I went on to Steers today after work6ti get myself something to eat. I stood waiting for the Cashier s she seemed busy6so I waited on the side, when she finished doing it she the starting talking to her colleagues. I waited still, a guy came and she called the guy assisted him and continued chatting. I didn't know why she treated me like that. Everyone was now looking at me. Please kindly view footage of this day and time and see how little I was treated by your staff. I work for retail and I understand it's not easy and it's tiring but they belittled me so much I felt like crying I just left the store hungry. I'm very disappointed I didn't get her name but if you view the footage you will see her (cashier)

Special Regarding Full Chicken, Chips & Coke Special @R149,90
On 2022/07/26 @19h40 I attempted to purchase the above mentioned special at your branch situated within Emperors Palace and was by a male serving at the counter that they cannot serve me the said meal because they have "No Chicken!" There was no reason as to why they did not have any chicken in stock nor was any substitute offered. I find this extremely upsetting because a Nationally based Organization such as yours have employees working that lack proper Customer Service Skills. When an organization such Steers that is always boasting about their food & service excellence has no contingencies in place for Customer Satisfaction, leaves a great deal to be desired. I don't want to make this a racial issue but the man serving behind the counter gave me the impression that he didn't care about customer satisfaction because I'm Indian. I didn't bother to engage in a conversation with him & no sooner had he told my family and I that there was no "No Chicken!", he abruptly turned and walked away. What upsets me the most is that Steers is situated within "Emperor's Palace" catering for International Travelers, what impression is Steers creating in the Tourism Industry. I hail from Durban and am a proud supporter of Steers although KZN is fraught by staff that are ill mannered & racist. I truly expected better here in Gauteng, but I guess this is the norm within your organization.
Desired outcome: Train your staff to be Customer Friendly Each store must be adequately stocked for the special. If by some misfortune the stock genuinely runs out remove the advert from the floor or put a cover over it
Engen Garage steers in Mogwase(Rustenburg)NW
I placed an order around 18h26pm and they told me to wait 30 to 45min for my order to be ready. I've waited for that order till 21h45, when I call them back they told me that that time when placed an order the were no rips and they were delivered after my call and they've been trying to call me to give another option. And I haven't received miss call and the was no problem with network. Now they tell me they are close.
Desired outcome: Fix your stuff laying to customers gives bad business.

I have placed an order on the steers app from Chris Hani at 17:39 and it is 8:25 (almost 3 hours) still have not received my order or any communication. I called twice already but not even the manager has answers on when my order will arrive. My kid is hungry n so is my family. They have no good customer service or maybe we do not deserve it because we live in the township. I am definitely not impressed and will never be placing an order with them again.

Steers Upington. I order the breakfast. They have no coffee, no salt, no pepper, no Worcester sauce, no tomato sauce, the toast has no butter, the French fries oil is old, the oil slick in the plate with fried eggs is inviting a heart attack. I left without eating the meal. I ordered a sparkling water with was also not available so I had settled for still water. It was the no butter on the dried piece of toast that sent me to go around the corner to Dros.
Desired outcome: Close the business down. It takes your money but doesn't deliver

Super Burnt patty

The time is now 8:44pm, 25 May 2022. I placed an order via uber eats from Steers Highlands Centre in Centurion, your 2x a'sphande beef burgers that are on promotion now. I received my order at 8:27pm both patties are super burnt, hard to even bite. What must happen now? as the store is not taking my calls and about to close.

Wacky Wednesday
So wacky Wednesday 2 burgers cost R60 buy 2 if them it will cost R120 but the wacky Wednesday with 4 exactly the same burgers but just with a portion of chips costs R189? What a ripoff I can just buy 2 normal wacky Wednesdays and buy chips separate the exact same meal for way cheaper. How can you possibly want to purposely trick people into thinking they're getting something better when it's the same thing just way over priced, you're basically making people pay RIP for a portion of chips. Shameful.

