Gaming id [protected], I deposited money and placed some bets I have 12k in my account, just after the win my account was automatically logged out and when I tried to login it said incorrect username and password which is 100% correct, after contacting security team they asked me to send my National id card, at the time of creating account itself I asked them to verify my identity so I will not face any issue, they told no verification needed at this point, and I sent my aadhar card, they asked me to sent my passport which I used for registration, I sent that too, they asked me to send it in better quality, I sent the document in best quality where all edges are visible and all words are readable as per their requirement, but still they couldn't read I dont know why, and then they asked me to send the document in a different angle, when u have a specific requirement u should send that all at once, they keep on doing one by one just to not to give ur money, I have 12k in my account, but have no acces to my account, I also work in banking sector, for kyc everyone will just see the name and dob matched with the documents provided, but these guys are useless ask all meaning less things just not to give ur money

1xbet site blocked my account after I win some bets. 1xbet just can see your losses, if we win any bets, they don't want to comeback our money and our funds.
after blocking my account, I sent email to them. after too many document request and too many questions I passed 6 type of verification till now. first Identity national card (1) I did it, then selfie photo with my ID card (2) I did it, then deposit transactions verifications (3) I did it, then after a week they requested me to send my documents by post! (4) but I did it! then after about a month again asked too many personal questions! I answered them and then they asked me that I should get a selfie with a specially code wrote on a paper sheet! (5) but again I did it. after it after some days they asked me to set a time for Skype verification call. (6) I passed Skype verification video call also, about one week ago.

1xbet is a big fraud company as they are not solve my issue since 29 days ago even no reply from support team
I create my account id and its [protected]. I also made deposit. After that they block my account. I contacted with [protected]@1xbet-team.com
They asked my documents and deposit screenshot and i sent it. After received my documents they reply" Your data is currently Being verified You will get answer shortly" But till now they didn’t give any reply.
I also complained it here and 1xbet reply here to send my ID number and others details to Their Facebook page. I also sent it to their Facebook page massage.
But now they asked my bank account number from which i made my deposit! Its strange that I made my deposit from our local EPOS agent and i also give that deposit transection screenshot to Facebook page massage. And now they also reply me or solved my problem.

I deposit money in my game account. Now I am unable to use that money. I contact customer care they tell me to contact the security mail of 1xbet now they want to assure that I am the owner of the account even though I am logging in from the same device as always. They ask for government id card photos, I provide them that then they mail me again to provide pan card photos I give them that also. Now suddenly they are asking me for my bank statement. I told them I use upi because I have not activated my internet banking and I cannot access the statements without it. I told them I can provide the information of the last transaction I made but they clearly refuse to activate my account or give me back my refund. This is not the first time I had to re activate my account but they never troubled me like this before. Either please provide the refund or unlock my account. The thing here is I got proof since I did payment from google pay and you cannot do a charge back from google pay (common sense) anyhow if we leave that common sense I got proof of that transaction in my google pay of no flags were raised regarding that payment.
Update : They are asking my UPI ID to be shown as my bank account number in my bank statement which is not possible ! Is this is a new way to scam people out of money ?
