I have seen a lot of complaints about UPS and I have no doubt in my mind that they are correct. I work for UPS. They are the most self-centered, dishonest and discriminatory company as far as I know. As with lot of companies, the phrase “who you know is who you blow” applies here too. Having the unpleasant experience of being in the “pool” for part-time management promotion, it seems that all the candidates that are hired are young, inexperienced and should we say... less intelligent. And these people are managing the real people who are handling your packages and making the money for the upper management who decides where it is wasted... upper management of course!

It is funny to see when they are pinching minutes from the occupational (i.e. hourly employees) in order to save money and shoveling it to the management. But hey, that’s free enterprise procedure.

After having the experience of several years at UPS, they have literally liquidated my loyalty. I use to be loyal to UPS and do my job to the best, but today work is still done to the best, but the loyalty is gone. And this is due to the discriminatory and dishonest way of dealing with people. I got screwed in the process and I’m sure there are more to count. If I may say something that UPS did right, was the color they chose. It is brown, and it reflects the color of ###. BIG ###.

The troubles at UPS are endless. Employee turnover is horrible and since they are treating the people as they are, word gets around and eventually you run out of employees. But that is something that they are not concerned. Also, UPS wants to be the “safety organization of the world” but anything that is unsafe is usually ignored and even if acknowledged, it takes forever to fix it. So when you say UPS, might as well say “ooops...” .

So for all the people out there, you are NOT stuck with UPS. Use FedEx, USPS (United States Postal Services) or DHL. I was actually shocked to find out that FedEx “ground” is CHEAPER than UPS after they bought out a low cost package carrier. FedEx is more reliable in my mind and I cannot remember having complaint about them. Postal services have more alternatives than ever before and you can always check DHL references on-line. I am personally applying a job at DHL just for the challenge. I know that I can contribute to them or any other company more than I can to UPS. Knowledge increases the pain they say, and now I know what they meant by that. So please be noted that I do not like UPS just for the reason that I do know the truth.

Peace, Upser.

My wife and I were recently married and have begun to recieve gifts from family and friends. We live in a condo building and both work full time. We recieved a package sent using UPS and were not home at the time of delivery. After the 1st notice I called to inform them that nobody is home at that time to see if they can ddeliver it either later or to a different address where somebody would be able to take te delivery. Their response was no, we can't change the delivery time but we could change the address...FOR $6 DOLLARS! I asked them how many attempts at delivery they make and they said 3, so I asked that seeing it that only 1 attempt was made can we change the address with no charge, because it is a 10 second computer fix, to save the driver and the company time and money, his response was no. Mind you, this was a supervisor I was speaking to. Long storyshort, after hours of transfered calls, I spoke with another supervisor and he said the package was still on the truck and the driver would deliver it no later then 7:30pm and if it wasnt there to call him and gave me his ext. 8:00pm rolled around and no package. I called his extension and was told that he leaves at 7:00pm. THIS IS WHY UPS HAS NO COMPLAINT DEPT. Supervisors, please, they are $10/hour babysitters that have no authority to approve anything. Bye bye UPS, hello FED-EX...

Moments ago i was in the shower when I heard someone beating my back door down. My wife ran to till me what had happened. I got out of the shower and opened the door only to see the ups man getting back in his truck.

This is the second time that a situation like this has occurred, the first being a ups man jiggling my door handle without knocking.

Wow what [censored]bags at UPS. Here is my story for ya. I ordered some product and the shipper used the wrong address, which they quickly corrected.
10/12/2011 6:39 A.M. The shipper has requested a Delivery Intercept for this package. / Deliver to Another Address. So there was a change of address on 10/12.
Phoenix, AZ, United States 10/14/2011 9:54 P.M. Arrival Scan So hey one would think it would be delivered soon... NOPE, any other company it would have..
Tempe, AZ, United States 10/15/2011 2:17 A.M. Arrival Scan HUH? I live in Phoenix why go to Tempe?
10/17/2011 7:54 A.M. The Delivery Intercept request for this package was successfully completed. / The address has been corrected. The delivery has been rescheduled. And five days after the delivery change request (see above) they are able to sit down at a computer and make the change in their system.
Tempe, AZ, United States 10/17/2011 10:28 A.M. An exception in the sorting process has occurred. UPS has taken corrective action. And the [censored]bags now have an exception and need to send it back to Phoenix so it can get delivered properly. Way to go UPS guess you can raise your rates now since you move things around more than they need to.

