I live in Blacklick Ohio 43004 area. We have a regular UPS driver for deliveries. I had a package delivered to my house on Saturday the driver didn't knock nor ring my doorbell to notify me he was at my door. I was expecting the package so when I looked outside of my bedroom window I saw the driver getting ready to pull away I tried banging on my window to get his attention but he didn't hear me I then ran downstairs open the garage door got in my car to try and find him he was no where in site. I called customer service to ask if the driver could come back the agent said they will try to get a hold of him and will call me back in an hour that never happened I had to call back 2 hours later. After reaching another agent they told me I would have to wait the next business day. Monday comes along the driver shows up at my door I'm outside waiting on him and believe it or not he walked up to my door with no package in hand just a pamphlet. He looked shocked seeing me standing there waiting on him. He realize he didn't have the package so he told me to hold on as he walks back to his truck to get the package. After looking for about 5 minutes he ask me what is he looking for I told him a Verizon package. He told me he couldn't find it. Now this is the same driver that came to my house on Saturday so the package should be in his truck because I'm sure he didn't unpack his deliveries. I called customer service again to explain what happened the agent said the package might be on another truck for delivery highly unlikely but OK. So I waited until end of day delivery yes, you guess no package. The tracking number however still said delivery date 11/6/2017. Tuesday comes along and the delivery changes to 11/7/2107 so I waited being patient before making another call to customer service. After the schedule delivery time has past the tracking information change to delivery time unavailable. I called customer service to see if my package has been stolen the agent tells me the package is at a UPS facility. I feel this driver intentionally drop my package off at the facility because I complain about his imcompentence. If the driver can't take responsibility of his actions or poor performance of rushing off and not knocking or ringing the doorbell to notify homeowners he should not be a UPS driver. As far as the Customer service agents giving customers the run around is bad business just be honest and save everyone's time. Now I have to drive out my way to pick up a package that I should have received Saturday 11/4/2017 because the driver wanted to get home and probably watch the football game. This may seem very small to you but tell that to a 15 year old who I had to explain why he didn't receive his phone on his Birthday. STOP BAD BUSINESS AND CORRECT THE DRIVERS BEHAVIOR

Received my package today and it was opened. This is the second time ups has allowed hateful and evil people in my building to take a look at what was in my package. Is that what ups is doing now? So they get to know whats in my package, then they are happy. Some women just dont have lives, cant worry about themselves and their miserable and frustrated life.

Ups took possession of my package on the 25th with a delivery date of the 31st with the surepost. On the 29th it showed in my hometown Fort Worth Tx with no update for 3 days. I called and was given the run around on the 3rd I was finally notified my package was in California. Now I haven't received any word and lack of help from all ups associates

There is a delivery truck in Robinson, IL 62454 with the license number 31817 that is very unsafe. This driver has been seen multiple times not actually stopping at stop signs, or very slight stops without looking while on the phone. The driver also does not even look when turning they just fly through the turn and have almost hit people and do not use a turn signal. He also speeds at least 10 mph over the limit every time I have been behind him. I am very upset that someone like that is driving in my town especially near a school because he is going to hurt someone. No one should take the responsibility of driving that unprofessionally and so dangerously.

Hello. I encountered a UPS delivery employee (NJ XY495D in the area of green Hill Manor Drive at approximately 10:10am) came around his vehicle when he crossed the street I was passing. He did not provide any gesture he was about to cross the street and proceeded without regard to traffic. I abruptly stopped my car when he displayed a threatening body language towards me. I allowed him to cross without provocation. He then gave words of profanity towards me. I had my 9yr old son in the car with me who heard his obscene language. I am disappointed at his lack of professionalism he displayed.
ATT sent a cable box next day shipment to me, as my cable box was broken, The representative marked specifically that it was a drop and go, as I work afternoons/evenings. UPS left a notice on my door that they could not leave the package. when I called their call center they said that there was nothing that they could do, and it would be delivered next available day (2 days later) So much for overnight delivery. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they were to busy and would call within 2 hours, Well, of course no call. So today, item is to be delivered. I hear something on my steps and open the door, notice from UPS they they were unable to deliver, driver gone. No knock, and the item is still drop and go. I called UPS again and the employee took the report and assured me that someone would call. I told her unacceptable, as last time I heard that no one called. I did get a call back, and the supervisor told me the driver would attempt to come back around and leave my package. So another day wasted waiting for UPS. Worst Customer Service

