Gin Rummy Plus
My account was permanently suspended for no reason whatsoever. I play that game when I can, usually lose, and I do not use the chat feature, so I could not have offended anyone. I tried to use the online help feature, but this game is not even listed in the menu. There was no warning or any type of communication with anyone other than drawing and discarding cards so I can’t imagine what could’ve happened.
Desired outcome: Put my account and all of its coins back together!
FV2 refusing to load
I have been playing FV2 for decades now and have never, ever had loading issues until now. I have the FV2 launcher, always have had. The progress bar has been stuck in the same place for 3 days now. Everything connection related is normal. No issues at all with anything else except Zynga's inability to get me loaded and to reply or talk to me. They are refusing to talk to me. I do not have Chrome or Firefox but that has never been a problem. Zynga has been perfect through all these years, until now. Why?

Two months ago I had loading issued with farmville2 game from zynga the dates being june 2 and then on june 5 after numerous emails to and from a customer service contact with instructions that I followed the issue still was resolved

On July 25th I got a notice that my account was banned
I think there is something wrong with deactivating my account, or it was hacked, since I did not violate any terms of the package and I am committed and very careful.
I swear, I did not cheat or violate any conditions.

It has not been loading most of the day and I did the 'shuffle' paid the £1.76 and it did not work and went back to the 'shuffle' I try to play this game every day as it is great fun. I have complained several times but it has never taken my money before so either give me my money back or a 'shuffle'

For a week now, I've had an issue with one particular (and favorite) friend in words with friends. All our mutual games suddenly disappeared, and I can no longer find the friend in the list. I've reached out to the help chat and email and all I get is random information that might be the cause of the issue but there is no real troubleshooting. I can chat with the player if I start a new game, but then that game disappears too. And these phantom games are being counted so I keep maxing out on the number of games. I want someone to actually resolve the issue, not send me random facts. Very very frustrated

I have chatted several times with the new chat system. The only support I get is to check a bunch of links. Had a length chat and then they ciosed it as they said I did not respond when the party I was chatting with said she would read the whole conversation/chat, which incidentally, included my full name and e-mail address. But ended the chat even though e-mail was provide. She stated that she would turn over info to "higher" person and I would receive an e-mail today another problem and all I get is check several links. I have been been an FV player and now an FV2 player since it's inception. I paly 7 days a week on and off all day. The way "suppport helps" is non-supportive.

I have been playing Words With Friends since 2009. I was almost to level 31 and a leader of a platinum club. I was banned 3 weeks ago for something about I had jeopardized the safety of players. It’s being investigated. I have done nothing wrong and I don’t like being accused of something I never did. There are a bunch of us who have been banned and most seem to be leaders of Platnium clubs. I have been a regular, obsessed Words With Friend (WWF) player since 2011. I play every day, buy ads-free upgrades and even some silly stuff like coins. I joined a club when WWF introduced that feature which was great - team play.
On 4/24/2023, I woke up to find my account had been banned! No explanation why, no response from their so-called support besides a canned bot response thanking me for my patience and babbling about community safety.
From various other social media sites, this inexplicable account banning has been happening to a large number of long-term power users, and is still happening.
No one has received any sort of explanation besides the bot thanking us for our patience.
I would really like to know what is going on, why are long-term user accounts getting banned, and what is the plan for reinstatement.

I have problem with Zynga Poker and in general all zynga poker support team.
On May 7th I submitted a complaint to zynga support regarding my purchase of chips worth more than 150 euros. The problem was that I could not win after that as if I was playing against bots even though I had a stronger hand.

I have submitted a question to their "support" team and all I get back are canned responses, advising patience and claiming safety is the number one priority. I have been a compulsive WWF addict since 2011 - I play all the time. I also pay for ads-free play and additional "rewards". All that has been taken away without explanation. My games with friends disappeared. I really, really want to know what is going on and why I was banned.

I was nearing first place, after playing for several hours, when they had blocked my purchase. Sending me a notification that id exceeded my daily coin purchase! Which has NEVER happened. I have never received any previous information regarding this particular change to their system. Causing me to come in 4th place. And you won't know your amount until the next day after 4:15am. This occurred between hours of 4am on April 12th-April 13th. Prior to this occurrence I've complained several times to Zynga regarding them of their bad business practices. At their discretion, they would provide me the worse hands until I purchased other coins. Responding to me that they had no choice in that matter, being it were their algorithm system. Then I would get better hands after my purchases. When I began noticing their trend, I would speak up about it. Which it seemed made them want to get revenge. Violet G responded back to me on April 14th. Wanting more details of my experience. Which I've provided, but no response yet to date. This felt deliberate and intentional. And another time I jumped onto the League prior to this to play, and the jackpot were huge! But as soon as I logged on to play, it decreased tremendously! I thought my eyes was deceiving me, however I really don't think so. And just today, they wanted me to rate their game!
