On October 5, 2023, at 8:05 pm I was in the deli dept waiting my turn to place my order, there was 1 customer before me. While I was waiting, the black male with the face mask over his beard finished with the female customer, he walked away. Then 2 white male deli workers came from the back, all three deli workers stood there talking to each other. I stood there waiting 10 -12 minutes, and neither of these males bothered to assist me. They all stood there talking amongst themselves.
I found that very rude and offensive while I was standing waiting, all 3 workers looked at me and kept talking to each other, no one asking me, what I would like to order, I was the only customer at the deli dept.
I would like an apology and a gift certificate to shop at another
ShopRite, This is the second incident at one of you'll store. About 5 months ago in Lodi Shoprite, someone stole my credit card and made 2 purchases, $191.51
and 34.98. The Lodi store manager refused to help me after telling to come back
3 times.

Desired outcome: The workers need to be more courteous when servicing customers.Train the workers better handle customers, because your workers represent your store brand.