i have had terrible experiences with UPS. They have violated my trust and I have told them to leave packages at the fence and please dont come onto my property, but they contiually violate that and it is always the same person. He complained about my mini pincer (a 7 lb dog) barking and biting him and that is why i told him to stay off my property. Eventually, my dog died a horrible death. I can only "suspect" that this person who works for UPS poisoned my dog. over the past 10 years, whenever something is delivered by UPS it shows up broken or somehow damaged. I had to re-order a part for my oven 4 times! because it kept showing up damaged and the sellers finally told me that they would not sell me another part that I had to find it somewhere else. I bought $800 worth of marine batteries from Cabela's and this time went to the UPS loading dock to pick them up because I did not want UPS to drop off my batteries and the guy who brought my batteries out had them stacked on a dolly and just dumped them on the floor, causing them to roll across the floor and one of them would have rolled off the stair landing had I not ran around to catch it. These batteries are about 50lbs each and he laughed about it. I did not think it was funny. We are held hostage in Grand Coulee, WA to this delivery person who has no respect for other people's property. He drives past my house like a maniac, obviously exceeding the speed limit on my residential street in his brown UPS truck. something has to be done about this UPS driver, but I do not know how to handle it except to try and get a different shipper.

I have a next day air delivery for friday. When check the package it was loaded for delivery since 7:30 am but I did not receive it friday night. When call I was told if not delivery on time they will deliver the next day. Today saturday morning I check the tracking and it said end of day on monday. I made several call to customer service but no one seem to help. What am I going to do? I really need this package.

It was November 2nd 2017 at approximately 8:20pm. I just crossed the toll booth at the GWB from NJ to NY. All toll lanes funnel into 3 lanes, at that point a UPS truck into merging into my center lane. He doesn't slow down to give the right of way although he's trying to get into my lane. I had to speed up to 60 mph to get away from him pinning me against another truck on my left. I thought I was going to die.
Then up ahead he has the guts to swerve in n out of his lane to scare me. I swerved several time into my lane. I was very nervous so my partner took out her camera to record his behavior. Unfortunately, it was night and the camera didn't pick out his truck or trailer number. When the UPS driver realized we were had on phone in hand he slowed down enough to fall behind and stop chasing us.

Ups had an order idol for 32 hours because it wasn't supposed to be here before today. If you all had 32 hours of time to keep something going, why wasnt it? You all are never here on time other then when i pay an extra $20 to have something shipped next day. If I had a choice, I would never have a product shipped through ups. Id choose the USPS over ups any day.

I have experience nothing but miserable experience with UPS.
The courier left the building 10 minutes ago and I called UPS and talked to a call representative, they told me they will page the courier to come back to pick up the package before 4PM PST time.
I am been waiting until now and it is 6:10PST time, no call, no courier came.
I don't know what has been done, I have had several complaints about UPS service and I feel there is no improvement for the past year. I will now refuse to use UPS further for any shipments as I am not getting the service that I am supposed to be getting but I have to pay you for the shipments!

I had a package delivered from Macy's. The package contained pots and pans and is heavy. I live on the 3rd floor and have limitation on the amount of weight that I can carry. When I did not see it delivered by Friday night I went in an tracked it. It had been left by the mail box. The tracking said that it had been delivered to my door. I live on the 3rd floor and I am 73 years old. I spoke with customer service on Saturday Oct 28th and they said that I would receive a call on Monday. I received a call that a driver would come and bring the package up to my door. The driver was a no show. I contacted Customer service again on Oct 31st 2017 and was told that a driver would come and rectify the problem. with customer service' A driver again did not show. When emptying my garbage about 5:15 pm when returning through the back locked gate I noticed a UPS info tag saying that a second attempt would be made tomorrow. The intercom to enter is on the east side not the west side.
I spoke again with customer service and they called the local UPS. The local representative was very snarky and said that I needed to get a neighbor to help me bring the package up 4 sets of 8 stairs. I rejected that suggestion. I also explained that my My Choice UPS profile has the code to use to enter through the gate.

