After the acp ended I needed to purchase more data. I bought the $20 unlimited data plan. Less than a week later I received a text saying basically I was almost out of data. An agent said I had purchased the plan that was unlimited talk & text with 4 gb of data. I'm on lifeline, I already have unlimited talk & text no need to purchase that. I never received a confirmation of purchase to prove myself and was told I could buy the right plan thru him (the agent) so I agreed. It was the same amount as my 1st purchase and I received a confirmation of my purchase of unlimited talk text and 10 gb of data. This is misleading and needs attention. I'm sure i'm not the only person this has happened to but I need to be the last.

Desired outcome: To have the unlimited data i purchased 2 times in less than a week apart and the 2nd purchase be applied to next month
