me and the supervisory relationship
That makes me uncomfortable that on Tuesday 8/29/17 I didn't got a lot volume out of my trucks at the very end, just the erays and Bing telling me "Dalia hurry up hurry up..." like that I'm not doing my job. And that's what I was doing. I was cleaning the erays and load it in the middle
On 8/31/17 I didn't work because I wasn't feeling really well. At the beginning of the day before we start I told Clay they better leave me alone all day doing my job without yelling me because they have been rude with me and I don't want them to be rude telling me to don't stack up or to hurry up with attitude like that I'm not a hard worker, then make me feel more bad depressed.
On 9/1/17 at the beginning of the day I asked Bing please can you move the roller all the way to the front out of my way? He told me not, I told Clay about that, he told me he's gonna do something, he went to talk to Bing and Bing went through me yelling me the roller is gonna stay there. I just told him ok so they can see. Next, about 6am it was really slow, the belt was empty, I was stand up waiting for the rest because I didn't got nothing out of my trucks except one that got too many packages from the same place that go on the same spot and I was trying to hold them out of the truck to see how big or small they gonna be & make sure the rest they gonna fit. But Clay was little rude telling me to load them now. Then about 8:30 the trucks were getting really full, I got a lot volume out of the truck and Bing got upset because the truck was getting full like the packages wouldn't fit and complaining that I don't know how to load just because I put them on my way when is getting full. There's so they can see and they don't understand that sometimes I have to stack out. And because he keeps saying the same thing over and over yelling me like that he wants to fight, I just interrupted him talking to me without letting him finish talking to me like, "ddddd" and then he sent me home and was fine with me so they can have fun with that volume without me and nobody is good hard worker like me moving really fast
Start time was 3:15am and I finished by 9:05pm arguing with Bing
Next, they have been rude like that with me for awhile and one time the packages from a different belt were falling down on my way, I just let them to fall and keep loading the rest of my trucks because if I quit I gonna start having a lot volume in all my trucks and we don't want that. Next, because it was getting late, Clay yelling me that why I have all that volume out, I told him because the the packages that aren't mine are falling down on my way and he keeps yelling me that I don't have any reason to stack out. They always treat me really bad like that I'm not doing my job. Also at the very end when we only have smalls on the belt I keep the erays out of the trucks so I can load the smalls on the right spot but the supervisors yelling me to load the erays now and then they gonna start complaining that I don't put them on the right spot. I'm trying to figure out who can help me transfer to a different location.
Thank you!
I feel feel like that I want to get transfer to the Austin building to be more safe
truck driver
Your truck driver took issue with my turning in front of him to make a right-hand turn when I had plenty of room. He proceeded to pull around me and then run me into the opposite lane with oncoming traffic . After proceeding through the tolls he proceeded to cut me off by swerving from lane to lane to block my progression. He exhibited the worst case of road rage I have ever witnessed. He carelessly put my safety in jeopardy and I will be reporting this to the state and federal DOT.
The dot # on the truck was 021800. The plate # is from Pennsylvania PT5726G. This incident occurred getting onto the 90 W. New York State Thruway at the transit Road tollbooths. I suggest this incident not be taken lightly as it was real and it was dangerous.
delivery driver in west lafayette, in
9/8/17 truck #166387 at 353 Brown St. around 10:45am in West Lafayette, IN. I was stopped curbside (with my flashers on) for a client to get into my car. Your driver pulls a U-turn and begins backing up to my front bumper. When he was inches from my bumper, I began backing up and honking at him. He yelled gibberish I didn't comprehend as my window was up. I stopped and my client opened the back passenger door to enter when your driver began backing up again. I was forced to back up more while my client, thankfully inside, still had the back door ajar. If I hadn't backed up both times, your driver would have hit my car. Once my client was in, I pulled around with window down to discuss with your driver, but he was hiding inside scanning and my client needed to go. I returned 10-15 minutes later and his truck was still parked there, but no sign of him. I took a picture of his truck number. As I walked back to my car he came out and loudly said, "What's your problem?", his exact words. I told him my problem was
he would've run into my car had I not backed up twice. He said he has a back-up monitor. I told him I'm sure he did, but he still would've hit me had I not backed up. I told him what I was doing was no different than what he was doing right now, and for 15 minutes at that. Then I told him his boss would hear about this because I had to back up while a client was trying to get in my car. I have him a thumbs up and told him, "Good job!", my exact words. He shut up real nice after that. I truly believe your driver was irked that someone was blocking his daily convenient spot for delivering to that location and was deliberately trying to make me back up. Only problem is someone was trying to enter my car. I guess his back-up cam didn't catch that. I'd have backed up plenty for him, no problem, had someone not been trying to get into my car. Your driver is a grade-A [censored] bag...
