Okay so it's Oct 24th I was just approved on Oct 6ty for the acp. The device was shipped to me no problem it worked fine. I had a TracFone already so I put the sim that came with the device they sent me into the other phone and it worked fine. Until about 3 days ago when I called to activate a device for my boyfriend in which I was told I wasn't supposed to do that and to put the original sim back in the original device. So I did. The lady said she transferred my service into my other TracFone but that was never done so my service was cut, I called customer service at least ,15 times all coming to the same result I coukrnt get the ide so i coukdnt orove my identity oh and they would tell me my enrollment number was incorrect even though i had to put my enrollment number with my birthday in to even gain access to my information. After days if not having a phone wnd them continuously telling me there was nothing they could help me with I cancelled the service went and bought a 15$ time card and a BYOD sim from the dollar store. Never had a worse experience
Desired outcome: I would of liked to have my service on the TracFone I already had but it's pointless now