Here is what UPS put my Family through

My husband works for UPS at the Glasgow depot on Monday morning he was called into the office by Paul Mooney regarding his American Express card, after that meeting Paul Mooney suspended him on full pay he didn’t give him a reason for the suspension he just said that due to what we have spoken about today I need to suspend you until we carry out investigation, when Paul arrived home he phone Beth Craddock in HR to ask for the minutes of that meeting and the letter. Later that day my husband received that email with a comment saying further documentation to follow, the following day he received another email from Beth Craddock with documents attached and to my horror when he opened it….. there is a picture of my kids and a private personal chat I had with a member of a forum I used to use dated 1st April 2008 at 17:53.
Now first thing why has Paul Mooney or any other member of your organisation have a detailed picture of my kids, when I phone Mr Mooney for him to explain his actions all I got from him was a extremely cocky attitude from him saying that it was relevant to the investigation I am sorry but why is this relevant to my husband because at that time he was my boyfriend and stayed at his mother’s house in Greenock and also never had a American Express card at that time with your company now in the meeting Paul Mooney mentioned fraud twice but in the letter my husband got its says misuse of card for personal use. So I want to know why Mr Mooney or any other UPS management investigated me? I do not work UPS and certainly neither does my kids. What gives him the right to be in POSSESSION of a picture of my kids as I certainly did not give him permission and how many copies of this picture are floating around UPS either on paper or worse on company laptops or desktop computers.
Secondly the conversation that came with email regarding myself and a fellow member of a forum (SEE ATTACMENT) according to Mr Mooney this is relevant, tell me where a conversation clearly dated 1st April 2008 were I am having a private chat and when I say private I mean no other members can see this conversations regarding myself talking about jewellery I wanted to buy for I wedding I was attending in May 2008 and also tell me where on that conversation does it say that Paul Hastie was my partner, this has no relevance what so ever to do with UPS nor my husband’s suspension.
Paul Mooney has pushed the boundaries too far and I think that what he has done must have broken your own organisations CODE OF POLICY & PROCEDURE(‘the code’) and maybe data protection act or even a blatant breech of my children’s right to privacy along with my right to privacy, I feel violated and physically sick that Mr Mooney and UPS have a picture of my kids, how do I know Paul Mooney has not and will not distribute that picture to vile members of the public? or will not fall into the wrong hands i.e. remember the laptop that went missing or stolen with employees personal data on it. Like I said I feel violated and physically sick this should never have been allowed to happen and I am now wondering what other parts of my personal life and my kids life’s UPS have spied on.
I hope these strong and very serious issues will be taken seriously by the company that my husband has dedicated 17 years of his adult life to and that you will consider suspending Paul Mooney until this investigation is being carried out, after all it’s a very serious matter and one that I am obtaining legal advice through my husband’s Unite the Union membership, this whole witch hunt yes that’s right witch hunt is not only sole destroying but devastating to my family as my two kids as this has been very stressful for them because they see their parents so upset and asking questions to why dad’s work has photo of them. When I talk about witch hunt I mean this all started off as a personal one against my husband because he has stood up to the BULLIES in UPS and when the bully boy tactics failed they have now involved the rest of my family.
Paul Mooney, Brian Begbie and no doubt a few others in the UPS organisation are determined to get my husband out as he has two on going claims, one is for accident which UPS has offered to settle on and because he has refused to settle the big men at the top are saying how dare he bite the hand that feeds him, the other is tribunal for lead driver which Roger Mayes has still not giving the answer to since the 24th of May this year now correct me if I am wrong should this not have been dealt with a lot sooner according to your company policy. Like I said they are determined to push my husband out of a company he has been very loyal to and miss family weekends to work for UPS and they will do it by any means weather it’s with pushing Paul that he says I have had enough and walks or going to do it by whatever means possible to sack Paul but they have over stepped the mark when they have involved kids an myself in their stupid games, I expect this to be dealt with properly and quickly and if they think I’m going to sit back and do nothing then they can think again.
This has been a blatant breech of my right to privacy and someone is going to be held responsible for it.

Don't trust UPS with your shipping. I sent a wrapped gift and UPS returned only the broken toy to me & only returned the shipment fee.

UPS never let me know up-front that they require a buzzer number for apartment buildings in order to deliver packages door-to-door. AFTER I've requested to ship & paid for the full door-to-door service fee. They call and tell me that I don't have a buzzer #, so they won't deliver it to the door. Asked me to go pick up at their warehouse which is completely out of town centre (approx an hour drive from downtown Vancouver).

