My name is lori a. Brown. I "won" 3 different rings all stating they were 925 sterling silver with natural gemstones.
Before they arrived, I ordered several more pieces from the seller.
Nadia leroy and nadine jardine are the same, maybe the whole site is all the same seller using different names...
I ordered rings, all 925 sterling silver with natural topazes and amethysts.
The rings I "won" are some crappy plating not sterling, copper is right underneath the surface. Not 1 natural gemstone.

When I emailed them, I literally received a link to wikipedia which was a description of 925 sterling which doesnt even apply here.
I sent them pictures of the backs of the rings where we did the chemical tests, so now they are damaged and wont take them back...
My bad. I forgot we live in a world of alternate facts.

In 2017 I had purchased many products from TopHatter, most of them came in and they were really inferior. I tried contacting them in calling them in Ca., they told me to send it back to China. The cost to return $88. For $50 you get this little 6 inch round RobotSweeper. What a joke! Did they think that US persons are stupid? I really tried to resolve this issue, I finally called my credit card Co. and asked them not to pay them, because there where more products with with similar issues. TopHatter kept charging me back the money, finally, I called my credit Charge Co again, and they changed the date on my credit card so they could not keep charging me. In my opinion, this is not a trustworthy company to do business with. I was in business for 22 years, and when my customers had problems, I took care of them. This company knows they have crap product, and they just want to ignore you! I suggest that you do not purchase anything from them, because you'll be in for a ride, no matter how good the deal seems! Trust me from my multiple issues! Save yourself the; time, money and frustration! Buy from the USA, I learned my lesson. Just think, if no one buys from these companies, the USA would get stable, put more people to work, and get rid of these companies, like TopHatter!

I did too, and there is nothing I can see that activates it other than a red button on the side which ( would would be lit up when charged by an electrical outlet or batteries. When it arrived I saw neither. There is a bulb on the side that Please help.

Your company has been charging my credit card for Professional Services that I have no idea of what it is. Since November 21, 2016 this company has charged my credit card with eight (8) different charges all on the same day. I have no knowledge of doing any business with this company. Our acct was just hacked and I'm thinking it has something to do with Tophatter. Just today alone there's almost $1, 000 in transactions coming out of our checking acct. I bought 1 thing for $21. today.

leopard print bangle
I purchased this item and received about the latter part of January, 2017 to the first part of February, 2017. Upon unpacking the bangle one of the clasps fell off in the package as I was removing it. The other clasp fell off as I was putting the bangle on. The bangle is inoperable because it has no clasps to keep it securely on my wrist.
This is unacceptable!

I won a vacuum robot on Tophatter. Purchased on January 21, 2017 for 35.00 including shipping. I received the order on February 3rd 2017. Upon opening, I shook the box and heard parts shifting. I opened the box and the charging port was broken. I contested Tophatter customer service twice by email. I never received a answer. I visited my order section and the vacuum robot was set up for return. I contacted Tophatter again by email and wrote to them that since I received the product broken I should not have to pay postage back to China. They once again ignored my email. By the time I went to request another return they had marked the order not to be delt with because the request for a refund had expired. I only want a refund of this broken product.

This is a complete joke and scam! It cost $2 for item & $13 shipping. I paid more for them to ship it to me then the item price and had to pay shipping again to get a refund that they closed on me. I was granted a refund since the item didn't fit description, it's for an Apple phone & I have an Android phone. Item was in my mailbox on 1/27/17, I requested refund immediately & was granted it on 1/28/17. I was sent info to ship for refund by 2/4/17 from SWFL to Berlin, NJ. I shipped item on 1/30/17, receipt from post office states EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE 2/2/17. I noticed today that the refund was closed with the reason of not received on 2/4/17. I ordered 2 items on 01/24/17 one was a pain management machine $44.00 total with shipping and the other was a bag of seeds $2.00. This company is a joke! I requested a refund on 2 substandard items. I was granted permission to return but wasn't sent link for return shipping label so I paid the return postage and provided tracking number but got denied refund because I didn't use label the sent me!
