Payment not received
Hello my name is Avril smith I am emailing on behave off my terminally I’ll mother, she orderd some personally gifts for me and my nieces, it’s been 9 weeks, she hasn’t received them, and iv sent emails to bradford exchange uk, No one has got back to me and no one has got back to my mum, iv messaged the Facebook messenger and no one has got back to me there, so iv called the number on the website today [protected] that’s the number I rang, the option of me tracking my mums parcel, and it just said goodbye, so I pressed option 4 Which is to make a payment and a women answered said she couldn’t help me and she’s put me through, she put me through the phone went down, so I rang back the same women answerd again and said I’m look at the team now they should be answering, so she put me through again another girl answerd the phone and she was very abrupt said she’d put me through to someone else it went through the phone went down, my mum spent 400 English pounds on them gifts and no one is letting us know if there going to be deliverd or what, at this moment in time I think we have been scammed.
Thank you hopefully someone will get back to this. Avril smith
Desired outcome: Money back
American silver eagle struck thru reverse error
I bought a silver eagle 1986 uncirculated struck thru reverse error coin I bought this coin over a year ago for close to 250 dollars I just started collecting coins and came across this coin I bought it because of the rarity of the coin because of the error it is supposed to increase the value and rarity of the coin the coin came with a certificate of authenticity guaranteeing the coin as limited edition and claiming to be signed by a numistic expert and author Jeff Garrett so I thought the coin was legit and worth as much as was claimed well yesterday I brought the coin to a local coin dealer asking him to appraise it he looked at it thoroughly and said it's worth 30 to 40 dollars I explained to him I had a certificate of authenticity and that I paid almost 250 for it and he said Bradford exchange is known for selling bad coins and make false claims he said for one there is no error I looked with a magnifying glass and see no error and it's worth a little more then the spot price of silver and basically I got ripped off and I couldn't believe it after reading consumer complaints I have come to the conclusion that Bradford exchange scammed me by making false claims on a coin that isn't graded and is not uncirculated and there is no mint error as advertised and iam so mad and want this made right and want my money back and will never buy another thing from this company ever again and they should stop ripping people off and making claims which they know are untrue or false it makes me not want to collect coins anymore because if I can't trust a website that has a large product line and offers wide variety of collector items then I can't trust anyone my confidence in buying coins is ruined isn't it illegal to make false claims and false advertisement to customers to sell a product for way over what it is worth making claims that it's a valuable collector item when it's not I want this issue resolved and compensated for my time and either given the product advertised or I'll have to hire an attorney and contact consumer complaints and my attorney general because this is fraud and needs to stop it's out rageous and shouldn't happen in the United States of America that has laws and rules to prevent things like this
Desired outcome: Want to be compensated for the harm and mistrust I now feel and want my money back
Item never received.
I have documents proving I paid Bradford for all items I received from them. Some items I ordered and others I did not; however, I paid for them all. Bradford’s order system is set to inspire the client that it is cheaper to pay for the unwanted item than to return it. First, Bradford does not inform their clients when they order one item from them, Bradford enrolls the client in a program that continuously sends various items, whether you want them or not. Second, after the client receives the unordered item, Bradford’s return system charges the client more than keeping and paying for the unordered/unwanted item. According to the Bradford Exchange system, I have a copy of my payment history. I have a copy of my PayPal account showing the exact dates and dollar amounts paid to The Bradford Exchange. Even though I never received the Barack Obama item, everything in their system says I am paid in full, and The Bradford Exchange owes me $30.48. It seems evident that Bradford’s finance department does not work well with their shipping department because it appears they do not know what is going out or coming in the company. On November 22, 2021, I paid Bradford $50.27. Then on January 21, 2022, Bradford sent me a Past Due notice for $50.27, while on January 25, 2022, Bradford refunded me $50.27. On June 17, 2022, I sent all evidence to Universal Fidelity LP, a national collection agency. In August 2022, I received another collection notice from a different agency, Radius Gloval Solutions, LLC. If they can’t get you with one, they keep hiring different companies until they wear you down. They are acting like scavengers. But if they treat all of their customers like they are treating me, I can see it would be hard for money. If you require any documents I provided to the collection agency, please give me the address to send them.
Desired outcome: I am asking The Better Business Bureau to help resolve this issue between Bradford Exchange and me as soon as possible and have all of my information removed from Bradford’s system.

Hi, I'm a hardworking NZ citizen and I've just had the gold topaz and diamond engagement ring I purchased 2 months ago stolen on day of delivery 😥. I have done my homework and found that NZ post had delivered the item to my mother's address as requested but instead of putting the package at back doorstep it has been left in plain sight at the front door which is clearly visible to the majority of houses in this low social area of my town where a lot of theft and illegal activity occurs regularly. Bottom line is, I asked Bradford exchange for backdoor and I got frontdoor🤨, resulting in loss of my to be wife's engagement ring. I have reported to local police no results yet and NZ post assures me that the courier had no details of backdoor drop off I don't know who is to blame but I would like a replacement Or refund.
Desired outcome: Replacement of item purchased and a full refund
Billing
I am being billed each month the amount of $14.95 which I have not authorized.
Billed on April 13th for $14.95, again billed on May 13th for $14.95.

