BrandsMart USA Delivery Service

I was given a delivery time of 1pm-5pm on Mar. 14, 2022. The first thing is that no one called to inform me that the driver was running behind. After I called and was told this and that the driver was at stop #7 and I was stop #9. This was at 5:30 pm. I was assured each time that I called after that that i was next and the driver should be arriving in 30 minutes. It is now 11 pm as I am writing this. The driver never showed, and I was never called to and informed as to what was going on. The last call I made to inquire about my delivery, I was told he would be arriving in 30 minutes. My entire day was waisted, and then was lied to each time I called to inquire.

BrandsMart USA The amynta group (warrantech)

Transaction date: 12/8/2017 AMYNTA is the group Myers Autoworld a dealership in Anderson, Indiana used for GAP insurance coverage to automobile buyers. AMYNTA has been nothing but a hassle from day one of this claim. The auto insurance company promptly paid their portion for loss of vehicle. First of all they required me to send in over 50 some pages in documents along with a copy of their own policy to them. This does not even include the resends of the same documents. AMYNTA requested a ridiculous amount of information that shouldn’t matter at this point. You know that word “GUARANTEED ASSET PROTECTION”. Can you imagine how the elderly would manage this process and those who are not computer literate? My guess is AMYNTA is in hopes of those people getting frustrated with process and giving up. Or that the time sensitive materials goes past the frame of time necessary for claim to be rejected on those grounds. Because it is not offered information to those filing and as you see below the GAP contract is fairly vague. Nowhere in the GAP Addendum does it state that soiled, worn, high mileage and so on is deducted on the vehicles value leaving a $2726.25 loan balance. If paid off today due to late fees the loan pay off would now be $2940.44 on a vehicle I no longer have the advantage of driving. Which is why I agreed to the GAP insurance in the first place. The whole point of GAP insurance is paying the difference between what you owe and what the automobiles insurance policy payout is at the time of an incident, leaving a loan balance. AMYNTA stated that they go by what the auto insured claims the value of said vehicle is and if they determine its at a undervalue then AMYNTA has the excuse to not payoff any loan balance per this determination. AMYNTA GROUP uses words such “less condition” adjustment and “less refundable taxes” is not an excuse to not pay a claim. This is a breach of contract and fraudulent behavior by this company. The signed agreement from 12/8/2017 clearly shows that this was a 1 page document as signed by purchaser vs the unsigned document that AMYNTA sent on 3/3/2022 that is now a 3 page contract. How is this to be trusted as if it has not been revised over time without the signature of either purchaser? First off, AMYNTA stated they were not paying due to the use of words such “less condition” adjustment and “less refundable taxes” adjustment. Secondly, AMYNTA then stated on 3/2/2022 that it is in their contract (which we had to request a copy of from AMYNTA just for them to provide us with an unsigned pdf electronic format file) that if you are late on any payments they do not have to pay the claim against them. With each conversation it has been another excuse. Thirdly, AMYNTA it is unacceptable to send a paying customer a document that is not signed by the purchaser). The pdf electronic file is clearly a revised document that anyone can create as new or pre-exiting. I work in graphic design and I am a master file manipulator when it comes to creating documents. I know how file manipulation works. Before sending me this fraudulent document in pdf format AMYNTA should have made sure all fonts matched from the hard copy document I have vs. the electronic file that AMYNTA provided unsigned. When in comparision of the 2 documents notice the number “2” per each document, one document has a slight curve in the number 2 (AMYNTA pdf) vs. the hard copy document I have showing the number "2" font at a straight point in the number. The purchase agreement from the dealership that is signed by the purchasers is proof of of a 1 page document vs the 2nd and 3rd page that AMYNTA has provided 5 years after the fact. When font styles do not match from one electronic file to a hard copy document shows fraudulent behavior on AMYNTA behalf. The document provided by AMYNTA is an exact to paid for gap agreement on www.pdfiller.com AMYNTA DID NOT PROVIDE THE SIGNED COPY FROM 12/8/2017. I HAD TO PROVIDE THAT TO AMYNTA AS A HARD COPY. I AM PROVIDING PAYMENT HISTORY WHICH SHOWS THAT EVERY LATE FEE WAS PAID IN FULL BY LYDIA PETERSON. THE BALANCE DUE IS ALL PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST. IT APPEARS AMYNTA CONTINUES TO CHANGE HANDS!

