You guaranteed 2 day national delivery. Yet here I am, at the end of day 2 with no parcel, and a maze in front of me to file a complaint. You can only file a complaint as the sender? That doesn't make sense. I paid for shipping, not the sender. Why the hell do I have to go through the sender to get a refund? That's the stupidest thing I have ever heard.
Oh yeah, I am waiting on medical supplies too. Thanks again for the terrible service.
mail carrier
The mail man is continuously delivering a letter in my mailbox for someone that does not live at my address, they have moved. I've been continuously putting this persons mail back into the mail mans delivery room of my building for the last 3 months which I've done in the past with no issue, to have it returned to its sender. the mail man left me an ignorant note saying I have to kill the letter, & that he's not a garbage man. Now just so where clear, I do not have to do anything let alone "kill" a letter whatever the heck that means as it is not my mail, nor will I tamper with someone else's mail. This is why it keeps getting put back into the mail delivery room of my building, to have it returned, or to have Canada Post do whatever it is you do with it . This mailman is not doing their job, being ignorant & childish. 1919 Kilborn Ave. Apt. 704 thank you in advance
mailing of packages
I live in Fox Lake, Alberta. I have a growing number of packages to mail out as it is part of my business that I run online. For three weeks I have attempted to mail some parcels, both in Canada and the USA, I have been told the scanner isn't working, then its the scale, then its the computer etc. One time I was told by the postal worker that she was too busy to do my packages. I live in a fairly remote place and we only have the one postal outlet, I don't have another option other than to drive 180kms to the next town, which is what I am going to have to do. I have been trying to mail stuff since the middle of January. The person there is rude and doesn't know how to do the job. I am losing customers because of this. Perhaps I should present you with an invoice for my time and mileage and gas and hotel bill because it is going to cost me a bunch of money to get things mailed off.
no delivery and unacceptably late delivery
1.Mail posted at a Canada Post post office in Comox, B.C. never reached destination. Just disappeared. Canada Post does not accept complaints as a matter of policy regardless of information to the contrary on their website as evidenced by the roadblocks built into their complaint process. Verbal complaints on the phone mean nothing and are an exercise in futility. 2.Recipient of a letter mailed two weeks before Christmas, Dec. 25, 2017 from Courtenay Main P.O. finally received it on Feb.4, 2018 in North Vancouver, B.C. a process that takes approximately three to four working days normally. There is no expectation for a remotely favorable result((what form could this possibly take?) to this complaint as Canada Post is invulnerable to criticism of any kind from anyone. This institution is a national disgrace as evidenced by it's abysmal track record over the years which continues to this day unfortunately for Canadians.
missing mail
I mailed two birthday cards addressed to the same person together at the same time. This was over three weeks ago. One was received within a week and the other which contained a gift card has not been received at all. I was assured by the clerk at the time that it was not overweight and one stamp was completely fine. Now my sister did not receive her card for her birthday today and I have no way of tracking it. How can two cards that were mailed at the exact same time have one that is received in a few days and the other not at all?...Also at Christmas I had mailed my son a package containing ALL his gifts and the wrong postal code was entered by the clerk and it got "lost" until after the holidays because they had entered a postal code which was apparently one street away. This was not fixed until I made several attempts to find it...I am NOT happy with the service supplied by Canada Post...
xpresspost delivery time
I am not happy with the delivery time of my parcel. It is coming from Richmond BC. to Calgary and has been a lot longer than it should. I was informed it was sent last Thursday and is supposed to be 2 business days but it is almost Wednesday and still it has not seen Calgary. The weather is not to blame so I am wondering what is the holdup. I used to drive for Bison Transport and I know how slow things can move sometimes there. They didn't even have fuel cards that worked all the time. They actually still owe me $ 300 because their fuel card didn't work and I had to pay for fuel out of my own pocket and was not reimbursed. That was the last time I did that and I will take what is mine someday. But I am not a Bison Transport fan. Anyways getting off subject here. I am not pointing fingers just not happy. Thanks
cell phone delivery
Waiting at window for cell phone to be delivered. Seen postman place delivery notice in post box, instead of coming up to door to have me sign for delivery. I live in the country. Now today we have 3 more feet of snow, consequently I may not be able to drive to post office to retrieve my cell phone. I need this cell phone for work. now I do not know when I can go pick phone up. This is a formal complaint regarding a Postman NOT doing his job!
If you saw (NOT seen!) the postman put the delivery notice in the mailbox why didn't you open the door and ask him to bring you your package? What a lame complaint.
tracking inquiry [protected]
January 23 submitted a tracking request - was given the above number.