Sincerely,
Phil Reynolds
driver of the truck
The ups truck was double parked next to an empty space blocking traffic on a two way street . We waited 15 minutes thinking he would move but he ignored us .. After ask the driver to move so we can park at the two car spots he was taking up ..he refused said they can park where they want including a bus stop if they want . I told him I m going to make a complaint he said go ahead I ll give you the number ..he was very rude and unprofessional. They made us and another car wait over half hour before they moved in an area where parking is tough to find in the first place .. I don't know why this ups driver and his partner just hires anybody that think they are ubove the law and think they can double park where they want including empty parking spots . Now I have to worry about sombody like this delivering my packages also .

driver of truck # 674435
While driving north on interstate 24 near Chattanooga on 9/6/17 we had a ups truck driver speeding down route 24west. The traffic was awful due to the pending hurricane and everyone heading north. This driver was out of control and nothing was gonna slow him down. Plate#02078. Truck#674435.
For EVERYBODYS safety, this man needs to be checked out. What a terrible way to ruin a companies reputation. I'm disgusted.
parcel delivery
Terrible service! Both the delivery drivers and phone customer service representatives are shocking.
My parcel (tracking number: 1Z5755816896492152) has been left outside on the street just because door to get to a communal area were locked. Still the status of the parcel was changed to "delivered". Quite frankly the driver could throw it to a been and said it was delivered - it doesn't make much of a difference.
If not honesty of a neighbor I would have never seen £300 worth of tickets!
shipping and receiving
Ups is being completely irresponsible in delivering packages in the FLORIDA area from 9/6/17 forward..ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE EVACUATING AND LIKELY NOT HOME..SO EVERYTHING WILL LIKELY BE DESTROYED BUY THE HURRICANE..I personally have a valued item being dropped off in Palm Beach today...The buyer has not communicated with me and I can assume that they probably evacuated...If so and they try to hold me liable, I will start a class action law suit against ups...There no question or reason why they should be not 100% sure that the person is receiving a package in these circumstances..I'm angry!
delivery of packages
On August 21st I realized I had not received four packages. I went to the web and it stated that it was just delivered to my house I go outside no packages. The next day I called cc and they stated that there was an attempt to deliver and no one was home which was a lie like I explained to the person on the phone had the driver came and no one was home he would have left a tag, there was no tag so she said they could be sent back out and it could take two days i understand that due to the weather probably wouldn't get it till this week so I called today and spoke with someone different and explained the situation and as we talked he's checking the system they never put in the system to redeliver by this time I'm very upset and he tells me that he's going to give my name and number to the manager to call me in an hour here it is four hours later and still no call back. EVERY TIME I USE YOU ALL THERE'S A PROBLEM I MIGHT AS WELL GIVE MY BUSINESS TO FEDEX. AT LEAST THEY DELIVER ON TIME
driver driving on i4
Truck driver driving on i4 east September 2, at 8 pm truck number 121058 driving at high speeds changing lanes coming on to other cars in the lanes he was merging into, and he didn't stop if we hadn't moved it would have been an awful accident and he repeatedly did this multiple times, we actually were forced to go into the side road...so sad he is risking lives driving like this
was not home
September 2, 2017 11:00am I checked my status for my phone delivery it read, " customer not in On first attempt. Will deliver to access point and second attempt will be made tomorrow." I have been home all morning, I have not left my house! It is my work phone, losing business by the minute because this driver LIED and said I was not home. There is not a requirement for a signature, so why wasn't it left at my door? I was told it would be left at my door if there were no answer. However, there was no knock so it never made it to my door. This has happened before. They lie and say you're not available when you're home. I understand that there are a lot of important packages to be delivered, so how are the drivers determining which are more important than the next? It may seem like just a phone but it's how I live. Shame on this driver for lying. I hate UPS.
I too was expecting a replacement phone delivered today using the next day business service. Tracking information indicated that the phone would be delivered on 9/14. Sometime during the day that delivery date was "updated" to 9/15. I called the customer service number who said that the local UPS location would call me within an hour. About 20 minutes later I did receive the call. I was told that the package was at their location and delivery was in fact rescheduled to 9/15. Of course with no better explanation the rep played the hurricane Irma card blaming the storm for the delay. I offered to pick up the package myself explaining that it was my business phone and I needed it immediately. I was told it was not possible for me to pick it up and that I just had to wait for it to be delivered. This infuriated me. Why can't I just pick up my package I asked. The person said because it was on a conveyor belt . Here's an idea. Get it off the conveyor belt and hand it to me. Problem solved. Oh no. We can't do that. Absolutely pathetic.
large shipping trucks
I was driving north I-25 before the Longmont exit, I was in the middle lane and the ups big rig in the right lane. We were side by side, I was about middle of truck trailer. He spots a cop with the cherries on, having pulled over a drive. He proceeds to make a lane change to his left, totally ignoring me, forcing me into the far left lane. Luckily for me there was no one over there. Protect the cop, who was safely on the shoulder and screw the driver on the highway. Thanks UPS. Screwed once more.

