So I want to make a complaint when I went on my tapjoy 2 months ago it said that I got suspended but didn't tell me for how long so I waited its now feb, 02, 2019 and I'm still suspended does that means I'm banned please help me I love playing avakin life and using tapjoy to get avacoins to buy stuff now its torture when new stuff come in the store and I can't buy it and its even more torture when they have a tapjoy 2x special and it keeps popping up in my face >: (and I can't do nothing about it cause I'm suspended
tapjoy rewards
Refusal to award in-game currency after making a purchase through the Tapjoy reward app. I have submitted the required "proof" screen shots four times now and the company now refuses to acknowledge my issue and has threatened me with suspension as well as indicating that I am possibly making false claims for offers I did not complete. Customer care has NOT done ANYTHING in their power to resolve this issue and their assertions to the contrary are blatant lies that anybody who has had to deal with them immediately recognize as such.
in-game currency not received
More than a month ago, I submitted two tickets via my game for in-game currency which hadn't been rewarded upon offer completion. Typically, when this happened in the past, I received an update within 2-3 days, although they say it can take 7-9 days to resolve.
After more than a week without response, I changed my email on both tickets, thinking maybe there was an issue with my email address. I received notifications saying the email had been changed and asking me to submit proof of offer completion (again... I had already submitted via the in-game ticket). I replied to both emails with my proof on 1/20/2019.
Since then, I have not received any contact. I attempted to contact again by replying to one of the emails they sent, as the offer for that game had been removed from my tapjoy account in my game — it was not listed as rewarded or not rewarded, it was just removed, along with many other unrewarded, incomplete offers. That email also went unanswered.
As of now, both offers have been removed from my reward lists without any rewards being granted. Attempts to contact the company through email and on twitter have failed.
I would like the payout of my in-game currency. I wasted so much time on games I didn't care about to get it, and I feel cheated and disrespected that they won't even respond to my emails.
Finally received responses for my tickets, one yesterday (2/21) and one today (2/22). They awarded my missing currency and apologized for the delay. However, when I view my Tapjoy account, all my previous, in-progress AND completed offers have been removed except for those two. But at least THIS complaint has been resolved.
After a month without contact, the company finally responded to my initial ticket requests (it does not appear to be a response to any of the emails I sent them) and awarded my missing currency. On one request, they apologized for the delayed response and blamed the month and a half long wait on "an increase in requests" from other users. It doesn't appear as though emailing them helped at all, as their response was to my initial request ticket, and not to any of the emails I sent them.

I've been playing avakin life for a while and have completed numerous talk of offers, though I have received a few coins I am yet to receive the majority (even some from 6 or so months ago). I have sent many emails or requests to receive them but have been ignored and it's gotten to a point where I am owed over 50, 000 avacoins. I have complained before but also got ignored, I know that the team are great people and there may have been a fault in the system but it has been a while.

Completed an install and open offer, but received a failed payout. Reason was stated as "Violation of Terms of Use" without details regarded what was violated only possible reason were given. (automated message with no means of responds)
The message then threatens to suspend my account if seen again.
This is harsh and I can't even work it out details or ask questions when I have serious concern over completing anymore future offers and a current offer I'm grinding out for week.
Desirable resolution:
Payout for honest use of service as well as investigation into another currently active
offer in order to ensure that it will not result in loss of payout.

I play design home and covet fashion on my iphone 8.
I have been completing offers through tapjoy for years, so I know what offers will pay out, and which ones won't.
For weeks, every single offer I complete, has not paid out, but it says the diamonds were rewarded. They were not rewarded! These are offers that I frequently do... Such as videos (through tapjoy) that will pay out anywhere between 10-50+ diamonds, and they always immediately pay out.
I went to my covet fashion game, went to tapjoy, completed and offer... And it paid out!
I sent tapjoy several tickets. Days ago. And I haven't heard a single thing back from them.
Tapjoy, what is going on. Fix this issue. Contact me back and pay out my diamonds. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I realize this is just a game, and it's not the end of the world but this is just infuriating to me. I have put so much tome completing your stupid offers, only for you to screw me, and the rest of your customers over. Shape up, and fix your issues. It's like they don't even care about their so called "reputation" and it disgusts me.
Tapjoy has the absolute worst "customer service" (if you can even call it that) that I have ever encountered.
Tapjoy needs to realize that 90% of people that use their service hate them, but literally only continue to use the service for the currency on games they play.
Tapjoy, I expect a reply, and I expect a solution from a human being. Don't you even dare send me an automated response. This is absolute crap.

