Hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out in regards to an issue I'm having retrieving a refund I am owed. On August 1st, 2023 I purchased three tickets for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mania for a 7:15pm show. Some time later we changed our minds and decided to go to the Barbie movie instead. I requested a refund Order #: [protected] Ticket Conf#:[protected] Purchase Date: August 1, 2023, the refund was processed and the message said it would be seven business days until the refund would be credited back to my account. I attempted to go back into the account several times since then to check the status but now the system is saying my order number is invalid. I have screen-shots and email showing that, that is the correct order number and no refund has been received.
I have not received any money credited back to my account as of today, August 17th, 2023. I tried to call customer service but the automated voice said there is no one reachable by phone and hung up on me. If someone could please reply to this email with what the next steps are going to be to resolve this issue.
Desired outcome: I would like to speak to someone in customer service whom can help me with processing my refund