Checked my email and got a notification saying my package was attempted to be delivered which is a lie. No note left at my door or anything. My address is clear and I even attempted to add my phone number to get text alerts but there was an error on the webpage. What's the compensation for this consistently crappy service?! I hate this service. It makes no sense to hire drivers that lie and don't even attempt to get packages delivered. You drivers literally ruin days!

Hi, I got an estimated delivery time for a wine shipment between 2-6pm. I waited until 8 pm and, then, talked to your customer service and they told me that those times are just estimates and delivery time is really until 11:59 pm. This is of of course completely unacceptable as in California you have to perform a service within a 4-hour window. This is very frustrating, especially because there is no recourse. All this took place on October 30 and I finally received the package at 8:20 pm. A refund would be appropriate. Tracking no is 1ZV8X934A894328141. It seems to me that you do not have enough drivers to deliver the packages that you are committing to deliver. Perhaps you should hire some more.

I have been lied to and greatly inconvenienced by having rearranged my schedule to be available to receive the promised package. I dont know who the driver is but he has delivered my package to the wrong address 3times now. It is being dropped off at my neighbors house. He delivered my package yesterday on 10/26. I dont have a tracking number to give i threw the box away. Im kinda getting tired of this happening it is my medication that is in the package that we are dealong with.

There were two boxes that were supposed to be delivered at the same time but somehow only one of them was marked to return to the sender... Why? Why the [censor] is that?
I called 7 times asking for help and got passing around to so many different ppl. I was promised a bunch of lies. They lied by telling me that my case will get escalated and that someone will call me back within an hour - no one never called me back nor did they work on the escalation on my request.
I've called again 2 more times and begged them not to return my package to the sender, they promised me they won't but that was also a lie. At the end, one of my packages got delivered to me this morning, but the other one was still sent back to the sender.
I got frustrated and I asked them why? And what happened? They told me they didn't see any notes regarding the escalation, they can't do anything about it now that the pckage got sent back to the sender. I will need to call the sender and deal with it on my own.
Throughout this whole screwed up, no one from ups was held accountable, nothing was escalated to upper management. Ups will continue having horrible customer service and their drivers will continue to mess up customers orders.
I wish that I can request/choose a different carrier like (Fedex) every time I make an online purchase. I've had so many bad experiences with ups, the list is long and endless
missing package
Package says it was delivered to outside porch yesterday, I never received it. Called local UPS this morning and have talked to a few different drivers, was given a few different addresses they thought it could have been dropped off at by accident. Went to those addresses but the people at both of them sad they did not have it. Need to leave town and need the package for a wedding that is out of town. Would like it over-nighted if found (to Taylor Marchese 709 8th Ave Council Bluffs, IA 51501). I need to have it by Saturday afternoon for a wedding. If it is not located and cannot be to me by then, I would like to request a refund. Would also like to be informed as soon as possible if it is or is not located so I know if I need to go out and get something else before the wedding. I buzz the bell for the delivery. Driver to come in .He unloaded 4 box in the hall he didn't come in the second door while i was buzzing for him to enter he turn and left . I live on the first floor and I have a mobilty disability there are 8 steps to my door.Every delivery that I received has brought my items to my door. I paid 149.00 and was assured my package would be delivered by 3pm Oct 24, 2017. I was also assured twice that I would receive a return phone call on where to pick up my package. My address was not incorrect. The driver never entered the building. The package was to be delivered to 4588 paradise blvd. abq, nm 87114. There is not a ste # or apt # I am the only Teena Tafoya in the building. The driver did not ask security to find me. I am very irritated that your companies customer service is very lacking when customers pay good money to have packages delivered on a certain day. Fed ex will be my choice in the future. I will also take to social media to voice my experience with UPS today.

Their system shows incorrect status and my shipper refuses to give me a refund. UPS has a problem with the drop off location vendor but instead of calling them to resolve the issue they just reference their system status. Poor customer service! Do not use UPS!