I bought a splendor in the sky for $113
This Is the 2nd one the 1st one did not light up like it was supposed to so they sent me another one and this one doesn’t lite up either and they are supposed to with batteries but anyway they will not send me a shipping label to return it I’ve only had it for a little over a month and the Bradford Exchance has a 365 day warranty so if anyone wants to buy from Bradford exchange they should think twice about it
Desired outcome: I would like to get a return label so can get my money back and be done with the Bradford exchange
Complaint
I ordered a gift clock approximately eight months ago. They delivered this clock to the inappropriate address which was my old home address three separate times even though I corrected the address after the first time. I still have not received o’clock and now they’re telling me it is on back order. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. They’ve made zero attempt to get me a clock which was a gift for Christmas that I ordered the end of November/First of December. It is now May. Finally I asked today to get my money back we’ll see how long that takes. I have ordered from them for many years and have never been so disappointed in a company and will never order from them again
The Bradford exchange “rewards” program
I placed an order on 11/3/21 for a gift for my wife for Christmas. I’m not impressed with the over $100 cheaply made item but what really got me was that I was reviewing my finances last night (4/5/22) and noticed a charge yesterday for $14.95 to the Bradford exchange and looking back, I’ve been charged this amount monthly since.
Why would I be getting billed monthly from a company that I ordered from and paid in full up front? Well after a call to their customer service, I was informed that I was automatically signed up for their rewards program and after the free 30 day trial I was charged monthly.
I told the lady (very rude woman by the way) that I didn’t sign up for anything, I just simply made a purchase. Her response - “yea, you probably didn’t know”…
Do they offer refunds for this situation? Nope. I managed to cancel it but I’m very unimpressed
Desired outcome: Refund the money you stole from me
This happened to me as well. What the hell is the reward program anyways? I did not sign up for it, did not ask for it, did not even see anything about it, I just order a few items to for my family members for Christmas presents, Which I too was very disappointed regarding the value for the cost. But, yeah, being charged monthly fees without our knowledge or permission this is totally theft!
Advertised bracelet

It is absolutely appalling that I am being continually bombarded by your collection group armagroup.com.au asking for me to pay them $41.99. I do not owe any money to them or to Bradford Exchange. I have not purchased from Bradford Exchange for such a long time, years. The messages from arma are asking for $41.99 DOOPBQ750. Please have them stop the harassment immediately. I have had enough. Why are you trying to get extra money from me for what? I do not owe money to them or Bradford Exchange!
Desired outcome: Stop harassment from ARMAGROUP.
Bradford exchange
On June 11, 2021, I placed an order for one small resin statue to be shipped to my father, a retired Marine who served for approximately 30 years, for his 82nd birthday. He received his little statue of a cat in a Marine Corps uniform, and appreciated it. Little did I know that the Bradford Exchange was deliberately misleading about purchasing one item from an apparent series of resin statues that they charge $55.15 each month for a different statue but they deceptively continue to bill customers for statues they did not knowingly commit to buy. I discovered that I had been charged three times for what I thought was the same statue, only to discover that they were charging me for other statues that were to be shipped. I immediately contacted them and PayPal. (I have kept all documentation from my interactions with both Bradford Exchange and PayPal)
The end result was that PayPal received two refunds from Bradford Exchange on my behalf, and after several emails and a few unpleasant phone calls, Bradford Exchange canceled the deceptive "subscription" and I considered the matter closed.
Yesterday, February 12, 2022, I received a notice from a collection agency called Radius Global Solutions, LLC, stating that I owe Bradford Exchange $55.15. How is this possible when the Bradford Exchange refunded my monies?
I have begun researching The Bradford Exchange and this company has an overwhelming number of complaints against them for the same deceptive business practices. They are highly unethical and should continue to be held accountable. Apparently, not enough lawsuits have been filed against them yet (and there have been quite a few, dating back decades and as recently as the past year or two for other violations and unethical, deceptive business practices)
As for turning me over to a collections agency, even though I have excellent credit and always pay my bills on time, I will be seeking out class action lawsuits against the Bradford Exchange and will add my name to the list of consumers who have suffered at the hands of the Bradford Exchange. I have documentation to support my claim and complaint.
If my credit takes a hit because of Bradford Exchange, I will not take it lightly and will pursue any and all options to hold Bradford Exchange accountable, through media contact, the BBB, the AZ Attorney General's office, and the FTC.
Desired outcome: I would like proof that this erroneous debt has been expunged from Radius Global Solutions, LLC database and any credit reporting agency that has received negative information from Bradford Exchange.
Double charging
I ordered ONE religious crystal on December 15th, 2021. On January 16, 2022 they charged me for a 2nd crystal that neither authorized nor asked for. They EXPRESSLY requested the unwanted SECOND crystal be mailed to their "Postage Due" department free of charge. They are now saying they will not refund the unwanted charge because it was not certified mail (at my expense) and they can't find the second crystal. They now have my money AND their crystal. These people are a nusuiance.
Desired outcome: Refund my $60.00

Order never shipped
I ordered USAF pajama pants in October 2021 for my son for Christmas. We received a postcard-type statement indicating that the item would be shipped and received by 14 Dec 2021. Tried calling the "Customer Service" line multiple times, could never reach a person. Indicated we still wanted to receive the item. As of 18 Jan 2022, still have not received the item.
Desired outcome: Receive gift for my son...for his birthday

Ordered a Calendar with reoccurring monthly pieces. Got the Frame and the first piece, didn't like them so I canceled subscription. 5 month later they started over from the beginning with the same Frame and first piece and many random changes. Called the Company and they said I didn't have an account anymore. Had my bank investigate and block any future charges.
WARNING! Never use a card with Bradford Exchange that is a Debit Card, they are known for this type of fraud.