Parcel sent to:
Dickies
8590 Airport Road
Brampton, ON L6T 5A3
To date no response so far as I can establish.
Trying to inject some humour- perhaps the response was mailed.
If so, could you please track it as well?

item not being delivered when it's supposed to be
I ordered a clothing item from the UK, which I selected standard shipping for. I was able to track it up until it was passed overseas to Canada. I ordered it on the 1st of January 2018 and it was passed over to Canada Post on the 4th of January 2018. The item was supposed to be here between one and two weeks. It's been just under four weeks in business days I might add and I still have not received my item! I am frustrated to say the least, and I'll definitely be selecting a different shipping option next time I'm ordering from overseas. Another thing, I am not able to to track my item because apparently which I wasn't aware of at the time of purchase I can't track my item because Canada Post doesn't put tracking on standard shipped items!
home mail delivery
It has become apparent that some of my mail is going undelivered to my home address. I have been informed by several of my financial institutions, ie. AMEX, Scotiabank, Mastercard etc. that my credit card statements are being returned to them because no one is at my residence to accept them. I live in a single detached home and I receive my mail directly at my home with home delivery service. I do not have to go and pick up my mail at a "Super Mailbox". I believe the mail carrier is delivering some of my mail to the same address number but on an a parallel street to my residence address.
I have been informed of this by the named financial institutions and it has been happening on a frequent basis over the past 6 months.
parcel post delivery
on 2018 01 15 I mailed a parcel from Confedration park Canadian tire post office to Po box 1326 north Battleford, S9A3L8 address was confirmed by employee I paid 14.40 to send the parcel. on 2018 01 19 I received a parcel notice to pick up at the same post office, I attended the parcel was not there but I was advised it was an undelivered parcel. Today2018 01 23 I attended the same post office and had to pay 15.88 to recover my parcel. The reason given was the address does not exist, I had intended to send the Parcel at that point to another postal address in North Battleford postal codeS9A3E6 with a street address of 103-2741 99th street in North Battleford. I was advised that the address and postal code were in Edmonton and could not be delivered. Due to the fact that I have confirmed both addresses with North Battleford I feel the incompetency of staff have cost me $30.31 as the address was correct as was the postal code. I am therefor requesting a refund of that amount, Also it should be noted that the address on the parcel had at some point been scribbled over with felt marker, something else written in ink which had also been scribbled over photos can be made available.
I am complaining about delivery service
Hello,
The postman that delivers our mail does not ring the bell to our office when he has registered mail. We have a screen and we see him put the mail on the floor. He writes on the notice that he rang the doorbell and no one answer. He does this all the time and this is unacceptable. He is such a lazy man. I have caught him on other floors of the building talking on his cell phone and it was personal calls.
I would appreciate very much if someone would contact me at [protected].
Carmen Estrela
the mail delivery lady in my area
I have never been so disappointed with Canada Post! I was home all day with a very visible and accessible entranceway, however, the delivery person made the unfortunate decision to not take the short walk and deliver my items but instead chose to half fill out a delivery notice on numerous occasions. The package today has summer dresses I ordered for a trip to Mexico and I leave tomorrow! It's winter here and stock is limited in stores! Not only is the mail lady lazy and has done this 3 times in the past, she is extremely rude and very unpleasant/ unprofessional to deal with. These are the type of people Canada post hire?! To top it all off there isn't a number to call with your concerns. So much for customer service.
it's cold outside and we can't get mail delivered.
2 days of cold weather and the postal motto "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" but if it's cold we can't deliver. THERE IS NO BAD WEATHER JUST BAD CLOTHING CHOICES! We live in Canada it gets cold in January. So package is at the depot for a extra 5 days after arriving in town? Maybe hire people who were born here that could get the job done. And get some customer service that doesn't speak broken English as talking to Rajani was just horrible on the ears with asking her to repeat what she is saying.
mailbox service problems
I believe there is a problem with my mail carrier on DePeuter Cres. Bradford, ON L3Z 3A3. I have had 3 parcels in December 2017 not arrive in spite of tracking numbers - all said the parcels were delivered to my community mailbox. And they were not. I understand that it is up to the sender to file a complaint but this is frustrating to the person paying for shipping for products that do not arrive and I have to follow up with the companies and make alternate arrangements.
