driver/delivery
I have had nothing but problems with UPS. I have attached the lengthy delivery scheduling information where the "Driver" has been requesting day after day that the package be held at UPS facility which is not what I wanted or requested yet it is put into the system as "receiver requested" but that is a lie, I never requested that and the reason for my daily calls to speak to UPS Managers. The driver shouldn't be allowed to make a request for the receiver in which he has NEVER attempted a delivery. I filed a formal complaint on the driver on Monday December 4th because he came to my street (passed my house to next corner) and parked with a young lady in the front seat but never got out of the truck. I watched from my window for a moment but when I heard him start up the truck and still never came from inside, I approached the vehicle for my package where I had my online printout in hand and the driver immediately became very nasty, was belligerent and cursing stating he didn't have to get out of the vehicle to deliver my package that he didn't have it unless I provided him ID. I showed him my paperwork stating delivery was to be made and said by time you bring my package to door I will be back down with drivers license but didn't see why that was necessary since I did have my printout handy, upon which he again began cursing again saying I could be anyone in the building and that he now had the papers which he didn't return to me along with no written receipt from UPS. I told him I would be calling his supervisor and he stated that's his homegirl (ghetto vernacular for friend) its his hub he was not worried and that I would never receive my packages. I took a picture of his licence plate which is all I could catch as he proceeded to drive away on me and refused to give his name or badge number. The picture is fuzzy but I am sure you can make it out (88807-7A)I filed 2 complaints immediately one for refusing to deliver and the other for stating I would never receive any packages in the future. I was apologized to profusely and told I would get my packages next business day but have continued to get the same run around and blatant lies. Now after a whole week of not receiving my package due to the negligence of others I am being told their is a flag on my account that NO packaged will be delivered now or in future because a MAN is harassing the driver from my address. Again a blatant lie and not quite sure how they could get away with that as the driver has not been back to my address since that first interaction between himself and I on Monday the 4th of December so how is their now since Friday the 8th a flag on my address? This is malicious and will not be tolerated as these items came from my account manager at Wayfair who has also reached out to UPS corporate for a resolution to these shenanigans to which they also apologized and said I would have the package by Friday night without issue (I have also attached that email. I am in no frame of mind to now deal with customer service reps as they are all in cahoots with the company they work for and I am disgusted and quite frankly blown away by the process and malicious manner in which Supervisors have dealt with this as they should be able to see for themselves the disservice that is taking place here. This driver should not be an employee and the continued delay of my deliveries should be rectified in a timely fashion, having the flag removed. I do not understand how I could be told by Mangers all week also in email attached that my delivery would come Friday only then to be told there is a mysterious flag on an account for made up reasons that are clearly unacceptable. The only issue here is the driver he is not being harassed and quite frankly that is just another excuse being made instead of a solution given because it has been 6 business days that you have held my package without my consent which I think is theft of my belongings. I can be reached via email [protected]@flad.com or via phone [protected] directly to fix this issue your company has falsely created. My account manager would also like to be included on email as he has never experienced anything like this in his history of management. [protected]@wayfair.com. I thank you in advance for handling this and look forward to an expeditious resolution.
semi drivers
I was driving down Pritchard Rd almost to Cisco. One of your trucks came into my lane causing me to swerve and hit the curb. It busted two of my tires and two rims. I had to go spend $1200 to get my car drivable again. I understand this is a busy time of year but if I had not been paying close attention, me and my kids may not be here. Luckily our lives were spared. However, I live on a very fixed income and don't have a ton of money just sitting around. So guess what my kids get for Christmas 2 rims and tires for my vehicle. I have lived on Pritchard my whole life and have never experienced the carelessness of the drivers this year.

This package arrived in Edison on 12/3. It was out for delivery a couple of times, but never made it to my porch. No signature is required. Last update was yesterday "in transit". Never saw this update before. Do you think you will ever make it to my house? It arrived from California to Edison quicker that you can get it from Edison to Sayreville. Called your Customer Service center. The man who could barely speak english was no help.

missing packages
Tracked my packages and both times they are missing.
1) One large box was sitting by my mailbox, which is on a very busy street, neighbor text me it was there and when I arrived home, it was stolen.
2) Most recent delivery, the note says it was left near the front door or porch.
