they can't find my package
I was supposed to get a package which was shipped via USPS and they lost it. I was in contact with USPS for over three months and all I got from there was nothing but empty promises. I spoke with different people from USPS and they all told that there was nothing to worry about and that they'll find my package. They claimed that things like that sometimes happen.
Time passed and I saw no results, and it seemed like they didn't really care and did nothing to help me. When I asked for a compensation they refused. I have no other choice only to hire a lawyer.
Do not use USPS, they are very irresponsible, unprofessional and not to be trusted. Very bad delivery service!

I am very displeased with usps delivery to my home. I order things from ebay all the time and they are always delayed in transit. Sometimes it says delivered when they aren't delivered. Sometimes it says unable to deliver or bad address even though it comes the next day and the address is fine and it's the same address you always deliver to. You need to check my address 5634 harvest hill 75230 and figure out what's going on with my mail because I am tired of never knowing when important things are going to arrive. I am this close to filing a lawsuit against usps for the blatant waste of my tax dollars.
I have the delivery yesterday sept 25 and today sept 26 from this carrier who acts he doesn't know what he's doing not dressed in uniform and contstantly walking in grass and mulch we have a large sign out do not walk on grass!

I sent a package from the Upper Marlboro, MD office to Dakar, Senegal. The package was sent on December 4, 2015. It was returned to me in January 2017. The only thing that the note on the box says it was missing the content description. The receipt that I have shows where I filled out the contents in the box. It cost me $77.50 to send this package. I feel that the Post Office should resend the package at their cost. I filled out the Customs Declaration and Dispatch Note - CP 72.

F or a whole month last time it's only with this one certain mailman the other ones leave the mail the first time he said it was because of the dog my dog is never outside i'm always watching for him something needs to be done because my water was cut off last time I don't even understand why he has a job if you can't leave them out

I received a notice via package tracking that my package couldn't be delivered because the receptacle was supposedly blocked. I pick up my mail from a "cluster box". It's one of five boxes there and they're located in an area in which for someone to block it they would have to really inconvenience themselves to do so. It's unlikely anyone would have done this and because of this I've had to make arrangements through the USPS website to pick up my package at one of their offices. Problem is I have no idea which office I have to pick it up from.

The tracking number I gave you shows they've utilized 11 days tomorow to get me my package. 11 days after you've registered having picked it up. That 1 full day per hr of drive time. You guys didn't drop the ball. Ya dug a hole and barried the ball. Bout time somone locates my package and gets it to me. Hopefully somone with enough compitance to get it to me before Christmas being it was a gift to somone. Next year I will know to order it in October to get it by the 24 th of December. That way you guys will have time to loose it a couple times. Oh by the way just to add insult to injury I have to scroll through a bunch of topics to submit a complaint to the post office. And there is no postal option. Way to dodge complaints. Just plain incompetent.
they lost my package!
USPS is the worst shipping company ever and it seems like these people don't care about anything! They lost my package and when I contacted them to resolve the issue they simply said they were not able to do anything about that. One of USPS employees told me they were trying to find the package but failed.
I have no idea what to do now and where to seek help! USPS said my case was closed and they will not help me. I will never use this service again and would not recommend them to anyone!

Too many blacks work in Kansas City, KS who are dumb. lazy and just plain ignorant. Why is it that the for the residents who live in the 66112 area code, are having ALL of their mail returned by this post office? I mean that is just plain lazy. People who live at the Royal Ridge apartments are having all of their mail returned, credit cards, checks, everything returned without good cause by this post office. I believe the FBI, or Post Master needs to investigate this matter as soon as possible.

My mailman has been coming to the door asking my daughter for cash or he will not give them our J.Crew packages. I had previously paid shipping for these packages. J.crew said they did not authorize any more money taken for shipping. I still haven't gotten my packages and I'm not sure that I will.

Twice I have had packages arrive in California to be delivered to me in California and had Bell Gardens send them out of state.
The first was a package from Minnesota sent priority mail that I was to take with me to Italy. Bell Gardens sent it to New Jersey. By the time it was sent back I had already left for Italy.
The second was a package from Nevada. Bell Gardens has sent it to Pennsylvania. I'm not sure when I'll get it back.
From what I read on the web, anything that arrives in Bell Gardens is misdirected, lost or stolen.
And there is no way to prevent your mail from going to Bell Gardens.
There is also no way to complain about Bell Gardens. There are no complaint forms on the USPS website and no phone numbers or real people to talk to.
I'm tired and I'm pissed.
I'm printing out the tracking info for both packages clearly showing the incompetence of Bell Gardens.
I'll be sending them attached to a letter that will go out to the USPS inspector general. I'll also be sending copies to all of my state and federal representatives.
Just because they are USPS they should not be untouchable. They should be held accountable because they handle our mail and it is a federal crime to tamper with mail. The sort of incompetence Bell Gardens exhibits goes far beyond tampering.

