Amazon amazon gift card

I have been deducted about 10.00 from my gift card - please restitute this.
The events went like this:
1. I order 3 books - but the order form - did nekton allow me to redirect 2 as gifts to other addresses than my own.
2. So I canceled them.
3. I then ordered 1 of those 3 books for just myself.
The credit worked - but was 10.00 short of the total on the credit so I shovel have 10.00 left (about).
4. I then tried to order another book as a gift - but the card did not give me a 10.00 credit.
Please restitute this missing 10.00.

Amazon delivery service was unacceptable.

Today, I found my prime package tossed on the ground, behind my mailbox. It was in plain sight next to the sidewalk, and I'm amazed someone didn't steal it. It was NOT placed in the mailbox, and the delivery person was obviously too lazy to walk it to my porch and place it securely out of sight. This is UNACCEPTABLE and the delivery person/service should be reprimanded. I was fortunate to find it before a passer-by took it.

Code beneath the bar code on the package reads:

Below that is printed:

The package contained a gift to me: Music CD by artist Vince Gill, "SOUVENIRS". Order ID is [protected], ordered December 14, 2019.

I ask that the delivery company receive this harsh complaint -- I am livid. I also went online for a "chat" with Amazon agent ANGSUMAN. He was absolutely no help, and I am even angrier with Prime Service.

Unhappy with Canada Posted used by Amazon

I received two emails from Amazon that two packages were undeliverable to my niece in Vancouver. I contacted my niece to ask what happened. Here's her reply:

"Yes but they didn’t attempt to deliver. They just left the pick up details for me. I saw the guy come up to the door, put the Canada Post slips in our box then leave. I was so surprised to see the “unable to deliver” notice since I was not only home, I watched him come up the walkway without the packages"

It is extremely frustrating trying to find a Complaints link on Amazon's website.

I tried Amazon complaint website : www.amazon.com but all it did was to take me to do more shopping!

I sincerely hope posting my complaint here reaches somebody in authority to do something.

Amazon delivery driver almost hit me, son, and dog while walking

An amazon delivery driver in a brown sedan almost hit my son, dog, and I while driving very fast through an apartment complex in Apex NC on 12/18/2019 at approx 335P ET today. The driver was driving fast and went around speed bumps in the complex and as he swerved around the speed bump, he missed us by about 3-4 feet as we had to take a quick step back. I yelled at him but he actually sped up and drove out of the parking lot. The delivery area he was in was on Creek Glen Way, Apex, NC 27502. It was a male with black hair in a brown older sedan. Amazon fire stick 4k streaming

I order this item on Nov 29 2019, is was on special and for a good price. Need to update my old 2 gen. fire stick so I could download new apps. I traded in my old fire stick and received a $5.00 credit plus a .99 gift certificate toward the purchase of the 4k fire stick. That the good part!
Now I've had three delays in receiving the 4k fire stick. I've sent in the old fire stick, so I can not view amazon prime tv.
I've been informed from amazon customer service that I might get it by Dec. 24, 2019. I've spend over 2 hours with amazon customer service and been told that they are out of stock on the 4k fire stick and been given a $10.00 coupon for my troubles. I asked for a upgrade on the fire stick or credit for a month of the amazon prime membership seeing that I'm unable to access my prime tv. While they have repeatedly said they we're sorry they did nothing. $10.00 to use on my next amazon purchase does not solve the problem of not have the 4k fire stick!
They also pointed out that I received a great price on the 4k fire stick numerous times.
My option were to cancel my order(I would lose the special price) or take the $10.00 and wait for the 4k fire stick to show up. In other word take it or leave it.
Not happy with the very poor level of customer service .
I'ld be willing to bet that there are a lot of angry customer waiting on their 4k fire sticks.

Amazon prime delivery driver complaint

On 12/15/2019, 614 pm,  I witnessed an Amazon Prime delivery vehicle drive across my property (9159 Old Montgomery Rd Columbia, Md 20145). This is the 2nd time this as occurred by a an Amazon Prime delivery vehicle in the last several months.   Even though,  I attempted to stop the driver he drove away.  The previous altercation was more aggressive. When I confronted the prime driver, he refused to stop & provide his Amazon ID. The Prime operator nearly hit me in our private driveway - as he sped away. This type of careless driving & total disregard for private property must stop.  Regards, R. Wittek

Some of the drivers drive exceedingly fast through our neighborhood. Too fast to stop them or communicate with them. Amazon needs to set the rules for these drivers and a way to immediately report them is needed. I cannot find a phone number for the local warehouse. When someone gets injured, it's too late to get some of these drivers off the road with using Amazon trucks.
Also, it would be nice for them to ring the doorbell when making a delivery. Maybe there would be less package thefts if folks knew there was a delivery. This is common sense and I can't understand why they can't simply ring the door bell.

