Shoprite Checkers review: Both behaviors of a supervisor and a cashior

Went to shoprite this morning and had a very bad experience as usual the cashiers there are always having conversations while serving customers in front of their managers and supervisors as if it's something normal.. So this morning had to que outside on a long since its lockdown so there wer 2 ques for grant and one for shopping so was there for shopping then payed with my sassa card that had 8 something and asked for cash back which was r580 the cashier told me she was not supposed to do cash backs and referred me to the other cashier and told me she doesn't think shel help me but I should try as I went there was a supervisor there who just stood there and did nothing while the cashier was telling me she can't help me as I have to go outside and que again😠😠 or she won't help me and I explained to her that I waited outside on a que for more than 40 minutes and she said I must go and and talk to securities.. And that's the experience one experience always there. Always no stock that's on special and no customer service at all. We spend all our salaries there and still get rotting experience..
