driver
hello. I'm concerned about our usual route driver..he's been around for approx 2yrs if not longer and is still terrified of our two yellow labs which he has claimed in the past to be vicious attack dogs. Our FedEx driver or us postal driver have never had a problem with them and they have NEVER attacked or bitten anyone. Our dogs do have access to go outside at will and have free range of the yard but do abide by an electric boundary. This driver is by no means in any danger but I'm afraid he will eventually claim otherwise. I do have him on video leaving our packages by the the road thus leaving our purchases vulnerable to damage and being stolen. I appreciate your feedback regarding this manner and would hope that this matter can be resolved. thank you.

surepost delivered
I order packages AND pay for delivery. Sometimes UPS gives my package to a local post office that doesn't deliver where I live. So the package gets sent back. Surepost is the dumbest thing your company has ever tried. I hope Amazon starts their own delivery service someday. Also, I'm aware of your $40 per year premium service that I can sign up for that allows me to pay an additional $3.50 to get a package I have already paid to have delivered - what a scam.
a driver
I just encountered one of your rudest drivers. He blocked the road so no traffic could go through -- TWICE. I politely and audibly asked him to move his vehicle over just a bit more, and he just ignored me and took his time. When he moved his truck again, he did nothing to let the four cars behind him pass. In the meantime, traffic was building up behind me and cars were trying to turn around because he blocked the same road, twice, for EIGHT MINUTES. There were openings along the road, he just chose not to use them. This is very frustrating when you are just a block from your house, and have just been through rush hour traffic. I get that driving a truck in a city must be difficult, but you should not obstruct the road.
I have attached two photos: one shows the truck's license plate (Maryland 2BC2841), and the other shows how my car could not fit through the gap the driver left.
I sincerely hope something is done to help this driver park effectively while doing his job, so he doesn't obstruct rush hour traffic, or traffic in general, more.
urgent! termination required - truck driver ran me off the road and almost ran me offer
To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Eddie S. Today, 11/14/17 at approximately 10 am in San Jose, California, a UPS 2-trailer truck driver taking the exit ramp from 101-N to 880-N nearly ran my car over and then dangerously ran me off the road onto the shoulder. This is an extremely serious matter that put my life in danger and the driver needs to be terminated immediately! The licence plate on the back trailer was "P113645" and I was only able to get the last digits of his front license plate from my rear-view mirror. It had an "Amazon" title on the license plate and the last 2 digits were "XXXXX-80."
I was in the exit lane of 101-N exiting onto the 880-N and the truck driver cut me off and inserted his 2-trailer truck in front of me, and with 2-trailers I couldn't fall behind or else his truck would run me and my car over. I honked to let him know I was there but he kept going. I honked 10 times and he ignored me. I waved my hand out the window to let him know I was there or else he would have ran me over, killing me! It wasn't until the car behind him also started honking that he stopped and realized his mistake. And what's worse, once he realized I was caught in the shoulder he continued to honk at me, yell at me, and flip me the middle finger. He had no remorse for what he did. He continued to follow me when we made it off of the exit ramp onto the 880-N, he then cut me off again and threw a small hard item out the window that hit my windshield. I believe it may have been a coin or a small pebble.
He put my life in danger and may have caused damage to my vehicle. Not only was there debris on the shoulder that I was forced to drive onto because of your driver, but he may have also damaged my windshield. I will be taking my car to a shop to ensure no damage was done. If any damage was done, your driver and your firm must be held accountable.
He put my life in danger by almost running my car over and forcing me to run onto the shoulder. I was in danger and worried for my well-being.
The licence plate on the back trailer was "P113645" and I was able to get the last digits of his front license plate from my rear-view mirror. It had an "amazon" title on the license plate and the last 2 digits were "XXXXX-80."
I will be checking in regularly to ensure that that driver is both disciplined and terminated.
I await your immediate response. My email is [protected]@gmail.com.
