On September 30th, 2023 at 2:58pm. I arrived at the counter before the boarding time at 3pm and enter the counter and the old folks lady ask “did you have ticket” and i said “yes” while showing my printed ticket. Then she ask me to get into the bus.
Once i get into the bus, i heard that old lady is yelling at me from inside the counter. I immediately heading to the counter and She immediately yelled to me and ask “did you have ticket” i said yes and showed again the ticket. Then she ask “have check-in your ticket” i said “i dont know as i just print it out”. Then the old lady nagging with a high tone voice and said “tu maksudnya tak check-in lagi la and bla-bla” i entered the counter straight away to an Indian lady and ask her “what did i need to do” then she take my ticket and do the check-in. I informed to that Indian lady that i dont know about this due i’m not very familiar with the bus. Then she smiled and said “it’s okay” and return my ticket. She said “now you can get into the bus”.
But that old folks lady is still with a fierce face while looking at me until a new customer approach her.
I’m just wondering is this how your staff greet and treat the customer? With a not very friendly greeting and face? Did they notice that we (ad a customer) are giving them a business so that they can feed their empty stomach?
I’m truly disappointed with your services! This is a shamed treatment that i received from your staff.
Desired outcome: I hope this kind of incident is not repeated for some other customer. Please highlighted this incident for your company image. Otherwise, i will put a review on google or etc about this if no action from your side.