If this is said contract then I cannot imagine anyone agreeing to such terms because it would be a waste of money.

BrandsMart USA Service Repair # 1319983/2

I have been trying to get my refrigerator repaired since January. First it was the freezer that stopped working. Repairmen ordered a part and replaced it. Few days later, the refrigerator stopped cooling. Another part was ordered and it took several weeks to get the part and then someone to come to my home. Now they sent an expert - this person tells me I am going to check the system to confirm the problem. I am sorry , you have a problem with gas leak and I will not to be able to fix today either. It was not the compressor that you need. We are now in March, I do not have a refrigerator that is working and how am I to feed my family. I have had three repairman out her and in two months nothing has been resolved. I have requested to speak with the Manager for Service department - i was told that an email has been sent , no call back from the service department. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

I have an extended warranty -I want the refrigerator replaced through warranty.

BrandsMart USA Delivery Driver

I had a delivery scheduled for February 12, 2022. Between the hours of 11am - 2pm, the driver did not show At 2:30pm, I call customer service. They advise me that the driver is running late and will be at my house around 3pm. I waited until 3:45pm and called customer service back. Then I was told that the driver 2 hours away. I left the house around 4;30pm to go to the store. Left about 5 adults at my house. I got a call from cousin stating that brandmart is at the door with the delivery. I instructed my cousin to open the gate to receive the delivery. By the time he open the gate the delivery guy left and left a sorry I miss you card and left without completing the delivery. When I called customer service back they stated they the driver is not answering the phone. I wasted my whole day waiting for this delivery which the driver couldn't wait 10 min for me to get back which he didn't because like I said 5 adults was at my home. This driver really to be Reprimanded for his actions. Now I have to wait another week before I get my washer and dryer delivery. This is not right and Unacceptable.

Desired outcome: I would like my delivery date sooner then February 17 and I would like my delivery charges to be wavier. If a find another washer and dryer I will be canceling this order

BrandsMart USA LG LRE-3193sb inv#[protected] 04/18/2019

stove and cooktop have been serviced at least 3 times. Motherboard was replaced controller and burners. Unit will turn on and off at its own whim...both burners and oven... Now only 1 outer ring of 1 of the 5 burners will work at all; very hard to prepare a meal. Have been asking for service since March 2020.

technician came out to inspect on 12/23/2021. he recognized us, our home and LGstove..."I've been here twice before, this unit is bad. I will write it up so that it is completely replaced"

have called Brandsmart service at least 10 times in last 45 days...no service.

have called Guardsman/warrentech extnded warranty company ticket # 7557887 at least 4 times. they continue to say thay are waiting for the report from the Brandsmart service tech.!

BrandsMart USA warrany for product purchased at brandsmart

I think this my second conmplaint about brandsmart without a responce. My story is so long but I will try my best to keep it simple. I purchased an extended warranty for a washer dryer back in 2019 invoice #160987. My dryer worked fine until nov of 2021. I called warrantech to schedule repairs
however I was never put into the system so therefore unable to schedule repairs. Meanwhile the warranty company said they were working on it and for over a month nothing happened. I then went into store in dania point twice and the salesman sent over paperwork and so did manager and still nothing happened. We are now into january and I found some one at the corporate office named virginia who was successful in getting my warranty put in. Now on Jan 11 a repairman came to my house and said they dont fix only evaluate . he said I needed a valve and brandsmart would contact me. since I handed heard from them I called virginia at warrantech to check it out. They said they were ordering part. That never happened. I received a call from virginia today telling me the repair service from brandsmart came to my house on the 18th and said no repairs needed. No one ever came to my house to fix anything and my dryer still doesnt work. I along with store manager have left messages for the repair company to call me and that has not happened. I am beyond frustrated with such bad customer service on the part of brandsmart and the warranty company. I hoping some one of authority will respond.

Desired outcome: fix or replace dryer and compensation for sending out laundry and for not having warrranty placed into system in a timely manner.

