I accept the Neo Financial credit card from Hudsons Bay store in Vancouver BC, Firstly because the cash back and reward points( that points we can use to purchases at hudson's bay /online stores), are quite appealing.
It was one year ago. So far I am pretty happy and even my limit raised in a short period of time. Great! However, around the end of July, this year, my points were showing me 6k reward points. I know that points were not mine immediately, I wouldn't raise over 5 thousand in points overnight. So I waited a few days to check if it was just a glitch. After 4/5 days it went back to points I had before...
And that was when it all started, because since that day, my points are frozen. Which means, I should have the double of the $$ in points by now but it's not computing. I contacted all phone numbers I could possibly find, they redirect to another and another, every call. I sent more than 10 emails back and fourth, always promissing fixing it. But never happened. Perhaps I should just close my account with them, but I like the card and perks, I really would like they to fix it. Is it too much ask?
Desired outcome: I just would like my card to work again, to upgrade my account.