Regards,
Mr. Eddie S.
import billing
We wrote 3 checks COD for an import order on October 18. We gave those checks to the driver that dropped off our packages. Anytime we get an import we are expected to give the driver a check with absolutely ZERO documentation from the drive. No waybill, no proforma, nothing. All three checks cleared our company bank account on October 24. UPS still shows the bill as outstanding and now past due. I called on November 7th to question the issue and after being shuffled through 4 different departments, finally got someone in international billing who told me that she saw the where the bill had been paid, but the payment hadn't been posted to our account but should be posted by Friday, November 10. Today, November 14, I called international billing directly. I was told they could do nothing unless I took the time to go to my bank, get a copy of the front and back of the cancelled checks and submit them. I explained that it would take 4-6 weeks to get that from my bank and that it would cost me money. The person I spoke to expressed much disbelief and did everything short of calling me a liar. I explained that the bank sent copies of the front of cancelled checks with my statement and I would be happy to send those to her along with the cover page of my bank statement. I was very curtly told that was no good and she would have my "representative" call me but there was nothing else she could do. It would take 48 hours for my representative to call. I joked that it took 48 hours to get a call back but she didn't believe it took 4-6 weeks to get a cancelled check sent to me. She told me to stop being rude. Absolutely horrible customer service, horrible import issues. I avoid using UPS for imports (much of my business) for this exact reason.
delivery drop off
My name is Connie Prevatt. A UPS driver just dropped off my package just at the road instead of bringing to my house as usual... It is 350 ft from house to where package was left. There is no reason why he did this... We have a circle drive for anyone to use. This happened about 10:50 this morning. We were sitting on porch ad he dropped off heavy package. My address is 4155 Snell Road Bartow FL... 33830...
Thank you for checking on this...
my box was damaged
The box so that I would be able to return my Zoll Life Vest Deffibulator was damaged. The items that were included in the box were wrinkled and in disarray. There's even a hole in the box, which begs the question how will I be able to return the items I needed to return. This type of service is very unacceptable and someone should be held accountable.
delay in parcel (transcript) progress
The parcel(transcript) was sent on my behalf by my school and the intended destination is Toronto Canada. According to the information available as regards to the package progress on the tracker it left Lagos on the 8th of November and arrived Louisville, KY, US on 10th of November. Four days after arriving Louisville the status has not changed. This is a big source of concern . Kindly treat as urgent. The tracking number is W5218782670. You can send me a feedback on [protected]@yahoo.com. Thanks
service
I went to the UPS on Weems lane in winchester, Va on Monday November 13th. I was very upset over the service I received by your attendant. It all started when I received a paid return label for Fed Ex to return an over range Microwave. I found it quite funny that I was unable to purchase a large box from the Fed Ex store and the attendant suggested that I went to UPS to purchase the box and then bring them the package and they will ship it. Upon arriving at the UPS I was greeted by a gentleman who, after I explained my situation, offered me all the help I needed. He came out to my truck and measured the microwave for me and offered me the right size box that I would need. I spent close to $40.00 for the box and the packing noodles . Everything was great until I asked the female attendant for a strip of tape so I can secure the box. All I needed was about 22 inches to secure the bottom of the box. She told me that they were in the business to make money and that I would have to purchase the tape also. I don't know, I just think that a person spends $40.00 for a cardboard box I don't think I would deny them a piece of tape. I by no mean was trying to seal the entire box. All I was trying to do was tape the bottom so that I can put the microwave in the box. I ridiculed Fed Ex all the way to the UPS store for their actions yet on the return trip I was more upset at UPS.
delivery driver
11/13/17 On 3rd St in Jamestown NY and the ups truck driver with the plate number of 49221 JV came flying up beside me as I was parked nearly hit my car with my two year old in the back seat then continued on to park half way out in the road and in a handicap spot. Now, I understand packages are supposed to be delivered at a certain time I receive packages by UPS all the time and customers can get impatient with their orders, but this guy needs to slow down before he seriously injures someone.