BrandsMart USA warrantech extended warranty

On april 29 2019 I purchased a Washer and dryer from brandsmart in dania point from salesman Rob K. At that time I purchased your extended warranty thru warrantech for 5 years. My ticket # 160987 and my phone number is [protected]. Around the end of November my dryer stopped working so I called Warrantech. They advised me I was not in their system and they would contact brandsmart and it would take 3-5 days to be put in. After 5 days I reached out to them again and once again they were going to contact brandsmart. After another % days still nothing was showing up, I then spoke to a supervisor at warrantech who said she would get back to me but that never happened. Now we are close to christmas and I called the salesman rob and he assured me he was putting in the information as we spoke and it would probably take a week because of the holidays. Again the contract never shows up. I then went to the store and spoke to Manager Jeff who was kind enough to set uo a repair and worry about how it was going to get paid after the fact, Oh I also spoke to Linda in tour corporate office who stated she would also get it in the system, but again that did not happen..After almost 6 weeks of doing this I sent an email to amynta groups corporate office, Finally after several attempts I was contacted by virginia in Texas from their corporate office. This happened in the beginning of January. she was able to get the contract into the system within 48 hours. On jan 6th a work order was placed and a repairman came out on the 11th. He was here for 5 minutes and said he needed to order a part. That order has not been approved yet and I have been without my dryer for 6 weeks and warrentech only wants to give me 25.00 for laundry. This warranty should have been in the system since 2019 and if it had been properly posted I would not have been waiting for repairs, Warrentech refuses any liability for errors or any compensation for the inexcusable long wait to get this done. Also if I had not contacted amynta group I would still be waiting. I'm hoping bransmarts customer service as well as satisfaction will help me get a resolution to this problem along with some satisfaction. I trusted bransmart with applying this warranty to my purchase, I really hope someone reaches out to me. Sincerely Sharon Milch

BrandsMart USA 70 inch LG TV

I bought a 70 inch LG TV from Brandsmart in Dania Beach, Florida
About 11 months after purchase the TV got a vertical green line through the screen. Since the Tv is still on warranty I called Brandsmart to get it either fixed or replaced. The technician showed up after 3 weeks and he ordered the wrong part . After 6 weeks of calling Brandsmart I still don't have the TV fixed or replaced and the story I get from them is that the part is in back order and that the technician is not available. I called LG and the rep said they have no record of a request for that replacement part for my TV. I had a conference call between Brandsmart and LG and they couldn't find the part in the records.
terrible customer service, no one can make a decision
I will not advise anyone to purchase anything from that Brandsmart or any Brandsmart. Buyer beware

BrandsMart USA AirPods by Apple

AirPods by Apple I bought on Thursday Thanksgiving day sell I asked the cashier if I'm not satisfied am I able to bring them back she said yes so I proceeded to ring them up supposed 2nd generation their not they are 1 generation also when they was pair to my phone no one couldn't hear me so I took them back on Saturday 11/28 the manager said I couldn't return them because on the receipt it says no return for Apple product I told him how would I know that if I don't get a receipt I asked the cashier and she told me yes he said well I'm not gonna return them I even said they supposed to be generation 2 they are generation 1 that is false advertisement he got mad and say he was not returning them

Desired outcome: I just want AirPods generation two or my money back

Happy new year. I tried to make a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau relevant to Brandsmart USA "0 day return" policy to no avail. I'm very surprised that Brandsmart has decided to play sneaky on us by not displaying proper language advising potential clients of their return policy on their description cards and adjacent in order for the client to make pertinent decisions. BrandsMart USA Video camera delivery guy dropped my oven

On 10/30 I bought a cooktop and Frigidaire microwave oven combo. I paid $60 to have the item delivery the delivery person dropped the microwave oven and refuse to take the order back and scratch my walls. I made numerous call to the store was placed on hold. Monday 11/8 I personally went to the store and the manager refused to help me she had me in tears and humiliated in front of people will get video. I only want to replace the item or get my credit back to my brandsmart credit card. The lady manager told me she had spoken to the driver and he was Wright not me . I show her pictures and video but in vain.
I have sent you 5 emails and the store refused to cooperate with me. I

The response I get from you is that information was sent to the store but again the lady manger is not helping me. I sent another email to the ceo and general manager Jorge Castilla along with the video. I am in shock they way David location is acting. I have been your customer for over 15 years.
I am hoping that you can assist thank you

BrandsMart USA Damage to home

My husband asked the man to please put down a piece of cardboard so he wouldn't tear up our threshold or crack the tile with the dolly he was using to move out our old stove but he proceeded anyway and sure enough he damaged it all the way across and down to the ground then proceeded to crack the decorative wood piece in the doorway into the kitchen while bringing in the refrigerator. There was no care to our property at all then to top off this lousy service they sat a bottle of urine in front of our driveway running it over in which it sprayed up the driveway. I would hope brandsmart will compensate or repair this damage and seek out better, responsible delivery services.

