Delivery delayed and miss place
I'm dissapointed about shopee express and shopee. I plan for bought the new device before getting the huge traffic jam when 8august come. Bought 2 week earlier but now havent reach yet. Call to service centre saying not at any hub now, don't know sumwhere, request for refund but need take turnaround another 2 week. I'm goin to buy at another platform already, since ur service is lousy.

Filed for refund and returned the item to the seller lorenalopezgerzon of jansport generic from Bataan. When I uploaded the details and pictures to the platform it won't upload so i sent it through their dispute email address like when i filed my complaints, as per advice of their customer service on the later.

Hi, good day. I need help reset my pin. When I use my shoppee pay, it asked for pin, I forgot my pin and have done a few attempts incorrectly, however I did not used up my attempts, therr are still 2 left. I did not want to lock my account so instead of using the attempts left, I decided to reset pin, but when I do so the it wont let me stating "for security reason we are unable to reset your pin at this time". Your agent kept telling me to wait until atyempts have been refreshed but that is not the case, again I have 2 attempts left and did not use it, to prevent my acct being locked. Attempts on putting your pin is different from reseting it. Please fix. I also want to know the root cause. Cause I top upped today cause I want to use my money here today thank you

Shopee do not have intention to solve my problem. What I can see is postponing, delaying, irresponsible, unprofessional and etc in solving my simple problem until all my vouchers has been expired.
I seriously assume that Shopee publish deceptive advertisement with unsupported system that ABLE to let customer enjoy the promotion discount as published everywhere. In another words, just attract people to place order without enjoy FULL discounts.
I am aware about this problem and Shopee admitted that this is their technical system issue. But they DO NOT provide SOLID solutions or compensation to customer except postponing and apologized again and again.

This is regarding shopee order id2107309uu82359 where after checking I found out that out of the 2 orders only one is working and the other one is totally deffective. Trie to contact the seller but just answered me with order completed. Tried with one agent but just ended the chat without resolving the issue. The next agent just like the first one asked the same question as the first one and gave me a ref number just like the first one, sent video of the deffect but again throwed me to the seller. The purpose is just to delay the complaint time and to get rid of the complaint, the point here is thid id shopee responsibility. Their return/refund should be improved and needs further improvement to protect customers.

Good afternoon,
I was charged P5, 626 on 26 March 2021 at around 10PM, although the transaction was officially posted on my history on 29 March 2021.
I never authorized the said transaction, and I even asked for a copy of my bank statement from RCBC Savings Bank; the said amount was shown to have been charged by Shopee Philippines, even if it didn't appear on my purchase history.
I got in touch with your team, and even sent pictures of the said charge that appeared on my statement.
Much to my annoyance, I was informed by the representative I got in touch with that Shopee Philippines never charged the said amount from my card despite the Merchant Name on the said statement clearly showing that it was charged by them; it was clear that your company didn't want to take responsibility for the said charge, and wanted to divert the issue rather than resolve it.
Shopee's responding representatives kept on insisting that I should get in touch with my bank since they clearly weren't interested in doing their jobs, and returning what was stolen from me.
I asked RCBC to investigate, and after months of searching on their end, I was informed earlier that it was confirmed by their fraud team that the P5, 626 that my card was charged was from Shopee.
Here are the photos of the charge shown on my bank statement; it clearly shows that Shopee Philippines charged my card without my permission; I was also given Case ID # [protected] for reference, although the responses I have been getting are the same:
Shopee Philippines keeps on insisting that they do not see the charge on their system, and refuses to take responsibility for their actions

Im buying a product from china, and the seller already ship the product to Malaysia, the thing is, the product have been stuck at shah alam centre for almost 6 days, and until this day I file this complaint, the product still stuck at shah alam and is not deliver.. I already ask which courier the seller used, and the shoppe assistant stated that they used shoppe express. I'm very frustrated as i buy a decoration for my son upcoming birthday, and i purposely buy it earlier to avoid any problem, but still, shoppe cannot deliver it until my son's birthday already arrive.

Purchased a product from a seller in Indonesia. The seller replied couldn't send the product. So I request to cancel. But seller refused to accept my cancellation and asked me to wait until the due date and it will automatically cancel. Complaint this to Shoppee but Shoppee told me can't do anything and not entertaining my request. Even I tried to tell this thru Chat but the conversation being cut off without a clear solution for me. Shoppee likes to use this Chat so that they can turn away from their customers as they like.

Since I was down in Sta. Cruz on the 28 Morning, I had ask the agent at the Shopee customer service line for me to pick the package in the Hub.
DENIED!
During the day, I called 3 more times to the customer service #... The message was, Don´t worry, you will be delivered today!
NOTHING!
I than made a complaint to the Shopee Website...
NOTHING HAPPENED!
Until now, no delivery!
Simple question:
Why do you need to keep the parcel since the 27th, 10:51 until now? Why has not been any efforts put in the timely delivery?
I am going to escalate this matter to the Shopee Management!

I can't get refund because of the quality of big stink smell of chemical? Seller is not responsible and yet Dispute Agent simply reject and didn't resolve my case. I had lodge official report to Ministry of Consumer Affairs and to the mother company SEA GROUP. If this small case can't resolve better don't open e-commerce business and hired those unprofessional employees who spoil your company reputation name. I am not going to tolerate if HOD Shopee can't resolve. I will lodge any government tarnish your company until bankruptcy!

Dear Whom may concern,
I am writing to you today to explain about a bad experience I had at Shopee.
On 12 July, I had call Shufri on this matter. He informed me, he will arrange courier service to come and pick up my return item before 19 July 2021 (due date). Due to my area is EMCO, we are unable to travel.
On 17 July 2021, I make a 2nd call to shopee and spoke to Ashakin and gentle remind her to arrange the pick up on my return item before refund expire date. She agreed and said escalate asap.
On 19 July 2021 (Due Date), I had received the email as below to asked me to do the self pick up request by my own. The pick up agreement was made on 12 July 2021 and the person I deal with didn't solve my problem but end up "throw back the ball to the buyer."
On 21 July 2021 I spoken to Azyan, She said their team can't do anything about my request and ask me key in the information by my own.
Desired outcome: just arrange pick up to collect the return item.

Shopee staff is really rude and unprofessional comparing to Lazada customer care. I have been facing similar issue. Staff name Nur Sabrina is trying to criticize and complaining about buyers, and judge the buyers Africans behaviour. I believe in service and retail line always priority and but buyers 1st. But shopee failed and the all internal staff ruins shopee branding by shopee staff.
