I have completed over 20 task from the offer wall and have proof... I emailed tap joy... And got no response... Some say awarded but diamonds where never given to me. Its very annoying because some of these task took alot of time out of my day. My email is [protected]@gmail.com I would appreciate u giving what u owe me... But just due to the head ache I think I deserve compensation... Some extra diamonds would be nice.
diamond rewards not received after completing offer
So I am playing Covet Fashion and trying to earn some much needed diamonds through the offers Tapjoy has. For the first 3-4 offers everything worked fine, I did the offer and got the diamonds, but then the last one got tricky. I had to submit a customer support ticket through the app, but in the end I still got rewarded for the offer.
But after this the problems started, first I would complete the offers as the instructions stated, took screenshots just in case and waited longer than the required 24h or 36h. As nothing was happening I first tried to submit one customer support ticket to which I received an generic email requesting proof so I answered the email with the proof as requested only to be notified that I had email an unmonitored mailbox. Well at first I thought that was just normal, but 72 hours later they closed my ticket as I had not contacted them with the required proof. So I tried to do this to two other offers as well, the same thing happened, and they blocked my account as I was complaining too much, so one of my tickets is now permanently denied. Anywhere I have checked, I have not been able to find a direct email, only the unmonitored box which they claim I should email directly to.
I also have noted that if I check the details of any given offer, it is placed in my "not rewarded" section of the offer board which may give the illusion that I'm trying to complete more offers than really.
All I wish is to receive the diamonds for the 3 offers that I have completed and have proof for. I attached to this complaint the emails I have received for a single complaint as well as the "alarming amount of tickets". I also have received each email 3 times for each customer support ticket. So I would appreciate a direct email to a real person, to whom I could send the different customer support tickets and their respective reference numbers as well as my proof for completing each offer.
I don't get any response anymore after buying ebooks from kobo about the diamonds I should recieve.
Tthey have a double daimond deal now, but I don't dare as covet doesn.t really respond themselves either. Very frustrating.

Jurassic World: Alive offered via Tapjoy the offer to upgrade to citadel lvl 10 within a week, which I did and I sent several e-mails with screenshots of proof to various e-mails like the automatic response you get, when you submit a support ticket.
I was promised 2600 hard cash and got 0 so far, there are several class action law suits, and if you don't resolve this problem, I will take part in them.
And as a german you know that I don't have humour and take this very seriously.

When I went to request my reward and sent email to claim all of a sudden the app on wall offer disappeared and now tapjoy is completely oblivious to ever having the offer. I've contacted them several times and given many screenshots proving I was playing and downloading game. I have to request my reward on just about every offer. Why they can't show all offers you v have ever downloaded is ridiculous and the fact that I can't find any info on it is huge scam. I'm owed about $30.00 worth not to mention the time it took to get to the castle to level 12.