6-30-16 Express Package Mailed to me from Orange, VA to Lawton, OK with promised delivery of 7-2-16.
7-2-16 waited all day at my apartment for delivery- checked mailbox on 7-3-16 saying an attempt was made at my address for delivery.
7-5-16 went to post office in Lawton, OK to pickup package and remarked that I didn't think a valid delivery was attempted because I don't live in my post office box which is not attached to my apartment. The supervisor at the Lawton PO agreed and said he had told the driver Express deliveries require an actual knock on the door to deliver not a notice in the mail box. I wa told to contact the Orange PO for a refund of the amount charged to deliver since this was not considered a valid delivery attempt.
My wife has gone to the PO in Orange, VA twice to get this straightened out. There is a guarantee of delivery by the appointed day and time. she has been rudely responded to both times by the PM in the Orange post office. I'm thinking he has to pull the refund out of his own pocket?
Realizing of course the Postmaster in Orange thinks a note in the post office box at my apartment is a valid delivery, my only thought is this: How in the world would I be able to sign for the package, (the waiver of signature box was not checked) if the carrier did not knock on my apartment door to get the signature he needed for delivery? Does anyone see the problem here?
I am at the point of expecting two things. 1. A refund for the botched delivery attempt. 2. An apology letter from the PM at the Orange PO for his rude demeanor toward my wife on these occasions. Thank you
late deliveries and lost packages
I order a lot of items for my home business online, and so I have packages coming to my house quite a few times per week. Amazon holds up their end by shipping the orders promptly and providing me with tracking information. I'm a prime member, and most of my packages arrive when Amazon says they will. At least, they did.
For the third time in two weeks, the post office has held a package from being delivered for NO reason. It always happens on the weekends, when my normal carrier has Saturday off. The tracking information will show that my package is out for delivery, but I never receive anything on saturdays.
I've contacted Amazon, who assures me this is USPS's mistake, and I know they're right. Complaining to the post office got me an apologetic phone call from my REGULAR carrier, who has no blame in this at all.
USPS points the finger at Amazon for the late shipping, regardless of what the tracking information says. I'm completely frustrated with them and what I'm convinced is laziness on the part time carriers behalf.
Yes, the weekend carrier knows the route as she has been doing it for over a year now. Sometimes you cant get what you need offline. This is a fact of life for people in rural areas, and for me to pay for express shipping and the post office to not deliver is unacceptable to me, regardless of whether someone doesn't know how to do their job or not.
Your regular carrier knows your route. Your sub probably does not. Never order anything online you can not wait for.

Recently I have received a message from USPS and they said that there was something wrong with my address and that I need to check it and correct it. I checked my address and there was nothing wrong with it. Later they called and told the same thing. I told them that my address was correct and they said ok. I thought that it was finally the end, but then there was another message and they said that my address does not exist! What? Are they kidding or what? It does exist! If they don't believe me then they should check Google maps or something! Ridiculous people!

Well, I sent it "Priority Mail 2-Day" an May 6, 2016. It is now May 11 and the "tracking" link still reports that it at the same location that it was May 6, 2016 at 8:39 pm.
When planning to mail it I checked on line and found that "Priority Mail 2-Day" would cost $6.45. When I got to the post office I was told that 2-days was not guaranteed. For an additional $16. or so I could get 1-day "Money back Guarantee". What good is that? I stuck with the "Priority Mail 2-Day".
It is now 5 days and it is still sitting.
I get the feeling that the only thing that is guaranteed is that if you don't pay the extra money, it is guaranteed that it won't get there as "hinted".

That is exactly the point. Express with a tracking number costs more. Priority is NORMALLY a two day service. It is first in line to go, but it travels by truck. Express with a tracking number is airmail, that is why it is guaranteed and costs more. Media and parcel post are last to leave thus they are cheaper but take longer. You get what you pay for.

I am very dissappointed and frustrated with the USPostal service. Our Mail carrier refuses to deliver packages, to our residence with the following excuse:" Our residence is supposedly more than half a mile away from the road, I ordered something online and requested the parcel to be delivered to my residence got a confirmation number etc and the packages were not delivered instead I found a pink slip in my mail box I should pick up the package at the post office which is 6 Miles away and I don't drive. We have three residences on the property, and all have the same problem. Packages have been found on the road, vandalized mail boxes etc, we have complained at the call center, Then got a rude phone call from a carrier supervisor who now says he would have to come out and measure the distance from the mail box to the residence. Online on the other hand I can request a re-delivery, so we are so far my landlord will move the mail boxes into the drive way. I still do not have my packages because they are not bringing the packages not fitting in the mail box, why would I as a customer have to pick up parcel, when shipping is paid for to my physical address. I am so far I will contact, the USPS office in Washington DC if this will not be resolved in a manner that it is to a satisfaction of all parties involved. Or we will contact the Media about the bad service we receive. So far I have spoken to the call center, and to two supervisors and still don't have my parcel. And no resolution. I requested a re-delivery for the second package and wait for the carrier supervisor to come out and measure the distance. It is one thing to back up an employee but not giving a crap about customers is the worst.
