My mother has been waiting for a free phone from Safelink Wireless for nearly two months. She has never received it. I have an application number and when I call to follow up on the phone a recording comes on with choices not including a real customer service representative.

I have tried to call safelink with no help with the options, I've lost my cell phone issurd by safelink, I dont know what to do

Yeah, I have a damn complaint. I have cell phone service with safelinkwifeless.com. I had misplaced one phone and eventually got it replaced after calling every number provided and getting nothing but automated crap! Now, the damn replacement phone they sent me is useless cause it won't keep a signal and I'm having the same problem with trying to talk to a live representative and getting nothing but a bunch of robots!
I called SafeLink to inform them that I had misplaced my government funded cellphone. The agent I spoke with said a replacement cellphone would be sent to me within 7-10 days, then the agent checked to see if my minutes had been used and since the minutes were there the agent said that He was taking care of what ever had to be done so that my remaining minutes would be transferred to my new phone. Once I received the telephone I called SafeLink to get my old minutes, however I was told that my old minutes could not be replaced and I should read their policy on replacement phones. I feel this is very unfair because the agent that I spoke with the day I reported my telephone missing verified the minutes were there and the agent told me that I would not lose them. Why should Safelink take my minutes? This is wrong!

Thank you for replying to my email. I do understand the terms and conditions NOW that I have read them HOWEVER when I called Safelink I was depending on the agent to inform me correctly not incorrectly. Most companies record their incoming calls I am sure Safelink can review the conversation I had with the agent. I did not read the terms before calling but I did ask about my remaining minutes on the phone and I was told the minutes were still there and they would be transferred. If the agent had told me the minutes would be lost I would have waited and tried to find my phone.

A replacement phone of a lost SafeLink Wireless phone will only receive 10 minutes upon activation. Minutes on the lost phone cannot be transferred. You can verify this information at our website's Terms and Conditions, www.safelinkwireless.com/Enrollment/Safelink/en/Public/TermsConditions.html and read section 13.
The number assigned to your SafeLink Wireless phone at the time of activation will not be changed for any reason unless required by a carrier or if the number is lost following the deactivation of your phone. You may not select a number to be assigned to your SafeLink Wireless phone. When a replacement phone was requested, the lost phone needed to be deactivated. This information is also found on our website's Terms and Conditions, section 2.

I can not use my phone it will not let me call it always say RESTRICTED i can not get a human on the phone.
I think it's really not fair that you can't get a replacement phone if you're phone gets stolen you have to purchase one I thought that was why the free phones was available to help you if you had government assistance

I tried to apply with safelink wireless and they told that I already had a phone with them. That was the first time that I applied with safelink and I was very upset when I applied. I want the account closed under my name promptly.

I been calling trying to get my minis they say I got them. I did not. And then their being rude and I can't get no where with them and I have no minutes .And being disabled I need them.so what to do?
I applied for a safe link phone back in 3/14/2017 . They sent me a sim card instead.so I had to dig up one of my old phone. Since then I reported my phone and the sim card lost. Been trying to get a replacement phone been going through hell
No service. I haven't had service in three days. I contacted the company and still no resolution
I am on food stamps and AHCCCS in the state of Arizona and SafeLink Wireless is telling me, I'm not entitled to my Obama phone, which is very interesting when, the reason for a Obama phone is to help people get off of being in a position to need the Obama minutes, which I haven't received for almost 9 months now