This was the same message for the #1 complaint, which it was NOT, it was left by the mailboxes.
Now both are missing, both are from Amazon.
I request ALL my deliveries are left by my door.
shipment returned - driver's mistake made customer's headache
On 11/26/2017, I placed an order for 16 candles from Bath & Body Works (B&BW) and they shipped them to us using UPS. On 12/04/2017, 2 of the candles were delivered to my doorstep. After waiting several days for the others to arrive, I discovered that they had been sent back to B&BW. B&BW had evidently split the order into 2 shipments (due to weight/size restrictions) and the 2nd shipment was returned with the explanation that I had "Refused Delivery". That refusal was marked at exactly the same date and time that the other two candles were delivered - as if the driver left 2 candles out on my doorstep but asked me if I wanted the other 14 and I said, "No."
First of all, I never declined shipment. Second, the shipment did not require signature. My best guess is that the driver forgot the leave the second shipment and when he did realize it, instead of going through the inconvenience of bringing it to me on a second trip, he marked it as refused and returned it.
B&BW is re-sending the candles, but 4 are out of stock and I have to buy other gifts for an office Christmas party that is happening before I will get the other 12. I don't have the candles I ordered even though they were in a truck outside my home at one point, I will not get 4 of the candles that I wanted and were included in the original shipment, I have spent several hours of my time researching what happened and talking with customer service, I have to go shopping for additional Christmas gifts and I have lost confidence in UPS as a reliable provider.
This is a horrible customer experience and for a service company, the driver did not act with the customer in mind. In fact, he lied about the outcome and put the responsibility of figuring out what had happened and how to rectify the situation on me instead of taking ownership for his/her mistake and finding a solution to the problem that he had created. If I had forgotten about the order, it would have just gone away and have been forgotten. I would have expected UPS to catch this issue on their own - two packages delivered to the same home at the same time with one left at the door and the other declined should have at least raised a question.
To make matters worse, I tried to report this directly to UPS but the UPS site doesn't make it clear how to complain and their online tool for sending an email is limited to 500 characters - hardly enough to make a thorough complaint.
lied to all day about the package delivery
I contacted the customer service phone number at [protected] and spoke with a gentleman named Gerome asking when my packege was going to be delivered because it showed on the website that it left the facility at 9 am and was at the facility the day before. I was told my package was going to be d love red before 9 pm the second time I called I was informed that my package is going to be delivered before 7 pm the 3 time I called it was 9 pm I was informed that I will not revive the package until Monday the 11th also the delivery was 2 day air it was supposed to be a birthday present by providing false information to me the customer representative ruined my wife's birthday because we stayed home waiting for the promised package delivery all day. Also all of the conversations are recorded so when I confronted the gentleman about what he said he told me he never said such things I would like UPS corporation to look into this matter and have some kind of solution for my problem when I pay for 2 day delivery I expect it to be here especially when it was out getting delivered and I do not appreciate being lied to so please whoever reads this I ask that you take this matter seriously because I never had this problem with ups especially when it comes to customer service representative lying and the conversations are recorded. Thank you!
delivery
I waited all day yesterday for a package at 7:45 when I had not received I checked the tracking and it said The receiver was not available at the time of the first delivery attempt. A second attempt will be made. That is a lie and also they said there was a tag on my door I checked there was no tag. UGH!
Why do they hire people who lie and are lazy. I called customer service and got the basic speech about sorry we will escalate the matter. Big deal still don't have package! I will never buy anything on line that has to be shipped UPS! I got a package yesterday and today delivered by FEDEX.
arrival date
I hate the ups if i could have chosen another shipping company i would have. They are never on time even if you pay extra. I paid one day shipping and I find out it wont ne comming for another 3 days. When you call all you get is "well were sorry for the inconvenience". Who's gonna pay me for my extra shipping fees. Ups needs to work on accuracy. Ill pay more for usps i know at least ill get my package on time. Avoid ups if you want your package on time they suck!