INCIDENT #1: I placed an order for my son's school photos with photovision November 15, 2017 (I was not provided with a tracking number). My photos that were to be delivered to my house never came though we checked and double-checked my address. When I contacted the company, they said they were shipped November 29th, 2017. The company reprinted and shipped them again (at their cost) to my work address (a public school in Holland Landing, ON) and they arrived Tuesday January 9th, 2018. Tonight when I came home, there was a message from Photovisions saying that Canada Post returned my photos (the original set) saying I never picked them up from Canada Post. How can that be? I never received a notice that I had a package at my local post office (Shoppers Drug Mart in Bradford) nor was there a key for a compartment with my photos in a larger community mailbox nor were my photos ever in my small compartment. The one time (December 14th) there was a key in my mailbox to access a larger compartment, the package inside the larger compartment was not for me nor for my address. I delivered the package to my neighbor and returned the key to the dropbox.
INCIDENT #2: Walmart order of 5 items was reported to be delivered to my community mailbox - tracking # [protected] on December 14. Not delivered - I am still struggling with Walmart over this. Now I see that it is being returned to sender on January 4th and received by sender January 8th. Where has it been all this time? It never came to my mailbox - nor was there a compartment key or a pick up slip for the post office. Has it been sitting in the community mailbox all this time? Why was I not given a key to get it?
INCIDENT #3: NHL.com - shipment of 1 jersey - tracking # [protected] reported as delivered to my community mailbox. I did not receive this item also. Nor was I given a key, or a notice that it was at the post office. I have also received a notice from NHL.com that my item was returned to them January 10th, 2018. Where was my order all this time?
I do not have confidence now ordering online as three orders I made were not delivered to my mailbox in a three week span. The time I have spent on the phone replacing Christmas presents that were not delivered to me has been really frustrating. I understand that the post office is very busy during the holidays but I do not believe that falsifying delivery status is appropriate or not providing means for a person to retrieve their order from a community mailbox is fair. Did our mailperson just send stuff back they didn't have time to deliver? Or upon seeing the compartment has not been unloaded for a long period of time, did they not double check that a key was provided to the addressee? I cannot believe that all three orders have just been sent back to the companies I ordered from.
Please investigate.

parcel delivery
I have never been so disappointed with Canada Post service. I was home all day with a very visible and accessible entranceway, however, the delivery person made the unfortunate decision to not take the short walk and deliver my items but instead chose to half fill out a delivery notice card and be on their way. If I wanted to go to the PO to pick up my package I would have sent it there myself or would have purchased my items in person. This type of service is unacceptable. After calling Canada Post to inquire about redelivery, I was put on hold for 21 minutes and was told there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to wait 5-7 business days for redelivery, which is not fair to a paying customer that was the subject of someone else's laziness. I am truly unimpressed with the manner of Canada Post employees and wish that I never have to deal with this again.
the worst [censor] government delivery company
I tried to call the mail post in my area from where I have the delivery notice, they never answer the phone, ever never. I arrived there I told them this is delivery notice for a parcel for my mom, she is out of town, they told me very ruddley no we dont give it to you. Than I phone tall free nr [protected], to let them know to keep it in hold until she will be back. Their automatic service is horrable no one answer the phone, and waisted all day long to put an item in hold, never got to it. The worst [censor] canada caca, country 3 wold country in the world, with their service disgusting stupid and horrable, this [censor] country full with packi and black people uneducated, that cuntry become. Ashame garbage canada post and [censor] canada country, will never populate only with [censor] 3 world country people.
service
Hi, I have temporarily moved to a bew area because of a house fire. At our previous location our mailman was very friendly and positivy, however since we moved to our tenporary home, the mailman seems to be very negative all the time and yelling at my roommate. Please I'd like to make a request to train your mailmen to have better interaction with people. Our current area is Winnipeg, manitoba in the R3V postal area. Thank you
transcript sent from india not delivered to wes canada till now
Hello,
My university in India sent my graduation transcript on 15th December, 2017 to canada by India Post but it has not been delivered to WES Canada till now. Neither can i see any update on my tracking number as it says that it has not been scanned in Canada till now.
I filed an RTI in my country and they say that the transcript has reached canada but canada post is not updating any information regarding that delivery so they cannot say where the document is.
Please understand that my admission is due because of my transcript and its been almost one month that my transcript has not reached its destination.
Please help my transcript to reach to correct destination as soon as possible so that my admission may not get delayed.

To Whom It May Concern:
I have encountered various problems
over the last 6 months at the Frontier, Saskatchewan post office ! As every time Lisa Nelson has been working !every time a parcel is not delivered !with this most recent one, quite frankly, being the most frustrating and severe. This recent experience will force me to seek out alternative methods for sending all future packages and parcels with one of your competitors unless I am shown that quality of service will greatly improve.
Sincerely Kim johnson
