Wrong product sending scam
I have ordered 4 pairs of men's shoes, and two pairs of it are of the same style but in different color. However the seller purposely send the both pairs in the same color without the approval of the buyer. Thus this type of scheme is an indirect scam where in shopee they did not declare on the ad that they are out of stock that when they are sending a wrong item. Then the buyer will be experiencing an inconvinient process for a refund or return, and the buyer in the end will pay for the return shipping for that the seller mistake in the first place, thus making it an indirect scam because will place an order agin for that specific item, the correct item, because that what shoppers do if they didn't get what they desired, then the thing is the seller purposely do it for they can scheme to let the buyer buy the product twice and it will be a very much of an advantage on the seller's part, in short its a wrong product sent scam.

Payment debited from ewallet but reload top up failed
Please help to check why my ewallet payment to Digi Communication Sdn Bhd failed and yet my ewallet payment was successfully debited as the images proof attached.

Very rude rider. He push me to make it faster since he want to go to the another place a angry tone... Although he just arrived but he push me like he arrived about more than 5 min already. And i'm just what?! In my entire I never seen rude rider sending my parcel. Please do improve your rider behaviour... So rude. And right now.. Shopee shipping can't choose by buyer right? I
Ako ang concern ko ay iyon rider na nagdeliver sa amin ng item non july 20, 2021 non tueaday ang rider nagsukli ng fake na 5hundred. Kaya pala nagmamadali umalis fake pala ang ibinigay nya sa apo ko ng hahabulin namin madali siyang nagpaandar ng motor niya. Tapos hindi tumawag ang rider para ipaalam na may delivery alam na alam na nya ang location namin dito sa san juan darangan binangonan rizal. Non araw na iyon tumawag kami agad sa shopee express angbipina alam ang pangyayari, iaraw araw ko ang follow up hanggang ngayon kausap ko na naman sila wala pa rin action ang sa akin malaman ko kung sino ang nagdeliver para alam ko ang name ng rider at maging aware na kami sa kanya sana matulungan ninyo kami kase sa katulad ko na mahirap malaki na rin pera ang 5hundred atbpara hindi makapangmodus ulit ang rider na ito.

Please dont keep select jnt as delivery partner. Since now shopee dont let the buyer to select themselves but please please dont put every order to jnt. Jnt slow like hell! Jnt so worst and everything received is not in good condition as they are throwing the parcel very hard and the thing are dented most of the time. Poslaju only takes two to three days to deliver the item to buyer hand. And there are so many other courier service why only shopee allocate every order to jnt

Banning my account
Shopee permanently banned my account without any notice. They can't even specify what I violated in their T&C's.
The Customer Service Agent is not even helpful they kept on logging out whenever i give them the case number for the reason that they cant even explain what the hell happened.

Received used item but claimed as new item. The item has visible blue colour stain on it with dented bumpy texture on the bottom of the item. Request return refund but Shopee dispute agent cancel it with nonesense reason. Already sent evidence for the claim photos together with video but Shopee still cancel my request and side with the scammer buyer.
Desired outcome: I want my full refund and Shopee to pay me for the hassle that i have to go thru for all this hassle process of getting my money back.
Unhappy with customer service agent-being so rude and using unpleasant words
It happened today (Saturday, 11.36 am) when i was question about my status of live stream request and I need more information as I'm not fully understand and need more information from him (Mr Haqeem).-customer service agent.
"He was pissed off by replying don't get so gelabah and chill."
Is this how your customer service react to customer?no sympathy, no manners and totally can't be patient towards customer.

16Jun2021, order a commodity item (double-sided tapes) from a local Shoppee Seller with the hope it can delivery within a week as it is local seller. As a note, an order for same item from Seller from China at half the price n will be delivered within 2 weeks.
On 18Jun2021, noticed and also confirmed by Seller, item can only ship out on 05Jul2021, only about 3 weeks later. As it was not shipped yet, I requested Shoppe to cancel order. Shoppe informed, this depended on Seller. A day later, Seller rejected cancellation informing shipment still remain 05Jul2021. So without recourse, I decided to wait.
By 07Jul2021, 2 days after promused shipped date, the status of item is still not ship. I called Shoppee to ask for cancellation of order. Was told that cancellation agreed upon; is in progress and will be updated by 09Jul 2021. Shoppee gave the assurance that it is cancelled as I said I am going to reoder the item.
On 09Jul 2021 still no indication Shoppee has cancelled the earlier order, so contacted Shoppee to find out. To my frustration, I was told to wait until 10Jul2021 to see the Seller update on the Shipment.
Why after waiting for more than 3 weeks I still have to wait?
On 08Jul2021, after Shoppe confirmed my order was cancelled, I ordered the same item from Lazada. It has already being shipped from China and delivery expected by next week. What a difference.
THAT'S WHAT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS ALL ABOUT.
Shopee app and customer service.
I can't even order a single item, whether you use shopeepay or COD. Same error, it's like they don't even want you to use your vouchers.
Already dropped from Platinum membership to Gold because of this.
Their customer service agents are useless, especially chat agents, they take up to 15 minutes without even notifying you or replying to your question. Worst is that these people will put your account on limited status or suspend it as revenge if you give them a low score for survey. Very unprofessional.
I hope there's a class action lawsuit to teach them a lesson.

I have make few complaints through agent live and email about my undeliverable order since 20/06/2021 - 05/07/2021, unfortunately it is very disappointed. Therefore, if by tomorrow still not deliver my order, we will forward this case to Malaysia Consumer Complaint Management Centre (CCMC) to handle this.

Shopee delivery is supper slow
Well, I placed the order on 23rd June and Shopee courier picked it up on 24th. The delivery status not updated since then. It supposed to be delivered on 29th which is of course not happening. I tried to call support few times, but the only answer I got is " they are trying to deliver the parcel".
I required refund from Shopee, but it seems like it will take another 7-10 working days for them to solve the issue. It just so unbelievably ridiculous. I just want to have either my parcel or my money back ASAP.
I would rather go to shop in person which is much more efficient and faster then shopping with Shopee!
Shopee Xpress delivery not really "express"
So, there, the tile says it all. Shopee Xpress delivery has not updates on tracker and on app about delivery. My parcel has been sleeping on a certain hub for more than 24 hrs and sending it to transit for another 36 hrs. No updates on what is really happening. I contacted support numerous times and they kept saying that they will "expedite" my parcel to have it delivered ASAP. But, delivery date has lapsed and the parcel is still in-transit. This courier service is really, really ridiculous. Unprofessional.

Incompetent dispute resolution [censored]s
Raised a request for refund for incorrect size & offered to return the incorrect item. The Dispute agent- a Malay lady- promptly closed the case before the date to upload evidence. Refund was refused & she insisted that I use a calliper and send a picture.- expected me to purchase a calliper just for this! They don't seem to use their common sense