I have had so many problems with the tapjoy company. My biggest problem is that they send everything automatically, the request inquiry reviews are inconsistent, and they don't give you a person to talk to or respond to errors intheur system. There was only one time that I actually had somebody respond to a past inquary, and that person offered to take on other on my cases considering the amount problems I had. So, I contacted them and never heard from them again. I am including some ofthe screenshots of the issues that I'm having. I have 42 different offers over the past few weeks that 14 I have attempted (but some you can't complete and there's nothing you can do about it) and 28 I have fully completed that have yet to be rewarded. You can only put in 2 inquiry requests in a 24-hour period even if the first two requests made are resolved within those 24 hours, Which i have learned the hardway for does not say anywhere. If you select a third request, all the other requests are set up for denial. So I put in 2 customer requests and they were rewarded within a day - quite rare with tapjoy. Thinking it was safe to make another request, I hit the red inquiry request and was autimatically sent the standard email saying I'm violating theur platform because my acyivity is suspicious. HELLO TAPJOY, YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE SUSPICIOUS! After a very threatening and confusing email, you have to wait 24 hours and then you can submit your proof, so says the email. Following the multiple ticket emails directions, I did exactly that with the one offer "get free Hulu for a year." To be clear, I submitted my proof 24 hours after i made my request and got the evil email, and on my screenshots I'm adding here" you can see that I have a timestamp for each of those. Now, in the original email, as stated previously, I was sent a notice of denial because of multiple requests, yet no where does it say that is not allowed, they sent me a few emails consecutively saying the same thing about the same case. Well I go back and check my not rewarded status and it says denied! Not only have I not gotten any information that it was going to be denied regardless of my proof, but it looks as though I was denied before my 24 hour Grace period they claim they give. I decided to use my backup email and update my email address on the inquiry request status. They send an automatic inquiry request email to the second email requesting proof as they always do. So, atleast I can submit the proof through there. I note in my email that this was flagged and denied without giving me the opportunity to show the proof and I've gotten no response for days. I deal with problems with them all the time so I'm aware that it takes awhile to get a standard response from them. Sometimes I get a response stating that I was already awarded for offers 10 minutes after I finally was awarded them so I don't understand why that is. Yes, I have evidence of that as well. Last resort, after dozens of times thus occurs I decide to go in and try to find some way to contact them. Impossible. Once again I will state that I have 42 unrewarded offers. Why is it you can complete as many offers they supply Non-Stop but you can only put in 2 requests inquiries when you aren't rewarded within 24 hours? How does that make any sense? How does it make any sense that you're punished for multiple requests when you aren't even warned that you can't? I don't understand how this is still going on! I sit here with the screenshots filling up my phone each day waiting to submit an inquiry request. This is a complete waste of time. Sadly, this is for design home which is a time-sensitive game that requires that I need the diamonds i earn from reward offers to buy certain items in the game to complete challenges. So, if design home is going to use this company, they have to be aware that this is going on. Maybe it's just a scam to get us to spend money? Didn't believe it at first but my biggest thing is why doesn't tapjoy care because if they did they'd be clear about everything. Theres no consequence for them. Threatening customers because of suspicious activity without warning them that what they're doing is suspicious activity cannot be right. And what are we going to do about it? Nothing. There is nothing we can do.
Collect yoir EVIDENCE religiously. I am a professional at it and still I have had 2 times they refused to award me bc of their error.

When signing up for Hulu and paying for it, Tapjoy promises to reward with diamonds and they literally make it impossible to obtain. When submitting a ticket only through the app for which you did the offer, you can no longer send an email, even if you have to submit proof of the purchase. So you are essentially stuck in a closed loop. There is no way to get a hold of customer service.
They send the request of proof to the email you provided. Sad thing is, they ghost you until randomly answering some days later.

Yesterday after submitting a request for rewards for three games I had downloaded and run/ or got to the required level. These games had been downloaded at an earlier date but every once in a while I go the the reward status because more often than not the rewards are not automatically rewarded but require extra proof which I provide and still often they are not rewarded. To my surprise I have been prohibited from requesting rewards because my actions are "concerning"? If it continues a reward specialist would need to review my submission on a case by case basis? I replied and said I would love to speak to such a person and oddly as of yet have not heard anything. This company is a rip off from their apps that don't run cause they are so embedded with ads, or won't download to the surveys that don't work, disqualify after almost completing or have a problem with it right before your due to be rewarded. I play one game daily exclusively with rewards that I gain through this method.

I have completed several of TapJoy's promotions on this game spending lots of cash and after 4 days all ive got is ignorance and ‘Reviewed: Denied' even though ive provided several photos of proof! Doesn't matter whether its depositing cash into casinos, doing questionnaires, watching videos etc... it seems only the smallest of sums gets paid out and anything that actually costs the consumer real money will be just ignored. I wanted the coin reward, downloaded, and paid for July just as the ad said. Been over 24 hours and nada...please make it right. I ordered face cream for it and never got all those coins, so I deleted the game because I was very disappointed...please make it right this time. It's ridiculous, for the third time this month I have been locked out of Tapjoy for 24 hours because I submit an "alarming number of support requests."
Oh? Well, maybe that's because you refuse to pay out on your offers with alarming frequency! Honestly, I will try to do 5 of the "download and run the app" offers and not one will pay out. Then, I go to request my reward and suddenly I'm the liar? I'M the one trying to scam THEM!?
This company is s sham and deserves to be shut down or sued into bankruptcy or both. All they do is ruin mobile gaming for everybody with their lies.
inability to watch videos in the walking dead: road to survival