Customers entering and purchasing meals without wearing masks
I entered Steers Paledi Mall on the 18th of May 2022 at 18h40 to purchase food. Two ladies were were placing their order and were not wearing masks. After making their purchase they stood next to the counter waiting for their order. I then asked the cashier why he allowed customers to enter and make stay in the store without masks, his answer was I didn't ask them and I told him him I will not be placing an order due to contravention of covid 19 protocols. He cashiers in the store were less interested with my concern.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology for being disregarded by the cashiers and also putting my life and that of others at risk. I would also like to see the restaurant following Covid 19 protocols to keep all of us, including them safe

Steers service at Lakeside Mall Benoni
Good Morning Steers,
I have a serious complaint regarding your Lakeside Mall Benoni store. On Wednesday I placed an order at 2pm as per the receipt attached. When I went back to collect the store was closed, pic also attached. There was loadshedding but noboby available in the store and the mall security advised they will only open again at 5pm. This is ridiculous service without informing customers. I had to leave and could not wait. I advised my husband to collect after work and the order was standing in store until he collected at 6pm for around 4hrs. To top it all as per pic also attached, I have asked for extra macon on the wacky wednesdays and both burgers did not have.

Firstly... if nothing comes of this I will go one higher and to Hello Peter.
The ice-cream at the steers stikland at total garage is terrible... the original machine is there but has been broken for more than a year.
They obtained another machine but the ice-cream is horrible... and Im left to pay steers prices for below standard ice-cream.
Ice cream
I am not happy with the level of service received at steers, I bought an ice cream at Steers next to Nyl Plaza on N1 North, first thing is that the cashier had an attitude , secondly is that I had to wait gor an ice cream longer asif I was waiting for food to be prepared at the back.
I then went to the tellers and asked that they cancel my order as I waited long, she turned away from me and went dispense the ice cream, the size of the ice cream in the cup is not worth the price I paid for, the cup was half full, I asked for a refund no one attended me. I had to leave as my transport was leaving
Desired outcome: A free meal plus my initial refund I asked for, I left with a broken heart, as a customer I must feel the price I paid is worth it did not even enjoy the ice cream as I was angry

Placed my order 18:04 at noordheuwel steers got my sms to say they received it. It is now 21:18 never received my food phoned them more then 5 times all they can say is we will phone you back to say where my order is. Never phoned me back.
I'm very disappointed in this service and Noordheuwel Steers.
Delivery and items not in order
This was not the first time we ordered items from steers in louis trichardt that we received wrong stuff or not the correct order.
She phoned me to confirm the order after I placed in on the web, and once they deliver not everything is in the order. I phoned to let them know, she said hold for the manager and nobody answered and put the phone down. Not acceptable. No phone call back to explaine nothing!. I want answers.
Every single time I order from steers someting is wrong.

King bacon burger
We purchased 2 King Steers burgers on the 3rd April 2022 at 18:38 at the Umnini South N2 South Umgababa and found a solid piece of steel wire in the Patty meat. My tooth broke off a piece and when I took it out, I could not even bent the steel wire! I almost swallowed this piece and could have been serious medical problems if I did. All the food we bought went straight to the dustbin. This is something quite serious and would like to know how does a solid piece of wire end up in a patty for your burgers? Management should take this up seriously really.

On Wed, 30 mar 2022 my family & I travelled back from Underberg. This was a 6 hour drive. We returned from our holiday. on enetering Newcastle we decided to have Wacky Wed. burgers for dinner as the drive was exhausting and we not intending cooking dinner. I normally order on line and my order name is NEERAN. As we were travelling anf did not have stable signal on the road we decided to order instore. On arriving at the Store (STEERS - Allen Street, Newcastle, Kzn)@7.30pm I had the most unpleasant experience. The lady assisting me could just not comprehend my order request. I ordered 2xWacky Wed burgers & a Jelpino chips. Firstly they did not have Chicken so I was forced to order 1xVeg burger. I explained my order 3 times to the lady who confirmed she understood me. Only to realise that she tilled 6 burgers & a jelapino/chips which came to about R300 odd rand. I refused to pay that & re-expalined my order. She re-tilled my order for the 3rd time as I explained that she had tilled 2xVeg Burgers. I corrected her again only to relaise when I got home that she had tilled 6burgers & chips with jelapino. My food was cold the chips were hard and the meals was terrrible tasting. It seems that she did not understand that 2xwacky weds meant 4 burgers she seemed highly confused. After a long journey to have a disppointing meal due to peoples negligence and poor work ethic is sad. It seemed she was more interested in taking stock than taking my order correctly. When I requested my meal she mentioned she needed the receipt which I handed and she neglected to included my copy in my meal packet. When I got home there was no receipt for my meal. You guys do have cameras in the store I am sure you can view footage should you need clarity on my bad experience.