I asked if I can get it delivered to a near by UPS store, they told me to find out the store locations myself (they said they don't know where these stores are), and then I would need to pay EXTRA money!

I woke up early today and waited for a package to arrive (it was shipped Next Day Air). After refreshing UPS' website religiously, at 9:10 am, the truck driver noted that I "wasn't home" to sign for the package and that a second attempt would be made the following day. This isn't the first time it's happened either. Every time a package is being delivered via UPS, they always drive by my house and say that I wasn't home. No notice was left, nothing! A couple of weeks ago, I waited outside my house and saw the UPS truck driver drive right by me! My husband and I ran after the truck screaming and yelling for him to stop. The package that was arriving was VERY important. We've complained to UPS customer service, but haven't done anything to help resolve the issue.

Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with besides Fed-ex. They have delivered my package to the wrong address on several occasions. They have mistaken my address numbers with the same numbers on a different street. Then this same driver will continue his route up my street and drop packages off to my surrounding neighbors with the same street address as mine however, when it comes to my address he must have a brain fart and thinks it belongs on a different street. I have tried contacting the ring master of this circus about this problem, they inform me that they are looking into it and will call me back in 1 hr. Needless to say this works like their delivery system. Maybe the government run Postal Service is not so bad after all.

I agree UPS sucks. It's sad that they let a Fleet supervisor John Barna and a customer service rep Barbara Manning have an affair. Destroy lives and do nothing about it. I my opinion both of these people should be terminated. This Company has no morals.

If ups picked up a package for one person they would be expected to do it for everyone, that is probably their policy it is not discrimination . They would not pick up a package i would want to send either if i asked and i don't have a disability . Like ann sugested get a family member to drop if off for you

A package was supposed to be delivered today 11/26/2010. The tracking number shows that the package is "In Transit". Upon calling the UPS center (at the above number) I was told that the UPS centers are closed today and that there are no Ground shipments being made today as they are closed. The website to find a local center shows that they are open M-F until 6:00 p.m. (my local time). There is no information about any holiday hours for today. The representative and a manager at UPS both stated that Ground shipments are not being done today and that the local centers are closed. When asked why the website states that the package is "In Transit", the both state that they don't know why. They also state that they don't know why a representative would state that they would ship a package today. When asked why, they stated that it was a holiday. (This part I understand). However, when asked why an employee would state that a package would be delivered when it is not going to be, they said that they don't know why this would happen.

Package supposed to be delivered on Thursday, 12.02.10. Was sent out for delivery, according to web site. Package was not delivered, because I am on the end of the route and it got too late for the poor driver to finish his paid job. Web site said the delivery would "be the next business day." Well, it was not delivered on the next business day, Friday, so I had to wait a total of 4 extra days to get the hard drive for my business. I'll bet UPS will not reimburse me for lost business because I do Insurance and the internet is my office.

I don't do well with a company not doing what they are paid, and too much, I might add, to complete the job.

Shame on you UPS, you have lost ANOTHER loyal customer. Hope all unhappy customers go to FedEx or USPS, and put your poor delivery practices out of business!

Have a great day...

UPS...Why are they still in business?
I love it. Not only do we face the Christmas time fiasco with deliveries, I have another for you. I was visiting my son in law and daughter, just north of Syracuse, NY. I dropped a package off in Cicero, NY Store# 4557 to send some things to my home in Florida because I would be over the weight limit on the plane. I asked if my box could be placed in another box and have packing added all around it so things would not get broken, so they said, yes of course so I paid and left. 4 days later I check the tracking and find in Atlanta, GA damage was found and it was on its way back to Cicero, NY. Wow, that’s great, I don’t live in NY!. I got a call from the extremely rude manager in Cicero, she said my package would be there in a day for me to pick up...Now Duh! I don’t live in NY. I said well, I want it delivered as our original contract said, plus I want my item which was broken by UPS! replaced after I paid to have it ADDITIONALLY BOXED AND PROTECTED, I also want my shipping fee since UPS has sent it over 2000 miles and I still don’t have it. Attila, says tough, you’re not getting the box or your shipping charges. OK, now isn’t this great! I finally got a hold of my daughter and son in law to see if they can drive to get the package. He has to wait to get his time away from Fort Drum where he serves this country. They arrive to get the package and low and behold... the broken glass is still in the package and NO ADDITIONAL PACKAGING PROTECTION IS IN THE BOX...NO WONDER IT BROKE, THESE ###S IN CICERO JUST PLACE MY BOX IN ANOTHER ONE.
So we have $42.42 - Shipping
$12.50 for extra box and packing peanuts
$24.50 damaged goods
= $ 79.42Total
No goods + cost of having soldier and wife pick up damage = Priceless