Tapjoy is a fraud company. Promising compensation for completing their offers and although they are getting their money from us completing them I have yet to receive mine for completing the offer. It's been over two months and I have sent proof of completion three separate times and I haven't even received a actual response from a Tapjoy customer service representative. They have now taken my offer of their wall because they know they are not paying out for it. There is no customer service email or platform to get into contact with them because they know exactly what kind of buisness they are. I can't believe they haven't been brought to court. They are so many scam incidents I've see through the internet. Awful company.

I did an offer fromTapjoy on the game Avakin Life and still have not received my coins in payment. The offer was "Get Your FREE Credit Score from ClickYourScore!". I completed all steps of the offer and in exchange I was supposed to get 33, 750 coins. However I waited and still had no reward after 24 hours.

I have completed multiple offers on tapjoy and which were worth alot of coins or diamonds on Covet Fashions.. I am on disability and believed these offers, it made more sense to purchase items I could use and receive points instead of spending money direction points or diamonds . I did reclaimed points for some advertised offers but not for others. When contacting Tapjoy customer support, several times and sending them requested receipts they have had no further contact even upon my follow up! It has been extremely frustrating. I feel that this is horrible customer service as well as false advertising!

Tapjoy via Design Home owes me thousands of diamonds. There are offers I have fulfilled daily and never got paid for.
As a result, my work email is full of spam and my name is popping up in phishing scams and dark web lists.
Now, with insult to injury, TapJoy has now blocked me from using the offers altogether. The Design Home IT team is completely useless in helping these issues.

I did an offer on tap joy for avakin life which costed me money. I never received the reward of $144, 000 coins and I've contacted Tapjoy and haven't heard anything from them. I'm honestly thinking about having my family lawyer look into this and see what can be done. Class action lawsuit or something because this isn't the first time this has happened to me and from the looks of it, this is happening pretty often and I don't think it's fair.

I done multiple offers on tapjoy and they was worth alot of coins on my game. I just bought a 100, 000$ house with the coins I saved up from tapjoy. I was so excited to decorate it. I done multiple offers to try and build up my coins and I never received them. I contacted tapjoy multiple times and they still haven't gave me a response. It's been over 4 months and I still haven't received anything. No coins. No response. Nothing. I can't even watch ads anymore. I heard that tapjoy was getting taken out of Avakin for all servers. I don't know if this is true but if it is they should at least write back saying something like that. I'd really like to know what's going on because I am in desperate need for my coins.

I completed 2 offers and have not received the diamonds offered in the Design Home game. One was for House of Fun Casino (reach level 20), and Genies & Gems (reach level 84). Between the 2 the reward is over 30, 000 diamonds. The link to report the problem inside the game for missing diamonds is not working. I've tried several devices. I completed an offer over a week ago that cost me money and have not received my reward for it. I feel that this is [censored] and it should not take this long to be rewarded when it required me to complete a purchase. And I have even received what I purchased in the mail already. The original reward was for 2099 gold and now it is for 4198. I feel that you should reward me with the double reward now. If not that is fine . reward offers claim denied/several unpaid offers
this complaint is specifically about my case [protected] in which I completed an Ebates offer on the offer wall of the Design Home application. Offer required a purchase within the app, which I completed. I also had a few smaller offers that I had completed that had not been rewarded, and I had also submitted support requests with proof for. I still have a request that was never responded to still pending (separate case, [protected]) that was also a large diamond payout, that one is from 1/8/2019 and I've never received any sort of reply. a few of the smaller offers I completed paid, but when I submitted for a couple that didn't, as well as the large Ebates one, I received a denial and basically

I have completed an offer and no where does it specify on the offer that I have to comeplete it within a certain time. I've been told I can't have the reward because the time of when I competed the offer is different to the time I clicked on the offer. I would understand if I had a set Time to complete it, but there was necessary time given to complete the offer. I have been trying to contact them for over a month now. I completed an offer however this was not rewarded.
Impossible to contact customer service, I mean literally there is no where to contact them to o follow up a raised ticket.
They seem just to want your info and not pay you out, con artists.
Worst still is they make the companies that make offers through them look bad.
