I've been a customer since the end of last year. When I was issued the Nokia C300 phone for free and the service I was very grateful but I had dropped it a couple months later and it shattered so I called to get a new phone well when I did that they sent me a Nokia c100 they downgraded me. So I started using that phone and it had an error and it kept not working properly and everything the apps the web everything just everything wouldn't run properly at all! Not to mention it's tiny so when I use my text messaging I hit every other key except the one I'm wanting it takes way more time to complete any task and I do everything on my cell phone! So I called in and told him something was wrong and then they said that there was an error so they sent me another phone. which was the same exact thing the Nokia c100. When I called to ask if I could upgrade because this phone does not have the connectivity nor does it work properly when I'm trying to do my banking and pay my financial obligations. It's constantly erroring out and going to a blue screen that says "www.fastboot.com". When it's on the "fastboot" page I can't do anything with the phone at all! So if I have an emergency I have to call 911 too bad for me! So I just wanted to complain about it because I don't feel like I was rightly upgraded so the representatives are calling it. I think that I should have been sent to see 300 or better because now I have serious issues and banking problems and past two bills and of course there's fees for that and everything else. Desired outcome: I would just like to see you guys do something different with the clients besides just tell him they can't upgrade even if they ACCIDENTALLY broke their phone
