sky sports football
Jamie Carragher is FAR too unimpartial whenever Liverpool are mentioned. His behaviour is inappropriate, offensive and makes me not want to watch football on your channel. He is overly bias towards Liverpool, and takes "healthy banter" way too far. He exaggerates Liverpool's achievements, and is often untruthful. He's aggressive and irritating.
I want to enjoy football which is discussed, debated and commentated on in fair and balanced manner. This is not what Sky Sports are achieving by continuing to employ this overly pro-Liverpool, Liverpool loving, Liverpool cheerleader.
test match coverage england v south africa 2020
Who the hell is in charge of the audio mix for this coverage? Why are the commentators drowned out by the incessant trumpets ? I had to turn the audio off to actually watch the cricket. Please get a grip ! If I want to listen to a brass band, I wouldn't go to a cricket match.is it so difficult to balance a few microphones feeds? Don't try to compensate for the lack of atmosphere by this drivel.
the comments by the commentators
I sit in my home watching Burnley match I have turned my sound down because of the negative commentary. I cannot remember a more biased commentary on a football match, or any other sport. Burnley have just scored a second goal and still the commentator still makes negative remarks about Burnley. I find that the commentary has ruined my afternoon sports television.
goals on sunday
Whoever the lady presenter is this morning, she has obviously not done her homework in advance and has limited knowledge of what she is discussing. Proven by her spending more time looking at her notes than facing the camera.
Sky have gone from having too few female presenters to having too many. I, personally, want to hear opinions of those that have played the game at its highest level and therefore have knowledge. Not individuals whose main input is from a Q Card or note, followed by cliches.

I know your football match commentators like the sound of their own voices,
but is it possible that they could refrain from blabbing while the Anthem "You'll Never Walk Alone" is being sung with such enthusiasm by the fans just before kick off at Liverpool Home Matches.

sky sports app commentary on aston villa vs man city 12th jan 2020
Hello
I use your app for up to date news and scores... Having keeping an eye on the score between Aston Villa vs Man Coty on 12th Jan 2020 I was disgusted to see this comment from your person commentating/writing about the game..
18:15 Aston Villa 0 Man City 6
88min - Chance Villa finishing strongly here is the comeback on 😂.
As funny as your writer thinks it is you can imagine for any passionate Villa fan this is probably not a comment they would like to see, yes Villa were getting battered for the whole game but as what should be impartial news reporting this is yet again a clear sign Sky has no respect for any team that is not filthy rich and have the fortune to have brought all the best players the world has to offer all before Finacial Fair Play stopped any of us other so called small clubs ever being able to compete again. I feel the comment was not needed and just comes across as a ridicule of the lesser team. SHOCKING and I'll go elsewhere for my news and scores updates now. Regards AS
woeful football commentary
Andy Hinchcliffe commentates as if he is talking to people with no knowledge of anything to do with football. Also, he amount of times he quite blatantly talks absolute garbage should be noted. However, I complain about the way he talks down to anybody listening who has any knowledge of the game whatsoever. He is unbareable just once, never mind the almost every day we are subjected to his discending bulls**t. Please make them at least have someone who will talk sense in a manner that doesn't insult anybody with even a vague knowledge of the sport available on the red button to get away from that wrong know-it-all!
sky sports commentators
Hi Me and a lot of my friends are fed up with Sky football commentators telling us the score and what's happening in other games.
We now live in an age that we can record several games at the same time to watch later.
If I want to know what is happening in other games it is very easy to do so these days, so please stop your commentators assuming
that everybody would like to know.
You dont put films on and tell us what happens at the end.
Well telling somebody that is looking forward to watching several recorded games the result before they start watching is just as silly
Years ago when Match Of The Day first started the BBC would warn people at the end of the news that they were going to flash the
results on the screen and to look away till they advised it was safe to continue watching.
They obviously realised all those years ago that knowing the result before watching spoils most peoples enjoyment. So What's Changed
Please, please can the powers that be do something about the constant drivel that Martin Tyler gives out throughout the football matches. In tonight's match between Manchester United and Manchester City we have had constant waffle about previous matches that players have been involved in and also tonight a poem! It is self-indulgent and has little to do with the match we are watching. We have tried turning down the sound to just above mute, but we shouldn't have to resort to this. It is a chat between mates throughout the match and he seldom gives us the analysis of how the match is playing out and rarely tell us who has the ball!
premiership games
To whoever it may concern,
Please, in the future, if you have to change the premiership fixtures to suit your needs, do it BEFORE the tickets are released & go on sale.
I bought my 8 year old Son, for Christmas, tickets to watch Tottenham Hot Spurs v Manchester City on Saturday 1st February, he is a Spurs fan & this is his first ever experience to watch a game. We are travelling from Somerset & I purchased train tickets to London & back. I have today noticed that the fixture has been changed to Sunday 2nd February. Probably not a big deal for yourselves, but the football tickets, plus train tickets cost me a small fortune! I can't get a refund on the train tickets as I purchased them in November once I had secured the game tickets. I have now had to buy additional train tickets to be able to take my Son to watch this match. I am a single parent, so could've really done without the extra expense just after Christmas!
I'm sure that this email won't really mean a great deal to you, as I'm sure all you're worried about are your viewers, but I am really annoyed & frustrated that you have done this.
I'd appreciate a response to this email at your earliest convenience.
Regards
Kate Foster
sky sports app
My 10 year old son was looking at football news and was confronted with the attached gum tree advert on your app. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me great concern. I have always used your App but I am now considering deleting this app if this issue is not resolved. I will also share this with trading standards/Offcom if this is not rectified. I expect an urgent response and an explanation as to why this has occurred.
sky sports
Why do you continue to have Jamie Carragher as the match commentator on Liverpool matches. Not only did he spit on a fan during his drive home after a game, he's also a Liverpool fan and finds it impossible to be unbiased during his commentary.
I pay a lot of money for my Sky package every month and find it unreasonable to listen to a commentator who is clearly biased towards the team he supports.
I look forward to your response
Kindest regards

