Purchased a Canadian Gift Card Dec 24, 2020 and due to the lockdown, I went to place my order online for curbside pick up, but had to call customer service as nowhere online could I enter the canadian tire gift card as payment. I called customer service and they advised nowhere online can you use the gift card and that I have to wait until the store...

I would like to complain about the terrible customer service women in Canadian Tire in Shoppers World Mall Brampton at ext. 749 on Dec 30, 2020 morning. I needed a pair a skates for Dec 30, 2020; so I ordered it online on Dec 29, 2020, as it showed online it could be ready for curbside pick up from this store the next day. On Dec 30, 2020 morning, I called...

I went to canadian tire for changing winter tire and safety inspection of my car. After some time they called me that we have to remove your tint windows so that it gets inspected. The price for safety inspection was $45 and when I went there to get the vehicle they asked me we spend 2 hours to just remove the lamination thing. It was just normal tint...

I purchased two tires from Canadian tire. Today I had a flat tire. I went into the same Canadian tire store that I bought the tire from and asked about having it checked out fixed or replaced if needed. I was told that I did not buy that tire from Canadian tire, that Canadian tire sells the brand "General" tire. I was told that if I wanted to leave the car...

I was looking for 10 lbs. weightlifting discs and searched on the net. Found 2 in stock at Canadian Tire outlet at 6000 Henri-Bourassa in montreal-North. Show up within 30 min of my search and see none on the shelves. Ask an employee who certifies that they show 2 in stock. Does a 15 min inquiry to finally announce to me that they don't have any. Angrily, I...
Read full review of Canadian TireBad customer service, and substandard products
I have purchased several airbeds and majority of them have been defective. Have thrown a lot of money away on substandard low-quality items at Canadian Tire. Not to mention, poorly communicating with customers and been just plump rude. I advise anyone do not purchase airbeds from canadian tire as they are not good quality and are defective and have leaks before you are even able to rest on them. A patch kit or repair kit is not the answer all the time after you have wasted so much of your hard earned money. Why would you want to get an exchange for the same low quality airbed. You can 't get a refund for hygienic reason I completely understand that. But, the manufacturer should be contacted to be told of their substandard airbed so that other consumers who purchase them won't go through the same disappointment that I have had. Shouldn't be allowed to sell them if they are that poor quality and consumers deserve quality and quality customer service at best. *don't buy them* not worth the time or the money... Auto service/service auto-seasonal tire change/changement de pneus saisonier
November 19, 2020 I went in for a seasonal tire change. I had purchased 4 new winter tires from Canadian Tire to replace the 12 year old ones. I had an appointment for 2 Pm. Well I waited 1 full hour before my car was entered inside the garage. I then waited over one hour and forty minutes for a tire change. When I saw someone else who went in for a tire...
Read full review of Canadian TireJoe Pereira - needs to be fired!
On December 24 2019 I came in to purchase a product at Canadian Tire and had to deal with an employee who was very rude, when I asked for his name of course he wouldn't give it (plus he wore no name tag - his picture is attached for being the WORST employee in the building)
When I called for the manager Joe Pereira and explained to him what was going one "he was even worse - very racist manager that should be hired"
Rude employees (mainly cashiers)
Dear Canadian Tire, I recently moved to Elliot Lake ON. I am not impressed with the Canadian Tire store or the service provided to their customers. First of all many of the cashiers are rude. Second of all it's impossible to practice self-distancing at the front of the store (near the cashiers) since the area is so congested with racks of merchandise...

Hello. We stopped into our neighbourhood Canadian Tire on Welland Ave in St. Catharines Ontario yesterday (August 8, 2020 just before 6 PM to get a number of items that had been piling up on our list. Upon entering the store we saw the sign stating the store was open until 7 PM. However, once we got into the store and started shopping, not two minutes later...

Canadian Tire is selling substandard products and taking no ownership Wow, I have never felt more ripped off in my adult life then from my most recent and last purchase from Canadian Tire. Read full review of Canadian TireYardwork cordless lawnmower
Bought this cordless self propelled lawnmower serial #CTN0680245, product # 060-2142-6 in mid summer of 2015, at Canadian Tire in Terrebonne Québec, for close to 500$. To function it needs a 24V 20Ah lead and acid battery.
I found out that these type of batteries are high maintenance and fragile. they don't keep their charge. Even if 2 batteries came with the lawnmower, one of them failed in 2016, this June, the other battery was not charging enough power to cut grass.
Shopping for replacement battery, I learned that they are discontinued. I phone Yardwork customer service / no help ans same with Canadian Tire who does not provide any alternative for this lawnmower.
The lawnmower itself is in very good working condition and was expecting a 10 to 15 lifetime of usage with replacing batteries every 5 to 7 years as I take care of equipment and cautious about spending.
Now I want an alternative to this discontinued battery, be it a lithium battery or a DC conversion kit or a credit representing 50 to 60% of the original value of the lawnmower.
Thank you
Bibiane