This is not to mention the $1500.00 speakers they demolished less than 8 months ago. Then tried to blame it on the packaging, which was not only the original shipping packaging but also extra protection. The packaging in the box, when it was delivered looked like it had gone thru a shredder. One box had been 3/4 torn in half.
Sincerely,
John Venier

I had to pay $45 for a box that weighed less than 3 pounds. The box was 14X13X9 which is NOT that large. This is a consumer rip-off in my opinion.

I spent $275 for a used motorcycle fender from an Ebay seller in Salt Lake CIty. I received the package on time, but, despite it being exceptionally well packed by the seller, UPS managed to put a 6" crack in the ABS plastic. After filing their online claim form, I received an auto-generated email acknowledging the claim, and that was it. The next day, a delivery driver showed up with a "call" tag, to pick it up and take it to the local office for examination. I told him that I did not want to send it back, as there was not another available in my paint color right now, period. When I called the local CS, they said that they normally send the item back to the sender with a refund, if they determine the claim is valid- the selller then should settle up with the buyer. I told them that I would be satisfied if they would just pay for the materials that I needed to repair it, but, no, that is not the way they do things. Anyway, I congratulated them for raising the bar for poor service; I have had the identical fender on my bike for 4+ years, through 2 drops in the mud, one in the snow, saddlebags beating on the sides, backing into a curb, and several holes drilled and sawn ito it for light mods, without a single crack. They managed to break one in 5 days through 3 layers of cardboard!

For several times now I have paid UPS to deliver to my house nutritional products. Again I have paid for UPS to deliver. This last pkg was dropped off to a near by post office, instead of delivering to my house. Before this incident, UPS was putting my products in a plastic bag and tying it on my mail box or a near by mail box which is not mine. I have called to complain several times and the problem still goes on. I thought that when you pay for a service you should get that service but I guess that UPS is really service oriented.

UPS needs to screen their delivery men and women or workers..

I am stationed here in El Paso and I ordered a sword for my son from My Line age. This sword was ordered on april 2011 and for my son's Christmas gift. I was on leave during Christmas, when I made a follow up with the company they told me it was delivered by UPS so I made a tracking and to find out the UPS atempted to deliver on Dec. 27, 2011 and will make a secnd attemp. Until now they can't locate my item worth $941.00 plus and no know knows who was stealing it. I attempted to ask what had ahappend, the damn UPS representative will say I can't give you an answer just call the company you had your order...Wow..is this for real? I big business company like UPS with bunch of crooks working in the office? I know the company will reimburse me for sure with the money but the trust from the public. I want to say this to the CEO in this company, Please don't let your company go down just for these crooks working inside. I don't know if I will still trust this company. My Sword is wondering here in El Paso with my sons name on it, with my family Crest...

United Parcel Service - UPS is known as the big brown giant. Too big to care about their smaller businesses and customers. They have conscientiously decided to neglect smaller customers and the general public. That is why FedEx handles more domestic, ground packages than UPS. UPS doesn't believe in going the extra mile and as stated in other post, your package and mine simply doesn't matter. Simply put, they don't give a Da..

UPS is the worst company for delivery. The drivers are always in a hurry and causes accidents. I actually seen one driver in Memphis ran a woman off the road and never stopped to see if she was okay. This guy looked out his rear and kept going. Every place I have been in the US the drivers are the same. They care about no one on the road! To add, the other service workers are very rude when you speak with them. They hang up the phone in your face when you question the whereabouts of your packages. This is so sad. Those brown-### trucks are nothing but trouble. The way to go is with the United states Postal Service or FedEX. I hate UPS, they suck bad!

UPS again! They again made a mistake in the delivery of my new Ipad supposed to be delivered in Phoenix, but they sent it to Iowa instead. so I will receive it 3 days late on the March 19 instead of the March 16 as promised by Apple. I think that if they want to continue doing business with the best company in the world Apple, they should rearrange their delivery system. I am very frustrated with their services, Steve Jobs would have never accepted those mistakes in his company.

