Suddenly Account Suspended without any specific reason
I submitted an email to the valued opinions customer service on October 18, 2021. The email was regarding technical error about a survey.
I received a generic reply to my email on October 22, 2021 that Thank you for your email.
We're sorry to hear you have had issues with your Valued Opinions account. We are investigating and will respond as soon as possible.
And on the same date, I again received a generic reply to my email that
Thank you for your patience.
Unfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account.
As a member of our program you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys. When we have concerns about any of these program rules we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accounts.
We do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when account issues have been identified. At this time your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website.

They did not give a specific reason why my account was suspended. They only listed multiple reasons why someone's account would potentially be suspended.Their claims that the "accuracy and attentiveness of my account activity" is somehow grounds for suspending my account is completely unwarranted and without any evidence. It is apparent that their email reply to me is only a template they use, and it contained no specific details about my specific account, nor did it list any specifics about what it is I did that should have caused them to suspend my account and withhold the rewards money that I earned legitimately.
They now have received my personal information and opinions, as well as my time and effort to complete surveys for their benefit, and they are refusing to compensate me.
I can assure you that I did nothing that violated their terms. I only honestly and accurately answered the questions in the surveys presented to me via their website. I also only provided accurate and honest profile information to gain access to the surveys they offered to me.

Error code QSB0303-17, can't withdraw my earnings
Same thing happened to me. I keep getting an error message and cannot redeem any rewards. It might be due to the fact that I have redeemed over £30 this month. But an explanation would be appreciated, not just an error code QSB0303-17
Desired outcome: ability to withdraw the points that I have earned.
Account suspension
I don't know why? They suspend my account when asking them to fix an error survey. I also now not able to redeem rewards from the account. This is really very bad. Please help me. I have a sum of rs 1060 in my account.

Blocked account without proper reason
It seems I have met fraud at Valued Opinions by Dynata. I joined valued opinions several months ago and I have been completing surveys for a long time almost everyday. I completed surveys and video conferences in order to earn rewards and be heard by companies. When I accumulated my funds to a good amount I started receiving errors failing to redeem the rewards I accumulated. When I wrote to them about the error, they blocked my account and left me with nothing but only questions on what wrong I did. Honestly, I did nothing wrong and I'm here to seek justice. This just happened to me! I tried to redeem my points for a restaurant.com gift card which didn't have my city, so I emailed Valued Opinions and in return they suspended my account and quit sending me surveys with no good reason. I emailed back and am waiting for their response.
They have suspended my account that has a lot of money
I have been taking surveys for a long time and they blocked me restricting me from redeeming my rewards amounting to 167USD. This money comes from surveys and focus groups. When I asked them they said I have been suspended indefinitely and they didn't give me any suitable reasons why I have been suspended. I am very dissatisfied with their response and I want my money in my account and I want my account to returned to start surveys again.

After joining the site roughly two weeks ago I earned just under £15 which I tried to cash out as an Argos voucher. When trying to do this I got an error message so after a few attempts on different days I emailed the company asking for help. I then receive an email today saying my account had been flagged and has been suspended. I can assure you I have not done anything but be open and honest. I also find it highly suspicious that my account has only been "flagged" after I have reached the minimum amount to be able to cash out.
Desired outcome: I would like my account reinstated or at least my Argos voucher that I earned fair and square

I was told I was suspended from my account with no explanation why. You have to have $15.00 to cash out and my balance is $12.50. I have emailed them several times to tell them that I'm ok to be suspended but I feel like I worked hard for that $12.50 and that it is rightfully mine. They are refusing to pay me or lift the suspension for me to work to the $15.00 cash out.

I was told my account had been suspended with no reason given at the end of last year. I still had £10 in my rewards bank which I was told I could not have. Since then a further £8 has been added to this from a previous survey I completed before my "suspension". Again I was told I could not receive this money I had earned. I have asked repeatedly to be given a reason for my suspension but none is ever given, as I believe there is no good reason to have suspended my account. All I want now is the £18 i earned fairly and squarely, and they are refusing to pay me it. Is there anything I can do to claim this money?

