this company is a scam!
I have ordered something from BradfordExchange in the past and all this time they had my credit card details! I never allowed them to keep my credit card information! But the worst part was that they charged me for who knows what! I ordered from them only once and they keep charging me. I don't know how to stop this madness. I guess the only possible way is to make a new card. They do not reply and it seem like they want to keep the money!

I'm extremely disappointed with BradfordExchange! I have purchased a bracelet from them as a birthday present for my friend and the one I received was terrible! It was very cheap looking and was made of some ugly metal. Pictures on their site look awesome but in reality they sell cheap copies of what you see on their website. Don't waste your money here.

Don't ever buy from this website! I purchased something for my wife for christmas. Company guaranteed delivery before christmas! I was quite worried, so I emailed them, but there was no reply! People working in their customer service are bunch of lairs and thieves! When I finally received a reply I was told my order would be here before december 23rd. Christmas passed and I called them again and was told my item was shipped out on dec. 23rd! Next day got a message stating it will be shipped out on dec. 29th! Every time I call and hear only lies! I hate this company, their customer service and shipping! So at this point I don't know if it has ever been shipped!
the necklace was terrible and ugly
I won’t recommend the website www.bradfordexchange.com if you want to buy some presents for you lovers. I ordered small necklace and flowers from my wife from the website. The bouquet was ok, but the necklace was awful and it didn’t look the same as on the website. The necklace looked strange and ugly in real life. Stay away from this website.
junk jewelry - not like the picture
I ordered a 49er ring for my wife's birthday in ocotber, when it said 4-6 weeks for delivery. When I didn't hear from them, they said that due to the high quality specialty item, it wouldn't ship until after christmas.
So I complained.in early november, a ring showed up. Covered in "made in china" stickers, this "handcrafted beauty" had a stone that looked like a broken piece of pink plastic. Nothing like the red, clear ruby in the advertisement.
I sent it back, with specific complaint and instructions that I wanted on that looked like the picture, with a ruby stone. I got back the same low quality piece that I had returned. I have sent several letters in to get this cleared up, but no response.

Latest news. Here is the letter from bradford exchange saying they will attempt to fix this in the future, but unfortunately the crappy pink color is all that they have.

I use to work in a hospital. This company said they sent me some kind of statue and I didn't pay them. The item was delivered to the hospital. The hospital has a mail room that cateres to the entire hospital. Apparently some one ordered this item used my name and they got it. Because I never did. I asked them what was my address and they quoted the address to the hospital. Why would I order something and have it delivered to the hospital. Now it 's on my credit report... I have spoken to this company several times asking them to please investigate this more. I am going to have to pay for this because it is messing up my credit. They have been harrassing me for years. I haven't worked at the hospital since 2008 and today they are still badgering me for small change. I don't think it is more than $30. 00. My concern is someone knew I was leaving that job and took advantage of using my name. Because they used the address to the hospital apparently they didn't know my home address so the hospital's address was on point for them.

threatening letters
This has to be the company from hell, from the staff on the phone with total incompetence obviously drawn from the ignorance of the elusive Chief Executive Office. I had a moment of insanity and ordered a Lamp from them in February 2013. I have been bombarded with frequent rubbish from them, but so that I could avoid any further dealings with them, I made a final payment of £25 by cheque on 20th April. I received a threatening letter from them on 19th June to say that they had not received the payment and I would be come liable for charges. Having visited by bank and obtaining a copy of the cheque it is clear that the cheque was not presented to my bank until 7th. June. So where had my cheque been for all this time, a payment that that is did not owe, perhaps now the company will reimburse be the additional 2p in additional to the charges of £7.50 penalty for the length of time, interest and the additional chasing around I had to do with my bank. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THE QUALITY IS NOT AS GOOD AS CLAIMED, OVERCHARGED, ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, the worst mail order company to deal with. Pay a little extra and deal with the big boys with competence and efficiency

many notices after payment
I have received many notices from North shore agency to collect 37.98 that had already been paid back in November. Today is July 25 2012. I have tried to call them several times, today I went on their web site to try to send an e-mail. And there is no way to send them one. When I called the phone numbers on these notices you can never get past the recording, to talk to a representative to explain to them that it has been paid and to give them the information on the payment. Not even a recording to request a name and or number to return the cal.. I am starting to believe the things that I just read on the internet. I have been requested to pay the same bill at least 12 times, when it was paid in full in November. As a result of their inconsideration and complete unprofessional manners, I will no longer order anything from Bradford Exchange or any of their affiliates, I am also going to tell all of my friends and relatives to not deal with Bradford Exchange or any of the affiliates, due to the fact that they are all con artist and all that is done is to scam the public..

Google cease and desist letter and fire one to them for collecting on a debt that was already paid off. Write them the letter and include a copy of the payment information. keep that payment info for life.

I oredered the lady diana replica ring in january to be told that it isnt in stock then emailed a few weeks later... they hadnt gone into production, now we are waiting for the ring as I cant find that one anywhere else that isnt to expensive. waiting to have our engagement party : (I have ordered from there before and have never had this problem before. considering that the royal wedding would have been and gone by the time this ring is in production they really should have put it into production months ago. i've never had problems with them before but this has put me off ordering there in the future.

My first order was 90 days in advance of Xmas in 2009. It was guaranteed before Xmas, for a gift. It never arrived. I kept getting notices of shipment during the next three months, but again, it never came. Finally four months later, I cancelled the order. No apology, no courtesy. Nothing was communicated.in Xmas 2010, I stupidly placed another order. It too was guaranteed to be delivered before Xmas. Got it 30 days late. I complained, requested information, and contacted the company continually Never an apology. Never a peep. They don't care. Don't do business with them. I ordered a necklace for my wife for Valentine. The ad was very clear, "order before February 4 and we guarantee delivery for Valentine". I ordered online on January 30, paid the full amount with CC.
On February 10, I got an e-mail stating "good news, your item has shipped. Expect delivery in 7 to 10 days". What's good about that? Valentine is on the 14th. I immediately sent a mail via their website, to question that. They also state that they respond to all mail within 24 hours. We are now the 13th and no response.
I will never buy again from them nor would I recommend them.
