutes he wouldn't give us a discount he didn't apologize for the servers actions he didn't even want to give me corporates number so I can call and make a complaint he was very rude as well. I just called back because now I'm across the street eating again after I paid for food that I didn't eat at Ruby Tuesday and he was still very rude I just need this matter solved because I use to work at Ruby Tuesday. We are very passionate when it comes to customer service and my manager would have never treated a customer in that manner so I'm very highly upset especially when I love this restaurant and actually use to work for them. The server that was very disrespectful and made me not even want to eat there anymore was named Sherrod I just always thought that the customer should be treated with respect and if we feel like we were disrespected then why can't we be accommodated... like we're spending money in your restaurant. I really walked out of there very hurt and upset because this manager still made me pay for food that I didn't even get to eat. The only reason that I said that I did not want the food is because the customer service was a very very unacceptable. Also when I stated that I was going to call corporate he told me that it didn't make sense to call you guys because whatever I told you I was going to come back to him anyway and but so many words I felt like he was telling me like I couldn't get this problem solved are there was nothing that I was going to be able to do.

I decided to take my 3 year old daughter on a mommy daughter date to Ruby Tuesdays in Fayetteville Ga. the wait was extended which was understandable considering the Saturday night. I waited patiently for our food almost 50 minutes. Me and my daughter went to the restroom return to our seat our plates were sitting on the table my daughters burgers were cold cheese looked like it had been sitting in the back for a while. My order was wrong and up until this point we still had no silverware. I asked to speak to the manager 3 times before she even came to the table. She offered a meal of Mac and cheese for my daughter which we did not choose. I am annoyed upset and I need to make corporate aware of the terrible service that is occurring at this location. Ruby Tuesday is the worst place you can work they talk to you like your below them like it's ok and it's not. What i don't like about them is their very unethical when it comes to their employees. Why is it when they don't have you on the schedule it's ok to put you on because they can do that. No thas not the case people have lives to live and it doesn't evolve around Ruby Tuesday. They rather have you do the job of other's when they don't show up nd want you to go by their dress code now all of a sudden. I despise them period because of the way they treat nd talk their employees. Now all of a sudden you wanna be by the book all of a sudden when your job is on the line. Thas a laugh because when it comes to your employees treat them with respect nd just maybe they would get the same in return. I hope that Ruby Tuesday can get it together bcuz none of what they do is the correct way. I hope that anybody who works for this company doesn't have to go through any type of changes within this company. Treat other's the way you want to be treated not what you wanna do or when you feel like it. The way they schedule you is crazy whatever way you have my schedule leave it that way not because your a manager let me add so nd so to the schedule it doesn't work that way. So with all that being said truly think about who you choose to work for before excepting the job.

My complint with Ruby Tuesday is that i have been with them since 08/2017 as a full time worker starting out with 25-30 hrs. Since 2018 of this year we have obtained a new General Manager and we have gotten oof to a good start so far but since then things have changed. While working for Ruby Tuesday my hours were okay then for a whole month and a half i was off the schedule which put me behind in my bills which was stressing. Now that we have a new General Manager within the company it's been the same thing i have been put on the schedule for only 2-3 days at a time. I spoke with the genral manager this morning and i was written up for not being in dress code which i always am just didn't have the red coat with me. I was given a verbal warning and it was put in the computer signed and dated though it was never told me to me from the other manager at the time of which it should have been. The general manager explained to me the reason for putting me on the schedule for 2-3 days was because my attitude was bringing the other employees down which i find to be an excuse and not a good enough reason to not have me on the schedule. In return i explained to him that my attitude has nothing to do with others and that i don't have an attitude. My job is to come to work ready to go do what has to be done so that i could go on with the rest of my day i'm not there to play around or chit chat when i have a job to do. For the most part i'm on time never have been late to work and never call out unless its an emergency for me to do so. A report and phone call was put into the corporate office about the situation but i didn't receive a call back about anything being done about the situation. So, with this being said i hope that something can be done about the behavior of the General Manager and the managers as well because we supposed to work together as a team but it never seems to work that way from what i've been seeing. I just hope that they can improve their work ethics when it comes to their employees and treat us the way that we supposed yto be treated and not with attitudes.

All signs on the door and on Google say that this store stays open till 10. When we came in at 9:30, the hostess or a waitress came up and said they closed. 1st she said they closed at 9:30, then she changed it to 9:00. The door definitely said Sundays open till 10. There restaurant was full of customers, so it wasn't like it closed early due to lack of people. The waitress then said I guess I can get you something to go, but since we wanted the salad bar (which other customers were at getting food), to go wasn't a practical option. Since the waitresses at Ruby Tuesday are now making the hours, the manager, Christopher Edwards, obviously isn't needed.