ups expedited shipping
I ordered product on either Monday or Tuesday, paid $30 EXTRA dollars on top of my already expensive item for 2 day expedited delivery. It arrive in Jacksonville (I live right there) and on Wednesday. No delivery. Thursday. Still no delivery... Freaking Friday and now Saturday... No package what in the heck! I called corporate and they were no help at playing. I even spoke to the supervisor and he literally said he can't do anything. I think this business should be shut down. It is inconsiderate and dishonest for this company to run the way they do. I'm about to go out of the country like... In a few days. I needed that package today at the latest. I'm furious and enraged that whoever controls or Handels this company does not care about it's clients and the disservice they are doing to us all. Especially those who paid an extra $30. All they can tell me is that I have to wait until Monday... When Im out of the country in a few days. This needed to be here TODAY. I I'M SO Mad. I don't know how we can escalate or file a formal complaint against UPS.
did not come by for scheduled pickup
I am returning a package to a business and received the instructions. UPS stopped by on December 7th and left message they will return on December 8th, they did not returned. When I called UPS, the driver reported he stopped by and the package was not available, Untrue! The package had been on the back porch since the late evening of the December the 7th, to be ready for pickup on the 8th. No slip was left stating they had been by. In fact, I was trying to reach UPS around the time the driver indicated he had attempted pickup ( 3:36 p.m.). I could understand them saying the weather was to bad, unable to locate the house or anything other than they stopped by and the package was not ready.
I had to moved the package to the front porch because he was getting wet on the back porch.
dangerous driving
On Friday, December 8, at 16:43, I encountered a UPS driver most likely shortcutting through a low speed, residential neighborhood in the Mount Rainer area of DC/MD. This was specifically at the intersection of Monroe St. & Eastern Ave. where I was stopped at a red traffic light waiting to proceed straight across to 34th St. as the law requires. Your driver pulled up behind me on this two lane road with one lane in each direction. I usually go out of my way to stay left and as far forward as safely possible in case someone wants to turn right on red. This is NOT a requirement, but I try to be courteous and am especially aware of the difficulties of drivers this time of the year.
In this case the driver yelled for me to "move up", which, if he would have been situationally aware, would have been into heavy traffic. At that point I said I would have actually considered moving (which would have been to the sidewalk since it was a narrow lane, not a two lane situation and NEVER would he have asked a car or motorcycle to do the same - I have the same rights and responsibilities as any motor vehicle) if he hadn't been rude and unreasonable. At this point, as I attempted to photograph his plate, he went into the oncoming traffic lane and passed, turning right onto Eastern Ave in front of me.
Either this driver has very unprofessional and dangerous driving skills or your employee training is severely lacking, or a combination of both. My next step is to inform fellow cyclists in the MD State police force of this driver's illegal behavior, but I just wanted to give you a heads up.
jacksonville/green cove springs, florida
Today is 12/8/17... 2 packages were supposed to be delievered on 12/6/17... I called ups customer support and was told the packages had been scanned out and were on a truck to be delievered today. Well, it is now 10pm and still no packages. Ends up that when it's quitting time, it's quitting time and who cares if your packages are late, the driver dropped his truck off with packages still left inside and went home. On top of everything else i am also informed they won't deliver on sat so now I have to wait till Monday for my promised today, already late packages. This is bull crap, I will no longer use ups, don't care if it costs more.
driver of us truck tagged 37609s1
Appropriately 6:00 pm on Friday Dec 8th I was tailgated (followed within two car lengths) on Hwy 101 slightly south of Santa Rosa California by a UPS package truck. In the ten miles leading up to the driver tailgating, we (myself and the driver of the UPS vehicle) navigated through 3 (THREE) different car accidents on HWY 101. The worst place possible for the driver to be following closely, and the driver was doing just that. The driver was following me so closely that for two miles I could not see his headlights in my rearview mirrors. Once the driver passed my vehicle, I watched them then tailgate multiple other drivers. I'm rediculously upset about this; my family is in this vehicle. I highly doubt that UPS would enjoy buying me a new car, or pay medical bills in the possible and probable case of injury to myself or family member of mine, due to the UPS drivers negligence. This needs to be addressed with the driver; whomever was assigned the truck tagged 37609S1 (California Plate)

Prime choice chipped the products from Ottawa to Edmonton using UPS Standard, tracking number 1Z0A89R22041728948; suppose to be delived at residence by end of Dec 6, 2017.
On Dec 6, 2017, UPS tracking information started showing that tracking information that street information is incorrect.
Residence verified with UPS that his address is correct even that UPS did NOT picked up the package on Dec 7, 2017.