tracking of package
Last Monday, I sent out my son's Philadelphia University ID by UPS at the local Staples. Three days later I called UPS and was told that my package was LOST. You did NOT contact me I had to contact you. Then, I was told the next day the package was found and would be personally handled by someone at the Philadelphia site. This was on the 22 of August. It is now Wednesday of the following week. I have been in touch with several customer service workers, three supervisors and, the missing package department. I was not told the investigation was closed! What? My package was not found, how can the case be closed. We went to Staples and received our money back, but in the meantime the last time the package was dealt with was on the 22. I was also tole 4 or 5 times to give you my number and I would be called back by someone within the hour - never happened. This ID is $25 dollars to replace. It has also cost my son not being able to eat on campus for over a week. I hope that someone can help.
insurance is not honored
In April of 2017, I shipped a 55" TV from Texas to Tennessee and had it insured for $2, 000. The TV was damaged and UPS denied my claim stating that the item was not properly packaged and I did not use the "approved" bubble wrap.
1) I actually shipped a 50" TV also the week before and it arrived safe without a single scratch. I packaged the 55" TV even more carefully and it was damaged.
2) No one at the UPS facility where I took the item ever told me anything about using "approved" bubble wrap. Didn't even ask me if I used bubble wrap, which I did.
What is the point of getting insurance with UPS if they are going to dispute every little thing. I have tried to appeal my case, but UPS damage department says the facility where I took the item has to dispute my case for me. When I spoke to them, he says, "well, you can try and take them to court, but it will probably cost you more than the insurance ($2, 000).
I am so disappointed in UPS as a company. The school I work for has used UPS for years and never encountered this problem. I have also used them for personal use and never had a problem until now.
I will be telling my story to all my friends, family, and coworkers. DO NOT SHIP ITEMS WITH UPS--IF THEY ARE DAMAGED, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET REIMBURSED, EVEN IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE!
ups driver
The driver delivering packages in our neighborhood was talking on his cell phone and turned a u-turn at a T- intersection and almost hit my daughter who was crossing the street. (He had his turn signal on and she thought her was turning. But he did the u turn instead.) He said on his phone while driving, "a girl almost walked in front of me" and laughed. We are in Brigham City, Utah. It was today, 8/28/17 at the intersection of 600 East and Bott Ave.
delivery issues
Three days in a row my husband has been at my house all day long waiting for a package to be delivered. This is not the first time the delivery driver stated no one was available. I know for a fact he is not actually trying to deliver the package. I am extremely upset this has happened. I paid for the delivery and because someone does not want to do their job I have to be inconvenienced. My tracking# is 1z30971F0336150669.
I want a resolution asap.

management
Our warehouse had a new training driver for 29 days. His name is Travis Gibson. He did a great job, was polite, prompt, gave great service, clean cut, just a great driver. He was fired on his last day of probation because his socks were too short and the logo didn't show. This action was instigated by a manager in the Reno Sparks Center named Rosemary. Travis has since been reinstated because of my managers complaint to you, but I'd like to add a complaint of my own. I have seen drivers from the Reno Sparks center with tattoos showing, beards, hair in ponytails, not clean shaven, and yet this young man is fired over socks? I personally know a feeder driver in the Reno Sparks enter who has been asking for new uniform shirts for over 2 months because you can see his undershirt through his they are worn so thin. And yet he can't get a new shirt. Why is it that when a company gets big like you guys, management becomes out of control and ridiculous? The real problem in this situation wasn't the young driver, it was the manager who fired him. I have dealt with ups for years. I'm sorry to say you're not the company I dealt with 25 years ago. That was when customer service was the most important thing and being a quality company who treated their employees well mattered.
services not rendered
On 6/14/17 (it was a Wednesday morning) I paid $377. to ship a perishable item overnight from the UPS store located in Missouri City, Texas. The item was going from Texas to Oregon. The item was packaged appropriately. I was informed the item would arrive on Thursday end of the day. My sister (the recipient) was notified by the UPS Store Manager (Amar) from the Missouri City, TX location by email that arrangements had been made for her to pick up the item at a certain location on Friday morning 9:30 am. My sister had to drive out of her way to pick up the item, she reported there as instructed only to find out that the item was not there. She was informed the item was in Portland. She asked if she could drive there to pick up the items and informed she could not because it wasn't allowed. The item did not arrive to my sisters address until Monday (5 days after). The perishable item was ruined and no longer consumable. The perishable item was breast milk. I am requesting for a full refund. I have spoken to several individuals who work for UPS and have been given the runaround. All I get from the UPS staff is that I need to settle the situation will the store manager at the UPS location I went to . I have spoke to Amar the store manager at he informed me that all he can refund me is $122.00. I am requesting a full refund. I didn't get what I paid for. The excuses I have received from Amar is that due to weather conditions and a plane delay the item was not able to arrive on time. I also received informed by a UPS staff member that the item was neglected and that is one of the reasons it wasn't delivered on time. I am furious. I have a copy of the receipt and a copy of the email however I was not able to submit it.