I to go ordered (2/18/18) the smokehouse burger with no onion rings and when i got home and opened it up it not only had onion rings but raw onions and pickles as well. I eat at your resturant often and am suprised they got my order so wrong. On your menu under the smokehouse burger it doesn't say anything about pickles. Unfortunately I called to resolve the complaint with manager on duty she said she was also kitchen manager she was beyond rude had nasty tone and attitude and even questioned why I called everything was good but our steak dinners . Husband steak was bleeding with Asiago cheese in the mix I had the same steak mine was cooked perfect my son had first bite immediately ran to restroom threw it up. We thought maybe it wasn't for him his picky and 7. I took one bite spit it out the cheese was not good my husband scraped his cheese off he was starved he said it was full of gristle. Waitress came back saw we hadn't touched food even mash potatoes were cold the cheese on that was cold as if off the salad bar it wasn't edible or the standards we get from here. We left for Charleston food still in the back truck no one was there that early honestly I understand them wanting to check food but customer service is key she lost them tons of business we lease our land to over 20 hunters who will all be forewarned. We didn't want free food heck we paid maybe sorry I didn't get to your table come in for dinner we will do it right she has no business I'm the front of the house handling issues. I run 2 business I would be bankrupt if I talked or handled clients that way this was in Orangeburg SC . $70 check left hungry all that bad food in box at this point in a bag in the back of the truck riding around Charleston and plus the loss of our business. Really sad

I was at the walterboro sc restarunt tonight an I will never return again! I have never witnessed anything like it in my life we had the host on his phone with a restaurant full of empty tables we where told there was a 20 min wait! We waited and where sat 20 min later when we received our food it was cold the woman who came to the table and clammed to be be manager was rude and unprofessional you should be embarrassed to be running such a circus and never will I return again I understand why your company is going under! With a manager like that i'm sure it will be sooner then later! The topper of my night was to get into our car with grandchildren and witness employees of yours in a van with a pungent odor of marijuana very strong in the air! Hi we went to ruby tuesdays # 7087 on dec 29, 2017 for dinner around 5pm, 6898 sashabaw rd clarkston mi 48348! Our bill was almost $50 for dinner for 3 kids and 2 adults and everything was good but the amount of chicken strips you get for an adult meal was less then my children got and mine was $11 dollars compared to theirs $5, I mentioned it to the waitress thinking it was a mistake and she just said well many people complain about it, there's nothing we can do to fix this! We all just know not to order the chicken tenders from here, why wouldn't you warn the guests then, I mean how dumb in my opinion to even say that! I was and still am beyond irritated! I mean come on let's jip ur customers so they never come back! And this is one of the places we liked to eat at too but getting less then kids portions for an adult and then getting charged more, that's irritating!

Our family went to Ruby Tuesday's in Douglas, GA. Party of 8. No hostess at front. Manager finally set us after 15 minute wait--no one else was even waiting. Server took orders after another 15 minute wait. Orders placed, drinks brought out, and then pretty much nothing. Could not get refills on our drinks. When food finally came to table, one order was missing entirely, other orders were incorrect. All in all we were there for 2 hours and it definitely was not because it was so enjoyable. Manager apologized and said they were short of staff. Comped the meal which was "misplaced" and then brought out cold. Bill was still over $100 and that was without any alcoholic drinks. Manger was not friendly. I would not recommend this restaurant !

My family and I visted the durham nc location and my experiance was awful we got there and had to wait in the front for ten minutes before anyone even said hello to us then we get seated and the waitier came laughing which was the first unprofessional thing they did then he couldnt get our drinks right he keep bringing us the wrong things also the cook was a female by the name of ciara skinner which whom I attended grade school with so she has the waiter come tell my husband and his friend that she was the cook so I asked well what made you tell us who the cook is (now im feeling somethings going to be wrong with my food) he then says oh the cook told me to let the men at the table know so now im kinda mad because this is so unprofessional then we proceed to order then the food comes out 45 mins later one meal at a time also the waiter couldnt figure out who anyone else food belonged to but who knew exactly what I had this made me feel very uncomfortable now I feel somethings wrong with my food so I dont really eat it I go to the manager and inform her im not happy with my food so she say ok order something else ok now by this time its been a hour and my sister in-law has not gotten her food so I stop talking to the waiter at this point and go straight to the manager the so she gets the food out my sisters eating it then gets the middle its raw on the inside 😡 so she sends it back and cancels the order ok I ask for a menu because I didnt like my food so he brings it and my son asks could he order another burger because he recieved the wrong burger in the first place but we said no its ok so I order a trio my son orders a colassol burger but ends up with a bacon cheese burger which is not enough hes a big child so now everyones pissed and ready to go but I havent got my food yet so I cancel it but when I see the recipt for who I was paying for it was 90 something ok not a problem then u have how much tip u think I should give u circled wow never seen that before so I asked wheres the manager he gets mad and with a attitude he says what I didnt give u good service... Really no so I go find the manager go over the recipt with her and when shes done its like 77 dollars so ok in the back round I hear she just cheap she just trying to get over shes broke etc in the back which was the waiter and the cook and the manager did nothing but stand there im really ok I paided the 77 the other guest paied there ticket and I didnt tip and I left I feel this location I will never ever ever eat there again it need new staffing if u ask me its no rules or respect in there like if I have to be disrespected to eat a meal here then I rather not this was my worst dining experience ever