UPS just deliver the package when they were free NOT within their delivery standard.
SO, after receiving the package I checked the label that prime choice company attached, which showed the correct address of my house.
My first concern is why UPS lied that street address is Wrong.
I would like to get refund for their bad service for what they lied to me; as I had my appointment made with someone for which I had to buy this stuff locally.
broken contents in package
On 12/8/2017, I received a package from my neighbor down the street. It was addressed to me at 5616 N HILLS DR; RALEIGH, NC 27612. But it was delivered to my neighbor at 5516 N HILLS DR. Upon opening the package, I found the contents (a nice ornamental outdoor snowman) was broken. The snowman's hat was broken in the back and both limbs snapped off. The contents were packed in foam and bubble wrap.
This is the second time I received a package from UPS with damaged contents. It appears to be due to rough handling.
package not delivered

delivery service/driver
I've had numerous packages delivered via UPS and recently begin having issues with one driver who would place my package in my driveway, at the foot of my porch stairs, behind my car, and recently on 12/07/2017 drive up the street make a u turn and drive off at a scheduled delivery time as i watched ( that package was never delivered to me and signed for by another person- i've never had to sign for packages from this company before. Tracking number 1Z0476YW03923610G8) I have no pets and live in a cul de sac with well spaced homes so there couldn't have been a failure to locate the address. Even tho the company refunded my payment i'm not to keen on ordering items if they have to be delivered using UPS.
driver ran over my dog
on monday dec.4th Jim(my normal driver) ran over my dog(Jade) in my driveway. i live at 827 State hwy H, Forsyth, MO 65653. my driveway is about 200 ft long. about 50 feet from the house the dogs always run out to meet everyone. Jim always drives too fast up or drive. after running over my Jade jim did not even stop, even with the yelping. i ran to the dog and jim waited at the house for someone to sign for package. he said "sorry" as he drove by on his way out. i took my dog Jade to the vet immediately. Jade had to be put down the next morning. Jim has been our driver in this area for a long time and everyone that he talks to knows how much Jim hates dogs. Jim hasnt even returned to see how Jade was.
I feel like i should be reimbursed for all the vet costs. It is not going to bring my baby back but it is the right thing to do. the total bill was $448.48. I have no way to send invoice but i can have the vet do it monday if you can let me know where to send it.
Thanks for your help

driver forged my signature — not once, but twice!!!
I have already reported both incidents to UPS and was told I would get a call back within the hour. No one has ever called me.
My first incident was when a UPS driver left 2 valuable packages OUTSIDE my office. When I reported it, I was told someone from the Uvalde, TX office would contact me. The driver not only left my packages unattended and unsecured, he forged my signature.
The second incident was when a UPS driver tossed a valuable package through the wrought iron fence at my school. AGAIN...unsecured and AGAIN, forged my signature.
I have been more than patient awaiting reply for someone, and I will not be ignored.
Forgery is a felony. If I am not contacted within 24 hours, I will be seeking legal action.
package delivery
I ordered a Christmas tree from Home Depot.com it was scheduled to be delivered by UPS December 1, 2017 only half of it arrived four days late .I have been on the phone with Home Depot and UPS for one whole week I still do not have any end in sight of getting the second half of my Christmas tree due to the incompetence of UPS. I will never use UPS when it is within my power I whole heartedly think that they are incompetent and in capable of doing their job. I am sick of the excuses why my christmas is now ruined.
I’ve already worked with Home Depot they’re awesome they were to give me a partial refund because of the ineptitude of UPS but I want to 12 foot tree and they don’t have a 12 foot tree locally so thank you for the help but yes I’m getting a refund I’m just very disappointed that they’ve ruined my Christmas I have a notary my home has a very large front room and a regular size tree would look ridiculous
I was involved in a vehicle accident with ups, they don't want to even pay for my medical or hospital bills when they ran me off the road and into the median, and they claim its not their fault, they need better drivers.
Was their driver sited for the accident?
Hi Erin. Appreciate making your acquaintance. Hopefully you really don't feel UPS has really "ruined your Christmas, " frustrating as it may be. The simple solution is to work directly with Home Depot. Calmly but professionally explain to them that you haven't received your entire shipment and, because the product is seasonal, you would like a refund and they can have the portion back that you have received. Then just pick up a different tree locally.