I've always had problems watching videos in The Walking Dead: Road To Survival. On a good day, I'd get 15 coins max, and most days, no coins at all.
But for the past 2 weeks I haven't been able to get videos to work at all. I have genuinely no idea why. I'm based in the UK, and am using an Amazon Kindle Fire HDX to play the game. Is it because of recent EU changes to privacy laws? My updating my router? Inadvertently triggering some kind of ban? I have no idea! :( I'd just like the videos in the game to work like they're supposed to, which they've never really done. :(
I tried talking to Scopely customer support, but they seem powerless to help. I'm hoping you can. :)

denied points for "suspicious behavior"
I submitted about 5 tickets to Tapjoy for the Toreba app because I was not rewarded for 5 offers. This was considered suspicious even though I had evidence for all the points missing, and that the system was not working as intended, something I wasn't notified for until hours later. I was awarded for the tiny offers I did like quizzes and opening pages or apps (approx 200-500 TP; one play is typically 1, 500 TP (~$1.50 USD)) However, I was not awarded for paying for a subscription to BarkBox for 10, 080 TP (~$10 USD) nor was I allowed to show evidence before the case, specifically, case [protected] was closed for "suspicious behavior".
To claim I would lie about a 25 dollar per month subscription for a dog toy and treat blind box, of all things, for a 10 dollar credit on a crane game app is disrespectful. To threaten to ban my account is disheartening. I am aware it is a free service, but to promise that I will get "free" points for a mobile game by buying a service from one of your advertising customers, then revoking that under grounds that I am "suspicious" for telling you your service is somewhat inflammatory at best and, at worst, false advertisement and may cost your company money in the future.
I was completing many offers for points on the crane game app, Toreba. After completing about 5 or more offers, I realized I had only gotten compensation for 1 or 2. After waiting the allotted time period for compensation, I sent in one request ticket per offer that wasn't compensated.
A couple hours later after going to sleep, I finally got e-mails back. Three of these were duplicate "suspicious behavior" automated messages, threatening to ban me and flag for denial any requests ive made. The reason? Sending in too many requests. I wouldn't send in so many if I actually got the points!
I eventually, after waiting longer, got e-mails requesting proof, and I sent them and recieved points for the tiny offers like quizzes, giving me 200-500 points per offer (one try on toreba is typically at least 1, 300 points.)
However, I was denied on the most important one:
I paid for a monthly subscription to BarkBox. This offer was worth 10, 080 points (about $9.50) which I understand isn't a lot, but consider that I was buying my dog a birthday present for 25$ already and figured: "Oh! Look here! I get extra points if I do it right now through this app" and don't get it, and consider that I play the app a lot and am essentially just missing that money I could have used to play the game.
It is also very concerning that they will give points for small offers, but will gladly deny points from big offers before recieving proof that I did or did not do the offer.

TapJoy has always been notorious for scamming people into doing their offers and then not following through with rewards. I have completed several big-scale offers, but I have only received compensation for three of the dozens of offers I labored to complete.
Customer service is nonexistent. Every time you submit a ticket to their support team, an automated message will pop up, telling you to provide screenshots and ‘proof' that you have completed the offer. Then you have to wait 2 weeks - 4 months for them to respond. Yes. 4 months. That's personally how long it took them to reply to my last big-scale offer, only to tell me that "the offer has expired and is no longer being rewarded."
I have tried to be patient with TapJoy. I have tried to be understanding with their delayed replies since they were always ‘so busy' year-round. But honestly, a moldy banana tucked in the forgotten corners of your kitchen can amount to greater things than this lousy company can ever hope to accomplish.

I completed an offer in connection with Covet fashion game for Ebates. I did everything, including making my first purchase. I have screenshots showing I completed the offer through the Covet offerwall. I submitted a request for help but have received no response. The Ebates offer is no longer showing on my offerwall. Tapjoy has no way of submitting requests for help related to a specific complaint. Don't waste your time - it is a scam.