BrandsMart USA Buyers beware. Purchased a lemon washer

Purchased a Maytag washer and dryer on 06/29/21 with store warranty of 1 year and 4 year warranty with Maytag. It was delivered to my house on 07/07/21 and by 07/31/ 21 the washer wasn't working. When I called Brandsmart they sent a repairman to my house. He ordered parts and as of today 09/16/21 those parts are on backorder and out of stock. I say that because every customer service representative has a different story about the parts. The representative has completed an RA: which is like a request for another washer but I can't get a clear answer as to if I'll ever get another washer.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome is to get a working washer which is what I paid for.

BrandsMart USA appliance

On 05/31/2021 I bought all the kitchen appliances. In August I called the store and they only sent me 3 appliances.
Today 08/30/21 because I have not received the refrigerator, oven, microwave and stove. They inform me in the store that they cannot send it to me until January 2021.

When I bought the appliance they only told me that the refrigerator takes 8 weeks to deliver. All other appliances were available in two weeks.
Now they change their minds. The store lied to me when I bought the equipment.
I fully paid them on 05/31/2021
Have the kitchen cabinets built according to the appliance measurements.
Ahora estamos sin appliance y cada vez que llamo me dan miles de justificaciones .

BrandsMart USA Refrigerator

We brought a refrigerator from brand smart in the dirt 2 month stop work, we wait 3 month for parts then they send someone to fix and now it get worse, not work an make loud sound, we call many time and they can't get it fix, we have two kids and we lost all products that was insid and they never get paid, do I have to file a law suit so it get fix or u guys are going to fix

BrandsMart USA Appliance package not received

In June, we purchased appliances, a wine cooler, and a new bed. We received some of the items when they said they would be delivered, but are still missing the stove and wine cooler. we have called several times, have been disconnected, promised items would be delivered, said we could return everything, but were disconnected again, were told the items would be delivered by the end of this month, then were told today they MIGHT be delivered by the end of August! They sell merchandise they don't have, take your money, but don't deliver the merchandise. then when you call, they don't care, or transfer you to departments that don't answer, then you get placed on hold until you are disconnected. we can't live in our house without a kitchen, and now have to pay to rent a place to live. We tried to return the items and go somewhere else, were told the items have to be in original packaging.

BrandsMart USA Kitchen Aid Fridge

Purchased a $4k Kitchen Aid fridge 24 months ago & a 5 yr extended warranty. In Deerfield Beach Fl. The icemaker died.
Began the repair process under the warranty. It's not going well. Simple repair. Part available everywhere, but I'm still in the Brandsmart process.
After waiting 2 weeks, I spent 3 hours on phone calls & a surly manager named Tavia explained the process.
You call Brandsmart. They send you to Warrantech. They open a claim & in 2-3 days, bounce it back to Brandsmart. Brandsmart schedules a repairman who has no intent to repair. Just assess. He will show in 3-5 days. He will say he is ordering parts but he won't. Instead they file paperwork with warrantech, who must approve it. This can take up to 7 days. Once approved, Brandsmart orders parts. Not from anyone who will send them in a timely fashion but instead from warrantech who will take 5x longer than most places. 7-10 days. Once the part is in, Brandsmart rescheduled the repair guy to actually fix it. Another 5-7 days. I was told, I could complain to Warrantech, who has no obligation to me, buy the parts myself or just keep waiting.

It took Brandsmart 9 days to get plastic tubing which they actually sell in the store. The manager claims she knows when the icemaker will arrive yet refuses to schedule service. Zero confidence. July in S Florida & weeks with no icemaker.

Since this is the system & not an anomaly, I'm not sure there is a remedy for me but rather an investigation into their false advertisement of service & warranty & sale of these worthless warranties which are designed to discourage your use of them needs to happen. Best case scenario is a month with no appliance. After reading so many complaints, many are never resolved or take many, many months.

Desired outcome: I want my fridge fixed. I expect to be compensated for dozens of bags of ice. I have years left on this warranty as well as others. Their system or managers need review as this is simply unacceptable.
