Bradford Exchange sold a ring for $348. That is cheap and not even the quality of others I have purchased there for $99. I have purchased many items from them and even to keep my repeat business they are not willing to make an exchange or adjustment on this inferior merchandise I spoke to there customer service dept on 5/22/10 regarding the poor quality of this merchandise and since I was outside the 120 day return policy, I was refused. Then explaining that the ring was purchased for a wedding and just recently worn, that they should honor the exchange. The associate asked a supervisor
and I was still refused an exchange. I have spent over $1000. On jewelry With this company and will not purchase from them nor recommend them to anyone else due to their customer service and strict and unfair exchange/return policy.

Agreed on a purchase told I was paying a deposit but the rep took all of payment causing me not being able to buy food as there's no money left in my account

Three years back I purchased a Morgan dollar in a wooden box for something like $270. A year later I had it appraised. The Morgan dollar was worth $30. So I was conned lied to and ripped off. Never ever buy anything from Bradford Exchange.