Amazon re: private & confidential - your complaint

I ordered a hamper from hamper.co clearwater hampers ltd to be delivered to my in laws in Romania Invoice [protected] tras 502099417F7059638 They asked for address and told me they could send it for £40 postage plus VAT amounting to approx £72 It was supposed to be delivered on 11th December money came straight out of account I kept asking them if it had arrived but NO I was beginning to think they didnt believe I had paid to send one at all . Today I managed to get in touch with hampers.co to be told Oh yes we were too busy to write and tell you but we dont deliver to there To say I am devistated and shamed is to say the least they tell me they will refund me but do not know when as so busy . I need this money put into my account so as hopefully I can find another firm that does what it says and can get it delivered before xmas My wife is in hospital as just had heart surgery bypass and I cannot even tell her this as I dont think she could take the shock when she was so happy she had arranged everything before going in Please can you help

Amazon failed prime delivery promise

Literally, the past 4 weeks of Prime orders that I made had to be cancelled and refunded due to failed delivery promises. Most of them were Sunday deliveries where they chose USPS as the carrier knowing full well that USPS does not deliver on Sundays. This is a blatant disrespect to their Prime members. If you promise a Sunday delivery DO NOT use a carrier that doesn't deliver on Sundays. I have cancelled my prime membership because Amazon is not dependable in any way. They have no way to fix the issue immediately (so they say) by making sure the product still gets delivered the day promised. They just offer a refund and cancel the order and tell you to order it again.

Amazon aaa batteries (packaging)

Amazon packaged batteries very poorly. I received a packing slip in an empty box. The batteries were pulled right out the ends of the box. The Amazon shipping tag stayed intact the ends had nothing keeping it from being opened. I received just an empty box. I would not recommend this product until Amazon starts packaging products so they do not make it out of the package before the person receives it. Very disappointed and there was nowhere for me to send a complaint to them that I could find on their website. Ahhh! But I guess never again. I had to rate 1 star but it

Amazon I have a known charge to my credit card for $14.01

I have not used Amazon much. I returned a pair of shoes on the 18th of Nov. and received a credit for the purchase. On Nov 21 I had a $14.01 charge to my credit card which I do n ot understand at this time. Could you please look into this and let me know what it is for? Amazon amazon prime delivery

On 12/3/19, had a house fire; everyone is fine but house was badly damaged. Being the week after Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we had packages being delivered each day that week. On Dec 3, Tuesday, we had a package being delivered from Amazon via UPS, we was able to contact UPS and had the delivery address changed to family about 15 minutes away.

Other packages from Amazon was being delivered Wed, Thurs, and Fri by Amazon. Contacting Amazon to have the delivery address changed as no one is at the house or allowed to be in it. Being Christmas time and theives following delivery trucks to steal packages is a big thing this time of year. We talked to the Amazon Customer Service person which said they could not change delivery address to more than 1 mile form the original delivery address. We are new to the area, don't know/trust anyone within 1 mile, we are not in a sub-division or can see our neighbors. Was able to contact UPS to change delivery address as no one would be home Dec 3.

Other companies we worked with helped us and in some cases bent over backwards to make it easy for us in the rough time we are going through. Amazon has been the exception to everyone we have worked with. Amazon would not change the delivery address, none were out for delivery at the time, the new delivery address was family that is approx 10 miles away. They wanted us to cancel the black friday and Cyber monday deals & reorder at higher price to put a new delivery address. Since Amazon would not work with us, we asked to cancel all orders and put credit back on our accounts.

We asked the Customer Service Rep to get us in touch with her manager and we was told she would handle. We then in a not so good tone and words said to put her manager on the phone. He was polite and finished out the process to cancel and credit our accounts.

We have enjoyed Amazon but with recent events, we are closing our Amazon Prime and will not be using them. We have a large outpouring of support from family, friends, and work which we tell everyone how Amazon has been during this challenging time of our lives which everyone is surprised. The sad thing is that with all the things we need to replace due to the fire, majority of this would have gone through Amazon.

Found out yesterday that if your house is burned down with a big tarp over what is left but you still have a porch. Amazon will still deliver, they will put it on your porch and take a picture of it.

Amazon mosiso macbook air 13 inch case 2019 2018

I never got the product and when I complained to Amazon customer service. all they said was that they could refund me my money or send me a replacement but that I should talk to talk to my carrier which I had already done they were not helpful at all. I thought they were supposed to help but I guess not. I had a prime account but im not going to ever shop here again.