A closed account without legit reason
I withdrew a reward and left a few surveys open to finish later, and when I came back I found it is saying I should complete my profile which is already 100% and there are no surveys. Error code was showing too preventing me from withdrawing again. Right now I have 80usd sitting in my account and I'm told my account has been suspended which is ridiculous and very untrue on the reasons

Valued opinions
Valued opnions have suspended my account and claim that I have not been completing surveys properly, which is not true. On follow up with them, they cannot cite me specific examples. My issue here is I have $74.75 of credit that they have frozen, which I believe I am entitled to. The suspension I am not as worried about, it is simply the outstanding balance I have meticulously accumulated, that they won't permit me to cash out - which is where my issue lies.
Suspended account for no reason
My account has ben suspended for now reason 2 weeks ago. I ave spoken to their help team and they've provided no reason for this. I have points that ive tried to use to get rewards an it wont allow me to it keeps coming up with an error message. Ive tried complaining tpo them on social media but they ignore me and tell me to raise it with their help team, knowing damn well they are the ones responsible. I want this sorted now. In the email they sent me they state no valid reason for doing this I have always done surveys but up until the past month I havent received any and many others have experienced the same thing

I have been doing surveys on line for a while. I hold a Gold status. At the moment i have accumulated $49.50 when i went to claim 2 $20.00 voucher it came up with a code QSB0303-17 instructing me to contact Valued Opinions. I contacted them they said they would look into it. Shorty after i received an email saying this.

I sent an email back asking Valued Opinions to let me know what i've done wrong. Haven't had a reply.
The fact is i haven't cheated or done any wrong and they need to pay my $50.00 for services render.

I have been a member for over 10 years achieving their own ranking of "Diamond" the highest level you can achieve.
In the past few weeks I have received no surveys which is unusual as even if you don't qualify you still get the surveys through.
After receiving none I contacted Valued Opinions and to my shock and disgust they have terminated my account due to many reasons and I have lost my credits which I have built up over 2 years a good £60 worth.
On checking their social media it seems I am not the only one this has happened to which makes me highly suspicious of their true motives. I have aren't those rewards fair and square and although I don't want to be a member anymore I want my rewards
I am fed up of getting emails to advise that I have a survey but then to be advised that there isn't one. This has been going on for weeks. After contacting Valued Opinions they told me to clear my cache. I did this and it made no difference whatsoever! I have been with them for years and am now totally dissatisfied.
Account suspension
This company have served me with an extremely strong worded email implying that I have misused their website in some way and have suspended my account. They have not given a clear reason for this and their responses have been heavily templates meaning that they are either irrelevant to my original request, or they are unclear and inaccurate.
I contacted the support service of ValuedOpinion Surveys as I noticed I was no longer receiving surveys to complete. This issue occurred immediately after I redeemed my first $20 reward. I questioned the issue, then the timing of the 2 events after I received 2 responses that gave me no clarification whatsoever as to why this was happening to my account. I had noticed that the survey offers became slower and more irregular when I was getting close to achieving my first reward and wondered whether or not this was part of their strategy. I was receiving 3-4 email offers to complete surveys everyday when I signed up, sometimes more. When I actively started participating and my rewards points accumulated the communication and availability of surveys dropped off, then I finally got to my $20 reward and I have had no offers or emails at all for 6 weeks.
I did redeem my $20 voucher and had no issue with it when I used it at the store I chose, however but I have no other option than to assume that once they have you and give you a little reward, they restrict you but continue to share your survey and personal data, as most of the surveys drop cookies.
I have received another email from VAluedOpinion support team this morning and it is very strongly worded, but unclear, telling me they have investigated my account and as such they are suspending it, and that they take breaches very seriously.
I have rwsponded advising I have acted in full accordance with T&Cs and that I would register a formal complaint. I firmly believe that they have not acted according to their own policies and have not delivered in their promises to offer a certain amount of surveys in return for a certain amount of rewards each month, and I believe they are using my data for profit benefits even though my account is suspended.
Please advise next steps

I've had an account with them for 16 years. Always kept my personal information up to date and have always had good rapport with them until recently when my account for the last two months had been playing up. eg. Signing into surveys on my profile, then a long pause and message saying no surveys available. I asked them to review my account and the first they deactivated then reactivated account and said everything is fine again. It was so for about a month then it started playing up again. This time after their "investigation" they said my account was flagged for accuracy. I have never done anything to warrant such defamatory claims and have done thousands of surveys with them over 16 years and never had issues with them in all that time and all of a sudden their website continually plays up and they find a dishonest excuse to suspend my account. What I also find strange they conveniently suspend before my regular reward option of a $20 evoucher. The Balance is AUD19.25. I've just read on several sites including SurveyPolice similar incidences. It's concerning when I know I haven't done anything wrong.