I’d like to take this opportunity to explain that pushing a package underneath a garage door and under a vehicle does not constitute delivery in my mind. We have gone to the extent of placing a magnetized sign on the garage door as a reminder to leave deliveries at the front door where there is a working doorbell and we can pick up packages and not drive over them.

I have years of experience with delivery at the state highway, packages dumped within clear sight of the house. I put up with the behavior for years, then began asking vendors if they could use any other shipper but UPS. Some were in contract with UPS and I did not order from them. In March 2010 my sister moved home and her orders by UPS were dumped at the highway. She died in November 2011. In the months following I ordered using UPS again. FOR 1 MONTH, they delivered to the door. Yesterday the dog barked, when I looked, a big white box was at the highway! Do not know how long it had been there but the dog alerted me or it would have stayed at the highway over night. I have complained to UPS for years. Now I have called the attorney general who is sending forms for all the retired old ladies in Clay County WV here who have put up with this behavior for years fearing retribution if we complained. This may take some time but I must get to the two county newspapers asking if they will headline UPS and help me get people rounded up.

I've had merry maids for about a month or so. First time was great the second time was ok and the third time was horrible they got everything clean but I have this limited edition model car and some action figures on my shelf that I try to keep all the small parts with so I don't loose them. Well I came to inspect the job in my room after they had left and the model car was hoisted up on its little spare parts box with the license plate on the front loose my action figures parts where scattered and a toy car I had since I was 13 had the bumper almost falling off. And to make matters worse one of them farted in my room. I was so angry the owner seemed like a great guy but still I have to pay $55.00 for my stuff being scattered and almost demolished and the one model car is $200 retail. I mean come on in gonna pay you to wreck my valuable stuff really?.

UPS is a ### organization. When your job is to deliver packages on time and you can't or won't do that, and then say that you tried when you didn't, that's straight up robbery. If you pay for overnight and your package comes two or three days later and they won't reimburse you for the fee they charged you for overnight, that's thievery. It's time to show those ###s that they are not the only delivery service out there, and there are better ones at that. UPS stands for Un-Professional [censored]heads.

Today, UPS ground, who was delivering a package worth $140 did not ring my bell, but instead left my package outside IN THE STREET! I don't live in some idyllic small town where that might seem reasonable, but in New York City, in downtown Manhattan. An unguarded package might last five minutes, if that.

I called UPS customer service, very upset and irate. The rep I spoke to assured me that they didn't think I was lying. How kind. Apparently it will take 8 business days to "investigate." How they expect to investigate a package stolen from in front of my building I can't say.

Both the company from whom I ordered the merchandise and UPS behaved as though this incredible stupidity had nothing to do with them. I was told that if I paid another $140 they would replace my order. How kind.

I'm concerned because it's beginning to look as though I am out this money and I'm not sure where to go from here. Would the Better Business Bureau care?

The Hilton Hotel in Costa Mesa, California shipped an insured package to me, which never made it to its intended destination. A claim was subsequently filed. UPS stated they must deal with the “shipper” (hotel), although my information was inputted onto the claim form, as well my facsimile copies of receipts for the lost item. UPS defers to the Hilton, who only submitted the claim and has no involvement in this matter whatseover. Moreover, Hilton employees have no insight for me. UPS emailed me directly, asking for a receipt for the item, which I provided. Ironically, the hotel employee that processed the shipping request and claim is no longer working there.

Therefore, I can’t expect any further assistance from the hotel. I called several times and keep getting jerked around by UPS. Since they keep stating they need to deal with the “hotel” (shipper per se), I asked to make a “conference call” from UPS to the Hilton Hotel so we could resolve this matter. They claimed they “couldn’t do that.” When I finally asked for a “supervisor, ” they placed me on hold for more than 45 minutes.

Bottom line: I am the aggrieved party; may name and information is on the claim form, not the Hilton Hotel; remittance is owed to me, not the Hilton Hotel; I have exhausted all avenues and since this is no longer even mildly entertaining, all I would like to hear from someone is that UPS is completely inept, I’ll receive no assistance or remittance, and my only recourse is to go to court, which based upon nothing more than principle at this point (I really sympathize with non-attorney customers who wouldn’t have this available option), I’m very happy to do.

