I live in a valley where you can't get cell service, I have tried and tried to talk to customer service, my home phone gets static so bad you can't hear people talking, it happens every time it rains and for day's after. I have to get in the truck and drive to the top of the hill to try to get ahold of clear rate com. to submit the problem, have sat for hours at a time before waiting for someone to take my call. I give up and try again, same thing though, no answer. I also have questions about my bill, they sent past due balance statement which was paid, but I still have not received this months bill, and how can the taxes be so much higher than the service. The service is $44.00 dollars and some change a month and the taxes are around $60.00 a month, something must be wrong. I would just like to talk to someone to get these problems resolved. The date today is 11/04/24 and the phone has been screwed from October till present.
Desired outcome: For customer service to answer the phone so I can solve my issues I'm having with this company.