broken tv
I had a package shipped from NC to OKC and the box was literally purchased right before shipping. I even paid to have additional insurance added because of the value of the product. Once the product arrived in okc, there box was so damaged and all of the contents were completely shifted. The box even had holes on the bottom. It even stated in large letters that the contents were Fragile but they did not adhere to that. The delivery person didn't even bother to knock when they dropped off the package and I believe they did that to avoid my reaction because the package looked so horrible. I had shipped through ups before with no problems but this time it was as though damage was done intentionally. The tv in the box was secure when shipped but arrived completely broken. I contacted ups to let them know and they told me that because I didn't keep the box intact and had threw away the packing material, they refused to investigate. Personally, I feel as though I am entitled to compensation because the tv was practically brand new with the plastic still on it and when I got it from them, it was unsalvagable. I wouldn't have even paid for the additional insurance had I known they wouldn't replace my items if they arrived damaged. I will NEVER use them ever again and I will let everyone know how terrible the service is. Basically $260 down the drain.
customer service
Mr. Simmons came into the office to drop off a package at The Holly around 2:30pm on 11.9.17. He used a dolly to bring in 8 packages. He asked if we could sign for the packages, we informed him we would and we would like him to move the packages into the General Managers office. He did not respond. Jere Mitchell the GM asked if he had her package that he could leave it with us. Mr. Simmons informed us that he does not drop packages off in the office, and he leaves the packages in the front and will not move the boxes to the office. He then left.
We had to move these items ourselves.
delivery service
We have a gate to keep cattle out. It is clearly posted on the gate to always close it. UPS did not shut the gate. Twice. This led to cattle damaging our landscaping. The UPS driver also often just leaves the package at our gate, unprotected from the elements and on our neighbors property. We once found a UPS package many months later blowing around our neighbor's property. They have also delivered our packages, on several occasions, to the ranch next door. The service provided by this UPS driver is atrocious. We can't get his name, but my husband followed the UPS truck last time and he, again, left the gate open. This particular incident happened on 9-8-2017.
delivery
I've been sitting in the house all [censor]ing day and when I go out to walk my [censor]ing dog there's a [censor]ing note outside. Not even on my [censor]ing apartment door. Outside my [censor]ing building. If your lazy [censor]ing employees can't do their jobs then maybe they can find one where they can sit on their worthless [censor] playing with their limp [censor]. I paid for two day delivery for a [censor]ing reason.
delivery service
I ordered an item on line so I would not have to carry it home. It arrived on Saturday and I was not at home. I live in a secure building. A notice was left for me to pick it up at 1837 SW Fifth Avenue.
The tracking # is 1Z 3AE [protected].
I initially thought it was the UPS store on Fifth and Columbia. I knew they had parking if I was not able to carry it.
I walked to the suggested destination to find the packages there (#2). They have no parking available. The packages weighted about 30# and were awkward. So I had a dilemma. How to get them to my home? I could have driven but with no place to park at the Portland State Campus; that was not an option. I called a cab, but they had no drivers available. So I attempted to carry them home.
It was six blocks down and 2 blocks over. I am a 72 yo woman. It took more than an hour to walk with numerous stops to rest my aching arms.
I called to express my concern and the person said "I apologize." But there was no action plan. "It is at the driver's discretion."
My concern is this a new process for UPS. Usually there is a 2nd and often a 3rd attempt to deliver. Or a note asking for a convenient time.
I do not think the driver showed discretion. He knew how heavy the boxes were. He probably knew there was no parking at that UPS location.
I am stunned at this discourteous encounter with UPS. I would like some action taken.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely yours,
Karen A Zwickert

ups ground having item held at the ups center for pick up
I am writing in regard to tracking numbers 1z958e430359201429,
1z958e430360667835. I see that since they say delivered I can no longer see the tracking history, so I will provide it.
I went into the ups shipment center, ups building 650 n commercial rd, palm springs, ca, 92262 on thursday 2nd of november. I provided the tracking numbers and asked if the items can be held for pick up (In fact they were already at the facility according to the arrival scan for november 2nd. The very helpful gentleman took down my information and telephone number. The reason I wanted it held was so I could pick it up, as they most likely would not be able to deliver friday (As it was gay pride see below), I asked if they could contact me when the shipment arrived. He put this all in the system and told me it would be taken care of.
Sadly on the saturday 3rd I was unable to get to the ups center, as it was an extremely busy day (Which is why I wanted my merchandise) since it was gay pride in palm springs and the stage for entertainment is right outside our door. I did not receive a call and so I assumed that the items were delayed.
