I need someone to look into this service. Christmas is a special part of the year and gifts are bought till the last day. I was told to collect my order and the collections department closes at 5pm. There was a string of cars and Takealot took no responsibility. They just allowed the security to shut the gate and tell people to leave. No information, no apology no resume date.
I called the call center for information instead of being rude to the security like everyone else. The consultant spoke to me like everything I said was a lie. The times on the email was wrong she says and I shouldn't have been there. BUT a woman came out and she was able to collect. her car was on the outside. Then another couple collected. So why the discrimination. It has been 20 minutes since she said she will contact me in 5min. I ran away from work to collect my gift. Now, I have to find something and I'm working till 5pm.
This really wrecked Christmas as the gift I bought still has to be engraved.
Please look into this.

A santa suit ordered with a santa sack specifically arrived without the sack and belt. Peggy and Nadia at customer service phoned. Emailed them pictures. I asked for a response. The response was we have updated your latest phone call. Service is bad! Please be aware that you cannot last with such bad service! Amazon is on its way to South Africa!

We bought 2 smart watches for me and my wife. Hers is ok my black one the box is torn and no manual inside. Also it doesn't charge its like an old watch. The black watch is not functioning we tried to charge it its not charging. Please resolve we have already paid for them.

I'll never buy from takealot again. Returned a pump brand new out the box was not working and they accused us of altering the product which was thread tape on the connector ! Really rubbish!

I ordered something on 24 Friday and the initial date that it was going to arrive was Sunday then the drive called and said his at the wrong place then it was rescheduled to 27 February Monday(today) . I called twice cause I saw that it was almost 5pm and my order hasn't arrived. Then when I check again it has been delayed again!
On the 1st of March I received my order only to find out that it was incomplete
I recieved four of the things that was in the box excluding pack of T-pins

We have ordered a Toddler Balance Bike on the 27th of Feb and they only wanted to deliver on the 9th of March just to find out that they cancelled the order on the 9th of March. Nobody has tried to contact us regarding the order or the refund. This is totally unacceptable. Lucky, we ordered before our son Birthday.
My order which I waited for two weeks was due last Friday and it was delayed. Yesterday again waited whole day it was cancelled. Again today I am told it is high risk area. I lived here for 30 years. It is fairly quiet to my knowledge. My order is essential to me. Never experienced this problem last year. Take a lot delivered speedily in the past.

I purchased headsets recently(13/05/23) and received all the necessary purchase details. Then this morning I get a notification that the order has been cancelled due to non payment but I have confirmation from both my bank and takealot that he purchase has been made. I want this matter resolved immediately.
I have ordered Clemens XXL and received a L product.
I do understand that it is a “non-returnable” product however it was supplied in an incorrect size.
On the stickers on the outside packaging is all XXL however the product inside is marked L (large).