I would like to know how I go about talking to a supervisor who deals with tapjoy rewards please or I would like to know how I make a formal complaint as I completed 2 rewards oand provided screen shot for proof that I followed the instructions I received a reply from tapjoys automated email saying the developer who I was doing the one offer with said I had not completed the requirements so I messaged the game developers directly and have emails to show they say tapjoy never contacted them and I had completed the offer as I supplied screen shots of the completed level I had to reach now that offer that was pending in my list has gone.
2nd reward was sign up for a free trial with now tv entertainment pass so I done this and have been even watching now tv I provided screen shot for proof that I signed up for the free trial and nothing back since what .makes it even worse I went on the tapjoy page to see if there was any update and again my offer was not in the processing area and at the time the offer was over 1000 coins for Walking dead road to survival the offer was back to be selected but the amount of coins had nearly halved the original amount
I would like to know how I can talk to someone if not then where should I direct my complaint to I will also be reporting this to Google if I don't get a human to talk with

Completed 2 offers for tapjoy, one for Fanatics and one for Gillette. I never received the rewards and only received copy and paste emails of denial. This is not right, I placed real money orders in good faith.

rewards not received after making purchase for kobo offer
I made a purchase (with actual money!) on Kobo through TapJoy with the expectation of receiving 67200 avacoins as a reward.
The purchase was made on May 12th 2018. Tapjoy was running a 2x reward weekend offer at the time. The payment went through and I gained access to the e-book.
I waited 24 hours but did not receive the reward. I submitted a ticket through the app and was asked to submit proof through e-mail on May 13th 2018. I submitted proof in the form of a picture of the offer on TapJoy, a picture of the Kobo e-book, and a picture of my paypal receipt. The minimum to receive the reward was 8€, I paid 9, 75€ for an e-book.
Since May 13th I have heard nothing and I have not been issued my reward. I have since replied to the proof request twice more, with the same pictures, but have heard nothing.
This is the first time I spent actual money to complete a Tapjoy offer and it is absolutely unacceptable that I not receive my reward. I want my coins or money back.

I continued mailing my proof once a week and asking for help. Yesterday on the 12th of July, so after two months of mailing them weekly, I finally received my avacoins (slightly less than the original offer promised) and a mail saying that I had been rewarded the avacoins. I was contacted by Sara D., reward specialist, using the following email: help@support.tapjoy.com I hope all you frustrated tapjoy users get the resolution you deserve as well.

I completed 2 offers. I take screenshots of everything. Waited my 24 hrs for the request help to come up like normal. Automated email sent to me ft or both offers and immediately sent back proof of screenshots w info within 1 hour of receiving on 8/24/2018. 3 were submitted within a 24 he period and they came back w the 2 larger ones saying 4 days later. We have not heard back from you in 72 hrs, we are resolving your issue for that reason. Email says if any other questions please reply to email. I have replied 3 times to each email and GUESS WHAT no reply, no reward and even had to make purchases. I provided all screenshots and even in the email put info they requested just in case the screenshots fidnt go through as they've tried saying that before. Its always the same stories. They say make sure u have good internet connections. What about them having a good set up in place to complete these things. Some attorneys need to get together for all the people and sue them and actually the sites they use like design home.

I am facing a rather complicated issue here:
For your information, I have completed the kobo reward by clicking on the link and followed every instruction to place an order with Kobo.
However, due to my own mistake by sending too many requests to Tapjoy, my account was suspended for 24 hours before I could send in a request on the kobo rewards claim.
When the reward was finally back on, it was labeled with a status of "resolved" [ case no. [protected] / ref screen shot kobo 03 & kobo 04 ] therefore I was unable to send in any more request and was not paid with the Reward of 29412 Diamonds.
What makes me decided to file a complain here is because the lack of response to my requests thru your helpline ([protected]@support. tapjoy.com) as well as in Facebook.

I have gotten banned from tapjoy and I haven't done anything wrong and they won't contact me telling me why they've banned me. I play a game called Covet and I enjoy it as I have a stressful job so playing this game is a bit of mental time out and very valuable to me.
Tapjoy promises currency for these types of games as long as you spend lots of your personal time reaching certain levels on other games or buying apps. But never actually gives you the promised currency or replies to reports of these failed rewards. I have been waiting over two weeks for one of my reports!
I have encountered the same problem with TapJoy. I have decided not to use any of their apps on any of my family's devices. I feel as though they have taken advantage of me, scammed, and lied to everyone that uses their apps. Have you reached any resolve from them yet?