Why am I paying for sky sports when I couldn't watch any of the good football games over the Christmas holidays? Man United's, Liverpool, Leicester! What a joke and waste of money. How do you expect people to pay for an inferior product which you keep increasing the price of? You need to look at your offering because people aren't stupid or as gullible as you may think.
ian crocker
I find it disgraceful that a highly paid commentator makes a comment at the end of the old firm game about Alfredo Morelos.
Throughout the game Crockers bias towards Celtic FC was clear, when The Rangers went 1-2 up it sounded like someone had killed his cat.
This isn't the first time I've heard his bias towards Celtic.
In times where people are struggling financially you'd think these people would have the common sense to remain neutral even if it hurts them, another great way to keep overpaying subscribers.
Ian Crocker is a disgrace.
the clear and obvious mistake
On your app you gave an in depth analysis of the game between Norwich v spurs but when annualising the players ratings you had Norwich players core t but spurs as Chelsea! As a spurs fan I find that highly offensive and to add insult your commentary was very anti spurs.
As a member we of a spurs group on Facebook with 60, 000 members I have made this aware with them and I will be cancelling membership with sky hopefully they follow suit. I also know fellow premier league groups are following with the current biased in sky sports.
football
Not a complaint as such but a suggestion.
When a substitute is brought on, any chance we could have a little no.1, 2 or 3 depending on the order of substitution. Its not always confirmed by the commentator and can be missed by the viewer. Good to know if a side have any kore options up their sleeve. Otherwise coverage is superb as ever with EFL championship midweek red button coverage a god send. Thanks
gillette soccer special
Why every time geof spelling is on we get get hartlepool utd pushed down our throat, i am watching tv now (sat 28 dec 2019) and the captions going across the bottom of the screen only shows hartlepool v barrow when their is a full programme in the vanarama league why was'nt the rest of the matches shown? perhaps the presenter can give an answer whilst live on air

premier league football coverage or lack of over christmas
Why am I not able to access any of the Premier league games on Boxing Day and today? I took on the chin your loss of La Liga but this total blackout is another nail in the coffin of my Sky contract which is due to run for another six months. Any more disregarding of your paying customers will result in me not renewing my contract. Now when I attempt to submit my complaint I am told the script is too short. What a joke.
sky sports
Hi there I was wondering if one of you can explain why all the fulham and luton games are on the sky sports red button so far
It's been
26/12/19 fulham vs luton
29/12/19 fulham vs stoke
29/12/19 Luton vs Bristol city
01/01/20 luton vs millwall
So in the space of 5 days all these games are on red button
As a now tv user I can't get sky sports red button but it didn't tell me this when I was buying the box or passes
I think it's disgusting that u only play certain teams
Also can u explain to me why when u have say Leicester vs Liverpool on sky sports main you also have it on sky sports football to when u could put a championship team on one
I think you need to take into consideration that the championship is as good as the premier if not better

Gary Neville and Martin Tyler should be sacked. Their handling of the racism allegation at the Tottenham v Chelsea game last night was appalling and bias towards fans that had not been proven guilty. When are Sky sports going to wake up and take these terrible gutter pundits to task. They should NEVER use their position as broadcasters to push their own vile agenda. Let the proof decide about racism chants and let the authorities take the necessary precautions and let's stop the pundits inciting so much hatred and hostility.
Appalling bias from Gary Neville and Martin Tyler at the Tottenham v Chelsea game last night. Their crass handling of the allegation of racist chanting was totally wrong and was trial by commentary, was it proven at the time? Was it correct for them to blame the Tottenham fans without proof it actually happened? From start to finish their hatred towards Tottenham as a club was totally evident, look at the amount of complaints about Neville that there are on this complaints board.. nobody expects Sky to handle this correctly because we all know how Sky are but I and many other Sky subscribers are moving away from Sky now..we have better unbias options.
sky sports - coverage of match between tottenham hotspur and chelsea 22/12/19
During a much needed and otherwise good debate about racism following an incident at the Tottenham Hotspur/Chelsea game, Graeme Souness, talking about racist fans suggested that they could be people who 'don't get a word in at home, got a strong wife, big strong personality, maybe can't voice their opinions'.
This is an appalling thing to say and could give men another excuse to hang their appalling racism on. It is not women's fault that men are racist. It is entirely their own fault. This was a gratuitous comment made as a contribution to a legitimate wider debate, and whereas Graeme probably did not calculate to hurt or offend, but he should have known better than to say it. Graeme should be asked to apologise. I would like to remind you that Sky Sports is also watched by many women.