It is pretty sad when the government agency (USPS) is easier to work with than the private entities (UPS and FEDEX). They have dominated the market for so long, they forget that they are in the CUSTOMER service industry and not in the SELF service industry. They can never deliver when I am home, so I cringe when I see that brown and yellow label on my door. 9 times out of 10 I have to drive to their out-of-the-way shipping center. I don't know why they think that if you are not home between 10 and 2 on Tuesday that you will be on Thursday. We have called to complain, but their managers have a "that's just the way it is" attitude and are completely unhelpful. I can see where they may be okay for businesses who always have someone at a desk to sign for packages, but they SUCK for personal shipping. I can't help receiving packages through UPS (though I am now putting out the plea to my friends and family to stop using them), but I will never use them to ship a package.

I need help with a problem with UPS. I shipped a classic car radio with 1, 000 dollar worth of insurance. When the radio arrived at the shop, one of the controls was broken off, and the other was pushed in. When I complained to the UPS office I shipped it from they asked for the radio and box I shipped it with. So they picked it up from the shop I sent it to, and notified me after two weeks to get a estimate for repair, and they would take care of it. Well now the radio is fixed, but they are refusing to pay the bill for 945.15. What can I do next? My email address is jdstone@solarus.net. They didn`t give me a reason for why they aren`t going to pay. HELP.

Lost (I suspect it was stolen by their employee(s)) a $ 1, 500 article.
No communication, no compensation, and mis-information from their "call centre" (not in Canada).
Twice told me it was covered then back-tracked.
Stay away form this company...they take your money and don't give a ### about your loss.

I went to check my mail and out in front in my drive way was the package that was. suppose to be delivered to me it could have been run over or stolen. They did not bring it to my door, how inconsiderate is that. I am very upset they left it in the middle of my driveway I do not usually check my mail till late in the day. Thanks a lot for almost making my package to be almost ran over or maybe stolen I think you are horrible delivery drivers.

UPS disgusts me! I had 3 packages that were sent from San Francisco to Seattle for a trade show on 8/10. They were shipped overnight picked up on Friday and supposed to be delivered Monday. Finally 2 of the 3 arrived on WEDNESDAY. UPS really did not give a crap about it or the missing box. A WEEK Later still no box! I already left Seattle for NJ and it has to be delivered today to make it in time for the NY tradeshow beginning on 8/19. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE! It was delivered to Seattle on 8/17 and then needed to be sent overnight for Saturday delivery to my home. Now they say there is a package interruption for NO REASON. NEVER NEVER USE UPS. They are pathetic.
And if they say they will call you back...do not believe them.
Now on to my tradeshow without my samples.

UPS screwed up a delivery for me, the driver put that he needed the access code to my building to deliver the package. The problem with that is I don't live in a security building or a gated apartment complex. When I called after several attempts to get through to someone who would listen I ended up with a supervisor named Steve who told me that the package was not delivered because Caltrans was doing street work, another lie.

Steve would not even tell me what he was supervisor of, I later found out he works at the Alisos Viejo DC.

I feel customer service just keeps passing the call around. Not providing correct information in order to wear out the customers for moving forward with their complaints.

They won't provide proper phone numbers to call, as the phones for managers can't receive calls, they can only dial out, lie after lie after lie.

UPS is a poorly managed company with horrible customer service!

Hi UPS,

It baffles me that I have no way of relaying my concerns to this company in a manner that it will be treated with respect and considered seriously, rather than to call a center and receive polite but unhelpful customer service and then to receive a phone call from someone who couldn't care less about the concerns of a customer, just concerned to get them off the phone.

While in the past I have only had a few let downs from this company after tonight my faith in this established corporation has massively dwindled. This event was caused due to callous behavior, in regards to a medical package sent through your delivering service. Instead of completing a delivery that took multiple days and left a patient without their much needed medical supplies, a new driver and their supervisor felt it wiser to just mark the delivery as attempted, however with security cameras on premise this has been verified to be a false claim. But due to their inability to navigate and read the patient is without their medical supplies, as the supervisor who did call was too baffled by this revelation to actually be helpful or allow for a retry as it was the driver's fault and not the patients that the delivery failed.

Also the attempt for contacting the patient was delayed until conveniently a half hour prior to the building closing. This entire incident reminds me that while I am not a fan of fed ex due to their inability to actually notify the person of their presence before leaving a package, at least I know that a new driver is not trained to just ditch a few orders by their supervisor as everyone just covers for them, and the customer has to suffer from their callous and unprofessional methods. In conclusion, UPS suffers from poor communication, customer service and training.

Thanks so much for wasting a few of my days and placing a consumer of yours in a dangerous health situation!

Sincerely,
Someone who has had enough.
