You people have got to be kidding Mr. You never fail to disappoint.
I ordered 123 fadora hats, and I can't use any one of them. You cram as many as you can into a bag without any regard of what will happen to the item. As long as tou "crush" it and it fits in the bag, it's OK to ship. WRONG!
With each order I place for hats, I call and specifically tell you not to but any more than 5 hats in a BOX, not a bag, IN A BOX. And with eachcall I'm told it will be taken care of. [censored]!
You should be ashamed of your total lack of quality control, and lying about taking care of my problem.
AMAZON is going to be very happy to have me as a customer.