Monday 6th I went in and he was unable to locate the packages as I did not have the tracking number with me. Yesterday (Tuesday the 7th) I went back in the afternoon and the guy virtually gave me my boxes without the need for a tracking number!? Prior to this in my earlier visits, I had given the name of our business, the name of my partner and also my name (Which actually was on the mailing stamp) along with the address, see photo... I even tried our account number r43891 as I couldn't locate the tracking number, so my question is why did this happen? Why wasn't I contacted and naturally I am extremely upset to have lost business over the items in the shipment. I am very unhappy with the situation and I want it to be logged that as a small business owner I feel extremely let down.
It is not like the boxes were small, as you can see in the photographs.
It is not good for a small business owner to lose money this way, it is hard enough as it is competing with the bigger stores and online, I would like to know how ups might improve on this and also make sure it doesn't happen to me again.
failure to deliver and the lack of response from customer services when telephoned
Tracking number is 1Z415FA76898094779.
Tracking information indicates First attempt delivery made 1st Nov and item taken back to depot. I telephone Amazon to query this and their advisor is told by UPS that Driver indicated that note on door said resident would collect from depot (35 miles away). That was false information. A reschedule of delivery was made either for the 3rd or at the latest, 6th Nov. Due to concerns, it was agreed that a signature would be required.
No delivery was made on those dates but tracking indicated out for delivery on the 7th. I changed my plans due to the change in date to ensure i was available to sign for the parcel. Just after mid day I checked the tracking
information and it indicated that an attempt had been made about 20 minutes earlier, but no one was in to sign. I telephoned UPS straight away and was told someone would get back to me within the hour. No one did.
I telephoned again and this time I am told that the package has been been left at my ' designated access point' a shop some 2 miles away. I have never given any such access point. The delivery was to my home address and I was present to sign.
I complain and I request to speak to a manager about the lack of deliveries. I am told they are all too busy but one will phone me back within the hour. That does not happen.
I phone again and ask for a phone call or an email from a manager so I can fully outline the problems and get my item delivered. No such call or email received.
The item has now been cancelled via Amazon and I have reported my concerns to Amazon as to the apparent lies and bogus deliveries.
For completeness, no carrier cards have been left.
I am extremely perturbed at the lack of service demonstrated both by the driver or drivers and the customer care team managers who simply ignored my requests for clarification. That is not the standard of care I would expect.
I would ask UPS to confirm what exactly happened on the 2 delivery dates. The driver or drivers will be identifiable and the location of the vehicle can be determined. I think you will find the vehicle never entered my street.
I am furious that I changed my plans and had my day ruined chasing a delivery as well as being kept waiting for call backs that never materialised. And of course I am without the item i ordered at the end of October.
Shameful service from all parties concerned. A full and frank explanation of what occurred would be appreciated. That relates to both the delivery and the lack of call backs.
I look forward to a full response.
truck # 155483
Truck # 155483 pulled out in front of me today to the point I had to slam on my breaks not to hit him. He was pulling out of Washington Heights Medical Center in Westminster, MD. As a blew my horn at him he then proceeded to blow his horn back at me and gave me the middle finger. I had my 12 year old daughter in the car with me who could have been seriously hurt due to his negligence, then had to see a vulgar hand signal. This is absolutely unacceptable and anyone with this temperament and lack of driving ability should not be driving a truck for UPS or any other company that wants to have a good reputation.
inappropriate conduct while representing ups
You have an employee who is verbally attacking women on his facebook post wearing your company apparel. This is unacceptable and I will make sure that I contact the proper authorities to handle this matter. If this is how your employees represent your company I will personally ask my company to use a different shipping source because Link Fisher behavior is unacceptable.

a driving
There was a school bus stopped on the right side of street with the bus driver standing simi in the middle of road to let the kids cross the street and as the kids were half way crossing the street a UPS driver license plate number 53373R1 (black male driver ) drives up on the left side of school bus wrong side of school and the bus driver tells him to wait he yells at the bus driver and speeds on by. I don't believe he is cautious while driving and put kids and people at danger .
