I'm complaining about my safelink phone that I have not received

This company has fraudulently added me to the EBB discount through their service which I did not authorise. Upon being authorised for the EBB discount i contacted Verizon who contacted me back today saying the application for the benefit to go through them was denied because it was going through this service group which I never authorised. I received abysmal customer service when I contacted them and no true assistance.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for EBB discount paid to them that should have gone to desired internet provider
Safelink wireless cellular service
Good evening, Safe link charged me $25.00 before mailing out my SIM card. When I called back I was told to get a prepaid phone until I get the SIM card in the mail. I have yet to received it 18 days and no SIM CARD. I have to purchase minutes from Consumer Cellular and I still have them, I have been approved for safe link service. Every time I call them I'm being told something different every time. Please help. How can they attempt to charge me without a safe link SIM CARD, is it possible? At this time I have Consumer Cellular and they will bill me at the end of the month, safe link did not provide me with any service. Please investigate this matter. Thank you. Safelink sold me a phone that they now say can't be activated in my zip code. That's something that should be checked before safelink customer service sells a phone to someone. It's reddiculous to sell people a phone that can't be activated in their area so that should be something that safelink customer service checks on before they take someone's money.

Cell customer service
I had been trying for over a week to return my defective cell phone to safelink/tracfone, and they ate my guts out over it-even though ti was well within the 1 year warranty. I finally got a return label, and they don;t even pay for the return shipping!
Desired outcome: REFUND, AND CHANGE THEIR POLICY OF NOT PAYING FOR RETURN SHIPPING.

For the third time, my service has been disconnected. (Most recently on March 4, 2021) Each time it happens, I have to spend half an hour on the phone with someone in India, who is very difficult to hear and understand, and who keeps putting me on hold. Service gets turned back on, but after a few weeks, gets shut off again. Last two times, supposedly same problem: phone number not linked to my account, or something ridiculous like that.
I depend on this phone. I really don't want to have to call Tracfone again, because it takes ten minutes just to make them understand that this is a Safelink phone, and no, I DON'T want to buy a plan or more time.

I have never dealt with the upmost unprofessional, untrained employees ever. No one knows what the heck they are doing. You get transfered over and over, asked for a manager and that person claims to be a manager but still puts you on long holds to still not resolve the issue. The worse part is, if your calling from another safelink line, you will use up all those minutes because calling them is not a free call. Crazy crap... I don't understand why they would allow minutes to be used when calling them for issues that is their fault in 1st place. How is 350 min a month help those in need when they take all the min anyways...Omg

My name is Connie Myrick and I have not got my minutes for march I always get my minutes at the end off each month I got my february minutes on [protected] at09:13 1077 minutes today is 02/28 and I have not seen nothing yet I had a problem and I called the corporate office and they was being really rude to me and so I talked to a guy and I told him how a lady and guy was talking to me and he said I wont be getting my minutes on the first to go buy your [censored] some minutes and another guy said I will be getting my minutes. So the manager at the headquarters said he would handle it and the same two people I heard in the background was there. Then I have to deal with my neighbors talking out loud saying you haven't got your minutes yet. I would like to change wireless services, the guy never called me back and he told me to cut my phone off and cut it back on cause I had bought minutes but didn't get all of my data he was rude very rude worse than the people that I talked to on the 611611 line.

I turned on my Qlink services with government program for cell phone. I had previous service with Safe link wireless who is refusing to turn off my service due to several attempts to enable me to change my government program free cell phone services to other wireless business service (Qlink). Class action suit! They know what and why they are doing this, denied ever giving me 1000 minutes... Passed me to to 7 reps, yes 7!

Replacement phone
I have had my phone for over a year and it stopped working. It would power up and then shut off and it just kept doing this repeatedly. I am on a government program and have been the entire time. I called SafeLink on Friday, October 16, 2020, spoke with a customer service agent and he ordered me another phone and told me they would be sending a replacement box for my old phone. I waited a week with no phone, so I called back to check on the status. I was told that I was declined for a new phone because the warranty expired and I was only entitled to one replacement phone. I have never asked for a replacement phone so this would be my first. I told him this and he stated that he couldn't help me because his computer said no. I received no email or any other kind of communication about being denied anything.
I am a retired Veteran and I need a phone, I don't understand this entire process or what really happened. I have been without a phone for a week and I don't know what to do. I have been with Safe-link for over a year.

Motorola e6
I purchased a motorola e6 phone through safelinks website on (10/2/2020) received phone on 10/9/2020. Buying a phone through their site begins with me being prompted to enter my zip code (to make sure my phone is compatible with providers in my area) I was then given a choice of 3 service providers in my area (safelink at&t, safelink t-mobile, safelink version) of those I chose the t-mobile package.
But when I tried to activate the phone I was passed around to 3 different customer service people and none of them could activate the phone, I was told that t-mobile wasn't available in my area, I asked why would they sell me a phone I couldn't use?
After getting the run-a-round from 3 different people who did nothing but offer to sell me a sim card that would work for 10 dollars more.
I gave up and decided to try again in the morning. The person I talked to the next morning said paying for a new sim card was the only option, I told him that was not acceptable and I wanted a refund, he then tried to tell me I didn't purchase it through safelink but through amazon, I said no I bought it right through their website, he then started lying to me and saying he had the invoice and it said amazon, I said I have the invoice too and it says nothing about amazon and neither does the invoice on their site.
He just kept repeating that I would have to send it back to amazon, I said how? The item was purchased through safelink the invoice says safelink, nothing says amazon, how would I even begin to start a return with them when I didn't purchase it from them? Ive got nothing but the run-a-round from them, they won't fix my sim card problem without charging me and won't accept a return either.
This has been a horrible experience from a company who is paid through the government to help low income people and all they did was take my money and sell me a worthless product, try to extort more money from me to make it work then stick me with this useless phone that can't be activated while refusing my returning it.
If you use safelinks service never buy a phone through their website.
they sold me a phone that i could have gotten from amazon for 20 dollars less, it couldn't be activated and they wouldn't accept a return.
