I contacted safelink through online chat and spoke with a man named Marco. I've never been so unpleased with safelink in my life until this conversation. He was rude and didn't want to help me what so ever. I honestly believe he needs to learn how to treat customers. Just because this is a government based cell phone program doesn't mean I should be treated like a piece of trash.

I waited for more than 2 months for a replacement. terrible customer service they all sound like Alexi. Terrible. Nothing is for free folks
It's telling me to reapply and I just filled out application 3 weeks ago
I started over a month ago to get a phone, my phone was dying, its been absolutely terrible ! My phone did die, I bought a new phone it didnt work, sent it back for replacement it got 20 miles away from me & was SENT back, wth, That was 2 weeks ago , I'm still waiting, order numberS i was given don't work , I think they're using my information & giving other people phones ,what else could it be ? I been with these people since 2011