Amazon customer service

I ordered an item sold by Amazon, five days later the exact item was listed as a deal of the day. I contacted customer service asked for a price match since the item was sold by Amazon. I was told I need to return the item and re-order at the lower deal of the day price. This does not make any sense. This process results in higher cost for Amazon and inconvenient for me. I can't tell how disappointed I'm in Amazon customer service. I can understand not price match another retailer price but to no stand by your own price within 5 days is unacceptable.

After 14 years as a customer, I'll not renew my prime membership. It's so sad that a company known for its customer service in the early days is so lacking now.

Amazon unauthorized credit card charge

On 11-24-19 I had a charge in the amount of 13.90 for a recurring charge for Amazon Prime. I don't believe I even have an Amazon account. If there is an account in my name, I would like that cancelled please, Jennifer A Boggess. Its saying may be from a free trial period that has ended. Amazon amazon arrogance - unilaterally closing my account, still takes my money

On 2 Dec I ordered some items from Amazon in Germany, for delivery in South Africa.
On one of the items, they then gave it to Australian Post to deliver to South Africa. This is obviously really stupid, if it goes to Australia ( from EU or UK) and then back to South Africa. This was not a free delivery.
Because it is very difficult to get hold of any sensible person in Amazon, there is no contact number in Germany that I could find, I wrote three emails and told them it is stupid to send the item with Australian post - it is quite far away from South Africa.

They abruptly cancelled by account with a simple message that it is "final" and "irreversible" and also that I should never try to open another account with Amazon again - basically banning me from life from buying something on Amazon. In the same email they also said they are cancelling all orders that I had on the system.

Then we received mail that the goods is on the way. On the 5th December they took the money off the credit card account. Then one item arrived and another one was somehow unilaterally returned by DHL with a note on the Amazon web that they could not deliver. Two items, on the same order, shipped within an hour apart - one arrived, and the other "could not be delivered" - with no reason given at all.

But they still have my money for all the orders - so what do I do now with a seller ( Amazon itself) that closes my account and every time I try to communicate with them they tell me never to open an account with them again. Is this legal and is this the standar way that Amazon treats their customers? ( Apart from the stupidity to send something from the UK or EU vir Australia post to South Africa. I can just smile about the level of geographic knowledge displayed)...

Amazon poor customer service - account hacked

My account was hacked and my email was changed. Despite changing my password and adding the dual sign on. I have called and was told it would be reviewed and they would email me. I stressed, not to email the account that the hacker changed it to but to my account. I never received the email so I assume it went to the hacker. I called back and they have to resubmit to the security team. It has already been over 3 weeks since the second incident and now I have to wait 2 more business days an hope they contact me. Poor security and poor resolution!

My account is under the name Tammy Atkins. The original hack was back in mid October and now it's December and I cannot get a resolution. I want my account secure and back to me. I am unable to view amazon prime for over a month because it is attached to that account. I would think that the account security for your customers would be a high priority. I don't want to wait another 2 business days to hear there is no resolution! I want someone to call me asap. 636.352.3363

Amazon complaint about delivery drivers

Amazon is using my private drive to get to main road. I met a driver as I was to exit my drive and told her this was not and she told me I didn't have any "no trespassing" signs so we promptly displayed numerous signs. Needless to say drivers just disregard signs. I would appreciate a personal telephone call to talk to a representative. I have pictures of my private entry and anyone could clearly see this is not a street. I am a private citizen with no public funds provided for my property being used for your many deliveries. One driver ran over landscaping and I know she had to have damaged the truck in some way. Am anxiously awaiting a communication from your company. Amazon order [protected]... yongnuo yn968n flash speedlight

This item was due to be delivered on 3rd December. Your driver's E-mail states that it was delivered and left at reception. I live in a block of apartments and there is no reception. Also, we have security gates here and he would be unable to gain access in any event. We have 3 janitors on duty at the time he is supposed to have made his delivery, but nobody saw him. I was at home at that time but he did not call me. My goods HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. Please will you find out what has happened and deliver to me as soon as possible.

Amazon I am complaining about amazon making extra charges.

Hello, my name is Santos and I would like to get a refund on a charges I have ben getting for the past 4 month. I purchased some thing at Amazon on June 28, 2019 and after that I have ben getting charged 14.19 every month and I don't understand why. These are the dates for the charges done on my account ; 07/25/2019, 08/26/2019, 09/24/2019, 10/24/2019 and 11/25/2019. I have pictures of the money taken out of my account. I would appreciate for this to stop happening and get a full refund. Thank you.
